Description

Diese Armierungen weisen u.a. Kasten- oder Z-, Doppel-T- etc. -formen auf.The invention relates to a hollow chamber profile with an insertable in its hollow chamber and with another profile or the like. Screwable or otherwise connectable reinforcement for the stiffening and connection of window, door and other profiles, such as fighter and post profiles, wherein the reinforcement consists of a rolled box-shaped sheet steel profile, has a screw channel for screwing on the end face with the further profile and runs along the inner walls of the hollow chamber. Hollow chamber profiles, for example plastic profiles with reinforcements, are notoriously known. The reinforcements are mostly made of aluminum or sheet steel, whereby reinforcements made of aluminum profiles are on the one hand too expensive and on the other hand too little resilient (only about 1/3 of the bending stiffness of steel). For this reason, reinforcements made of sheet steel are preferred for hollow chamber profiles and are therefore also generally known per se. These reinforcements include Box or Z, double T, etc. shapes.

With the GM 87 14 076 (EP-PS 0 312 646) a central support for plastic window frames has become known, in which the profile insert consists of two identical but mirror-inverted profile halves, each having the basic shape of a "U" and with which Base legs are arranged against each other, each base leg having two beads running parallel to one another and in the longitudinal direction at a distance, which together form two screw channels and the leg dimensions of each profile half are selected so that the entire insert can be inserted into the blind beam with little play, so that screws inserted into the screw channels can be pressed out by spreading this play. However, such a profile insert consisting of two profile halves inserted loosely into the hollow chamber has several disadvantages. For example, the screw channels for the fighter screws are only formed when the two profile halves lie exactly against each other, i.e. the beads in the profile halves must together form an upper and a lower square recess (screw channel) into which screws can then be screwed. However, if the hollow chamber profile also has only small height tolerances, the beads are not exactly opposite one another and a screw channel does not form without rework. In the case of transverse tolerances of the hollow chamber profile, the two profile halves tilt and screwing in of the screws is also not easily possible. An additional disadvantage is the fact that the profile halves must be supported with their top and bottom folds on the inner wall of the hollow chamber profile in order to be functional at all. After the screws have been screwed in, these folds press into the plastic material, which leads to the cold flow of the plastic and possibly to the screws loosening in the long run. The assembly of the profile halves is also cumbersome and time-consuming. In addition, such profile inserts tend to generate considerable noise in the case of longer profiles.

The hollow chamber profile specified in DE-PS 40 20 559 is equipped with a one-piece reinforcement with a screw channel open on one side and thereby avoids the disadvantages of DE-GM G 87 14 076, but has the disadvantage that external elements, such as fittings or the like. Cannot be screwed to the reinforcing profile, which runs approximately in the middle of the hollow chamber, but only to the plastic wall of the hollow chamber profile and thus can particularly stress it.

The invention, as described in the claims, is therefore based on the object to provide a reinforced hollow chamber profile, for example made of plastic, with which the subject matter of DE-PS 40 20 559 is improved and which absorb an increased wind load, particularly in frame structures is capable of furthermore, in which a deformation of the hollow chamber profile due to one-sided temperature stress does not occur and, in addition, the secure mounting of external elements, such as Fitting etc. on the hollow chamber profile allowed.

