Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur mechanischen Entwässerung extrahierter Zuckerrübenschnitzel.
Zur Erhöhung des Trockensubstanzgehaltes in den Preßschnitzeln wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß im Preßbereich eine Suspension aus Salz oder Salzen mehrwertiger Ionen unmittelbar in die Schnitzel-Preßschicht eingeführt wird.
