Abstract

The positioning method has each carriage section (5) provided with measuring reference points (6) having passive reflectors, or active sensors, which can be scanned for correct positioning of the fittings. One or more laser projectors (1) are pre-positioned relative to the measuring reference points, with subsequent exact positioning relative to a projection surface (3) using the reflectors or sensors, before projecting a CAD layout image onto the projection surface, e.g. the carriage section floor, for indicating the fitting positions.
