Definitions
- the invention relates to a component which can be connected by tongue and groove to other components horizontally and vertically.
- block stones are already known from European patent specification 0 052 082, which have preformed holes for receiving positioning anchors.
- this object is achieved by a component in which each component is connected by tongue and groove to other components horizontally and vertically, this component containing three successive layers of vertically arranged tubular hollow elements from the outside inwards.
- the hollow elements of the outer and inner layer are used for thermal insulation, while the hollow elements of the middle layer are connected to each other via vertically arranged recesses on the top and bottom of each component, thereby forming a duct system that runs through the entire masonry for the passage of warm air.
- the components described above are dimensioned such that they can be firmly connected to one another by simply plugging them together using groove 1 and tongue 2, without mortar having to be used. At most, the application of a thin layer of building adhesive, for example a tile adhesive, can result in an even stronger connection of the individual components. However, the gluing is not necessary.
- a special feature of the component according to the invention is that there are three successive ones from the outside inwards Contains layers of vertically arranged tubular hollow elements that have different functions.
- the outer and inner layers of the hollow elements 3 are used only for thermal insulation, while the hollow elements of the middle layer 4 form a duct system that runs through the entire masonry for the passage of warm air.
- the hollow elements of the middle layer 4 are not only connected to each other in the vertical direction, but also air circulation in the horizontal direction is provided in that a wide, horizontally running air gap 5 remains between two superimposed components in its central part .
- the component according to the invention can contain in the middle layer a quadrangular recess 6 which runs from top to bottom and into which vertical positioning dowels can be inserted in order to give the masonry the necessary strength.
- Fig. 2 shows a modified component according to the invention, which carries on its inside an additional groove 7 into which an inner partition of the building can be inserted. Since thermal insulation is not required for an inner partition wall, a simplified component can be used here which has only the middle layer of tubular hollow elements 4 for the passage of warm air, as shown in FIG. 3. Fig. 3 also shows on its narrow side a recess 8 which is intended to receive a door element provided in the interior of the apartment.
- FIG. 4 also shows a groove 9 on its narrow side, which, however, is intended in this case to accommodate a window or door element, since the component shown in FIG. 4 is intended for use in an outer wall because of its tubular hollow elements arranged vertically in three layers is.
- FIG 5 shows a component which has a bevel 10 on its narrow side corresponding to the angle of the roof structure.
- the component shown in FIG. 6 covers the tubular hollow elements 3 with its wide edge regions 11 and leaves only a part of the tubular hollow elements of the middle layer 4 open. These can be connected to one another by U-shaped arch elements in order to enable unhindered circulation of the warm air, but they can also remain completely or partially open and used, for example, as a cable duct.
- FIG. 7 a component is also provided in FIG. 7, which carries a spring 2 on both narrow sides.
- Such components could be required to connect two components, each of which ends with a groove.
- the components according to the invention can consist of fired clay, cement or preferably of a steam-hardened aerated concrete, which is made of fired lime, sand, fly ash or blast furnace slag and is known in the construction industry under the name Ytong®.
- the use of the components according to the invention has a number of obvious advantages. Due to their numerous hollow elements, a significant thermal insulation effect can be achieved with them, which often makes additional thermal insulation superfluous.
- the components can also be manufactured using considerably less material than compact components. They also have a lower weight than conventional components of the same size, in which no hollow elements are provided, which makes them easier to handle.
- the warm air required for introduction into the masonry can be generated either by a conventional incinerator, by air heating by means of electrical current or, preferably, by using solar energy.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a component which can be connected by tongue and groove to other components horizontally and vertically.
From the German utility model DE-GM 18 53 335 a dry composite brick is already known, with which it is possible to erect masonry without additional mortar or glue by an intimate connection of the shaped blocks is guaranteed by horizontally and vertically arranged grooves and tongues.
From US Pat. No. 1,398,695, a component is also known which carries T-shaped pins on the one hand and T-shaped recesses on the other hand, which fit into one another in such a way that adjacent components are firmly connected to one another. It is also possible with this component to integrate components horizontally at a right angle.
Finally, block stones are already known from European patent specification 0 052 082, which have preformed holes for receiving positioning anchors.
All previously known preformed building blocks could facilitate the construction of simple masonry, but could not guarantee effective thermal insulation and only quite right not to replace an effective heating system that has a significant impact on construction costs.
It was therefore the task to develop a small number of prefabricated building blocks, which on the one hand enable the construction of any and very stable structures, ensure high thermal insulation and, moreover, are designed in such a way that the masonry itself is used to heat the rooms and in a conventional manner Central heating system can be dispensed with.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a component in which each component is connected by tongue and groove to other components horizontally and vertically, this component containing three successive layers of vertically arranged tubular hollow elements from the outside inwards. The hollow elements of the outer and inner layer are used for thermal insulation, while the hollow elements of the middle layer are connected to each other via vertically arranged recesses on the top and bottom of each component, thereby forming a duct system that runs through the entire masonry for the passage of warm air.

The components described above are dimensioned such that they can be firmly connected to one another by simply plugging them together using
A special feature of the component according to the invention is that there are three successive ones from the outside inwards Contains layers of vertically arranged tubular hollow elements that have different functions. The outer and inner layers of the
Fig. 2 shows a modified component according to the invention, which carries on its inside an additional groove 7 into which an inner partition of the building can be inserted. Since thermal insulation is not required for an inner partition wall, a simplified component can be used here which has only the middle layer of tubular
Auch Fig. 4 zeigt an seiner Schmalseite eine Nut 9, die jedoch in diesem Fall zur Aufnahme eines Fenster- oder Türelements gedacht ist, da das in Fig. 4 dargestellte Bauelement wegen seiner in drei Schichten vertikal angeordneten röhrenförmigen Hohlelemente zur Verwendung in einer Außenwand gedacht ist.FIG. 4 also shows a groove 9 on its narrow side, which, however, is intended in this case to accommodate a window or door element, since the component shown in FIG. 4 is intended for use in an outer wall because of its tubular hollow elements arranged vertically in three layers is.
The component shown in FIG. 6 covers the tubular
Finally, a component is also provided in FIG. 7, which carries a spring 2 on both narrow sides. Such components could be required to connect two components, each of which ends with a groove.
The components according to the invention can consist of fired clay, cement or preferably of a steam-hardened aerated concrete, which is made of fired lime, sand, fly ash or blast furnace slag and is known in the construction industry under the name Ytong®. The use of the components according to the invention has a number of obvious advantages. Due to their numerous hollow elements, a significant thermal insulation effect can be achieved with them, which often makes additional thermal insulation superfluous. The components can also be manufactured using considerably less material than compact components. They also have a lower weight than conventional components of the same size, in which no hollow elements are provided, which makes them easier to handle. Above all, however, the possibility of introducing warm air into a duct system that runs through the entire masonry creates the conditions for central heating elements not to be used at all, because the walls radiate the necessary heat. It is obvious that considerable investment costs in building a house can be avoided.
The warm air required for introduction into the masonry can be generated either by a conventional incinerator, by air heating by means of electrical current or, preferably, by using solar energy.
