- Handling unit 36 is adapted to unload the shoe 27 after processing, as shown more clearly in figure 3, arranging it for example on a conveyor belt 37 of a cooling unit, not shown in the figures.
- a third membrane 38 which affects only the rear part of the shoe at the heel, is rigidly coupled, with its ends, between the lateral edges of the dome 13, as shown in particular in figures 6 and 7.
- This third membrane 38 has a purely protective function for the other membranes, since it is the one that protects the others from deterioration in case of shoes having sharp-edged heels.
- the operator places himself in front of the machine and places the shoe 27 on its support inside the region where the dome 13 acts (figure 4).
- the dome 13 is then moved from a raised position to a lowered position, so that it rests on the surface 12.
- the lever 32 that locks the dome 13 is then closed and the lowermost chamber 20 is pressurized by feeding air into the duct 22, so that the membrane 18 fully adheres to the shoe, wrapping around the sole 27a and the upper 27b.
- the next operation is the feeding of air to the chamber 21 through the duct 23 to compress the sole 27a on the upper 27b (figure 5).
- the dome 13 is opened and the handling unit 36 unloads the shoe 27 (figure 3).
- the addition of the third membrane 38 has allowed to extend the life of the membranes 18 and 19 before they need to be replaced and avoids the need to resort to the wedge mentioned in the introduction.

Claims (5)
- Schuhmontiermaschine, welche auf einer Trägerstruktur (11, 12) eine Haube (13) aufweist, welche auf unterschiedlichen Höhen zwei flexible Membranen (18, 19) trägt, so daß diese zusammen mit der genannten Haube zwei Kammern (20, 21) ausbilden, in welche entsprechende Luftkanäle (22, 23) führen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (13) an der Trägerstruktur (11, 12) um eine Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist, welche hinsichtlich der Lage eines zu bearbeitenden Schuhes (27) longitudinal ausgerichtet ist, und daß eine Handhabungseinheit (36) zur Entnahme nach der Bearbeitung in der Nähe jener Stelle, wo die Ferse des genannten Schuhes plaziert ist, angeordnet ist und daß eine dritte Membran (38) von den Rändern der Haube (13) getragen ist und auf den Absatzbereich des sich in Bearbeitung befindenden Schuhes wirkt.
- Schuhmontiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (13) einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Grundriß aufweist, wobei die genannte Schwenkachse seitlich einer der längeren Seiten benachbart ist.
- Schuhmontiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (13) starr an einen Hebelarm (26) gekoppelt ist, welchem ein pneumatischer Zylinder (25) zum Antreiben seiner Drehbewegung zugeordnet ist.
- Schuhmontiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der Schwenkachse gegenüberliegenden Seite der Haube eine Vorrichtung (30) zum Arretieren der Haube (13) in einer unteren Ruheposition auf der Trägerstruktur (11, 12) vorgesehen ist.
- Schuhmontiermaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiervorrichtung (30) einen Hebel (32) aufweist, welcher um einen Träger (31) drehbar ist, und dem ein pneumatischer Zylinder (25) zugeordnet ist, wobei der Hebel auf einer rechteckigen Lippe (35) ruht, welche seitlich aus der Haube (13) vorsteht.
