Description
The invention relates to a lock cylinder and Flat key for the lock cylinder with one in one Bore of a cylinder housing with a rotatable cylinder core Key channel as well as with core and housing pins, which as Locks notches or serrations on the key face the flat key from a the rotation of the cylinder core blocking blocking position can be moved into a release position are, the protruding into the key channel Part of at least one core pin, especially that of the opening of the key channel initially lying core pin its outer surface with one in the direction of insertion of the key projecting flank of the key face an engagement connection having.
A key is known from AT 396 957 B which is in the field a notch in his teeth next to the key has, in which a direction of insertion protruding in it Flank, in particular a hook protrudes. This mostly trough-shaped notch of the key toothing is through the hook partially covered. The key is as a result of this training difficult to rework. The usual key copy milling machines reproduce a wrong key. Through the tooth the torque between the key and the lock cylinder transferred very well because of the effective beard height in the key channel at least the maximum possible size. Of the The key also works with a special locking cylinder characterized in that the hook the associated core pin holds and thus prevents the core pin in a housing recess immersed and the rotation of the cylinder core blocked.
The invention aims with a key of the described Sort of an additional function at a special To reach the lock cylinder, namely a locked position into a housing bore core pin into the Bring release position and hold the core pin in this. This is achieved in that the core pin assigned, spring-loaded housing pin with a stop for Stroke limitation of its displacement path is formed, wherein the end face of the housing pin in the stop position is inside the housing bore near the core bore and the end face of the housing pin the bottom of a recess forms, in which the core pin in the locked position immersed, and that the engagement connection between keys and core pin at least one inclined surface for lifting the Core pin from the locked position to the release position having. When the correct key is inserted, it lifts Bevel the core pin out of the recess in the cylinder housing out and bring him in with his face the division area between the cylinder core and the cylinder housing. This allows the locking cylinder to be locked. The sloping surface can on the key in the area of the projecting flank a notch on the key chest next to the key chord be. In technical reversal, you can also use the core pin or both on this and on the projecting Flank of the key chest must be arranged. It is advisable if in the head area of the 'core pin laterally in the lateral surface a V-shaped groove is provided and on the Key chest arranged and assigned to the core pin, in Insert direction projecting over a key notch Flank as part of a hook-like tooth with one in the Engaging the groove of the core pin and lifting the core pin Inclined surface is formed. The groove can also be V-shaped Be annular groove. In cooperation with the hook-shaped tooth is the core pin by running onto the Inclined surface picked up and raised. The slope of the Inclined surface and its length is dimensioned so that the stroke of the Core pin corresponds to the depth of the recess in the cylinder housing.
A special embodiment is characterized in that that a stylus is slidable in a bore of the cylinder core is stored, which opens into the core pin bore and that the stylus from the position of division into the inside of the cylinder inserted core pin from the cylinder core can be pushed out into a locked position in which the stylus immersed in a housing recess. This ensures that a release by the person in question here Core pin actually only in a single sliding position he follows. If division is not reached, the cylinder locks, because the core pin is still immersed in the recess. If the core pin is lifted over the division, it presses the stylus laterally into a housing recess and the cylinder is blocked again. To secure locking to ensure it is useful if the core pin in Extension direction from the cylinder core biased by a spring is. The one for a lock cylinder described The type of flat key provided has notches and serrations the key chest on and in the area of the key bow the notch that lies initially is a part that overlaps the notch and projecting in the direction of insertion of the key Flank with an inclined surface as part of a hook-like one Tooth provided. Such a key is common with the Copy milling for key serration not reproducible.
In the drawings is an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention shown. Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section by part of a locking cylinder in the locked position, Fig. 2 shows the lock cylinder of FIG. 1 with a matching key in the release position and Fig. 3 den Cross section to FIG. 2.
A lock cylinder comprises a
Hub begrenzenden Anschlagstellung (z.B. Fig. 1) etwas gegenüber
Verdrehen blockiert. Der Schließzylinder ist gesperrt. The first pin tumbler is shown in the figures.
According to the invention, it differs from that described above
classic functional principle. A
The
A common key with notches and teeth on the key face

The
