Abstract
Der Ultraschallwandler enthält einen piezoelektrischen Körper (2), der an einer ersten Flachseite (4) mit voneinander elektrisch getrennten ersten Elektroden (8) versehen ist. Gemäß der Erfindung sind diesen ersten Elektroden (8) auf der von der ersten Flachseite (4) abgewandten zweiten Flachseite (6) voneinander und von den ersten Elektroden (8) elektrisch getrennte zweite Elektroden (10) derart zugeordnet, daß sich die ersten Elektroden (8) und die zweiten Elektroden (10) in einer Draufsicht auf eine der Flachseiten gesehen jeweils in wenigstens einem Teilbereich überdecken. Ein Ultraschallwandler mit diesen Merkmalen ist vielseitig einsetzbar und kann einfach hergestellt werden. The ultrasonic transducer contains a piezoelectric body (2) which is provided on a first flat side (4) with first electrodes (8) which are electrically separated from one another. According to the invention, these first electrodes (8) on the second flat side (6) facing away from the first flat side (4) are assigned to one another and second electrodes (10) which are electrically separated from the first electrodes (8) in such a way that the first electrodes ( 8) and cover the second electrodes (10) in a plan view of one of the flat sides, in each case in at least one partial area. An ultrasonic transducer with these features can be used in a variety of ways and is easy to manufacture.
