Description
The present invention relates to an oven with a housing, in the lower Front section a recessed front base is formed with a base panel, and with a pull-out drawer mounted above it in the housing, on which Guide means and a drawer front panel are attached.
Such cookers are general and, for example, from EP-A-0 490 075 known, the front base is assigned to the stove housing, or individual parts, such as the drawer front panel and the one for guiding the drawer in the free-standing cooker required guide means screwed to the actual drawer or are riveted. This is constructively and technically complex.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a range cooker that eliminates these drawbacks.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the drawer is in one piece Is plastic body on which the essential functional elements of the drawer and the base panel are integrally formed. The complex production of the Individual elements and their assembly into a complete drawer are not required. Through the Integration or through the one-piece design of the front plinth on the drawer can this be the case for drawer and Front socket offer an increased volume for the device to be stowed, because that almost completely unused plinth volume slammed into the drawer can be.
Snap means are preferably formed on the drawer front panel, onto which one Decorative cover is clipable. As a result, the requirements for Surface texture of the drawer front panel reduced, and also a simple means of product differentiation through the interchangeability of the decorative panel given. The cleanability of the decorative panel is also improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the two Drawer molded guide pin, which in on the inner wall of the housing attached guide rails are slidably guided. With such an arrangement Both the pull-out protection or an end stop for the drawer and the Assembly or disassembly of the drawer is easy to implement. There is also a tipping the extended drawer is prevented even with high tipping loads. Through the Arrangement of the guide pin on the side walls, it is possible to Guide strips as stiffeners of the side walls of the
Provide housing. Will be two on each side wall spaced guide pins formed, then the Drawer optimal when pulling out, lifting or pushing down of the drawer secured.
To reduce the contact area and at the same time to improve the side guide of the drawer are on Bottom of the drawer molded on bottom guide ribs.
For self-lubrication of the drawer storage or guide the drawer consists of a plastic, in particular Polystyrene, with a high proportion of butadiene. This results from the opposite demands of a sufficient Strength of the drawer and sufficient Self-lubrication. Alternatively, a silicone component portion replace the butadiene portion. Additional lubricants or even castors for smooth operation the drawer can be omitted.
According to an advantageous development, the Base panel in the area behind the drawer front panel a grip-like intervention on the drawer is formed. This makes it an excellent one without an additional grip element Operability of the drawer ensured.

A standing stove 1 has a
23 ausgebildeten Versteifungsrippen 27
als stabiler, griffmuschelähnlicher Eingriff 28 genutzt. The
Furthermore, 23 insertion grooves are on the
An jeder Seitenwandung
Beim

At the bottom of the