By equipping the hollow chamber profile with a reinforcement as an open or closed one-piece sheet steel profile with one or more channels open on one side, for example screw channels within the leg of the armoring profile running around the inner wall of the hollow chamber, these Screw channels are formed from the steel sheet of the reinforcement profile, several advantages are achieved simultaneously, namely
  • a) allows a significantly higher exposure of the hollow chamber profile to wind loads and, above all, one-sided temperature loads,
  • b) the possibility of completely lining the hollow chamber, if required, with the reinforcement profile in order to achieve the highest possible moments of inertia in both the X and Y axes, which is also made possible by the fact that the reinforcement is far from the neutral zone of the hollow chamber profile is provided,
  • c) the secure attachment of external elements, such as fittings, etc., without fear that the plastic of the hollow chamber tears out under extreme loads, the steel sheet profile being arranged parallel to the outer or inner wall of the hollow chamber profile and thereby these elements can be attached anywhere on the plastic profile outer wall, as they are directly connected to the reinforcement, e.g. screwed,
  • d) because of the arrangement of the or the connecting channels, for example screw channels in the neutral zone of the hollow chamber profile, T and cross joints etc. can be produced without problems,
  • e) high dimensional stability and dimensional stability due to the one-piece design of the reinforcement,
  • f) easy adaptation of the shape of the reinforcement and / or the screw channels and the placement to the respective conditions of the hollow chamber profile and the specified requirements with regard to attachment of the external elements, stability, the entire profile, construction variants etc. and
  • g) Possibility of saving material in the construction of the hollow chamber profile due to the high strength values of the one-piece reinforcement and the simple covering of the reinforcement with simple profiles, in particular plastic profiles.

The invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the figures.

Es zeigt:

  • Fig. 1 ein armiertes Hohlkammerprofil gem. der Erfindung
  • Fig. 2 eine Ausführungsvariante der Figur 1
  • Fig. 3 eine beispielsweise Armierung
  • Fig. 4 die Explosionsdarstellung einer Hohlkammerprofilverbindung und
  • Fig. 5 verschiedene Ausführungsvarianten der Armierung.
It shows:
  • Fig. 1 shows a reinforced hollow chamber profile. the invention
  • 2 shows an embodiment variant of FIG. 1
  • 3 shows an example of reinforcement
  • Fig. 4 shows the exploded view of a hollow chamber profile connection and
  • Fig. 5 different variants of the reinforcement.
Figures 1 and 2 each show a hollow chamber profile 1 or 4, for example made of plastic with a reinforcement 2 or 5 inserted into the hollow chamber H (FIG. 2). The reinforcement 2 is made from a single-shell rolled sheet steel profile, thus formed in one piece and has in the interior of this profile a channel, for example a screw channel 2a, from which two legs 2b extend, which have an approximately V-shaped gap that opens towards the wall of the hollow chamber H. S limit. As shown in FIG. 2, this gap can also be narrow and delimited by two legs 5b, for example parallel. The two free legs 2a and 5a are angled at the level of the inner wall of the hollow profile 1 and 4 and extend as legs 2c and 5c around the inner wall of the hollow profile 1 and 4, so that their ends 2d and 5d on the the inner wall of the hollow chamber profile 1 or 4 opposite the gap S are spaced a little apart. In Fig. 2 lower part it can be seen that the reinforcement does not have to run approximately parallel to the inner walls of the hollow chamber, rather it can also run at any angle to the inner walls of the hollow chamber (H) of the hollow chamber profile (4), only two points of contact between the plastic inner wall and reinforcement (5) are required, only minimal pressure being exerted on these contact points, so that cold flow cannot occur. The ends 2d and 5d of the reinforcement 2 and 4 can also be connected to one another, for example welded, or overlap somewhat. With 3 is a fastener such. B. a screw for the front connection of the reinforcement 2, for example in window and door technology, a hollow profile 1 or 4 designed as a mullion profile with a further profile, for example a fighter profile 6 as shown in FIG. 4.

In this profile, which is approximately E-shaped, the two ends 6d of the profile do not face each other, but rather end in parallel as free legs, for example near the corners of the hollow chamber H.

Fig. 1 verläuft.
FIG. 4 shows a hollow chamber profile connection in which a hollow chamber profile 4, for example a post profile and a further hollow chamber profile 7, for example a frame or fighter profile, via a screw 3 which passes through the hollow chamber profile 7 and its reinforcement 7a into the screw channel 5a of the reinforcement 5 engages on the face, connected. An external element 8, for example a fitting, is firmly screwed through the plastic material of the hollow chamber profile 4 to the reinforcement 5 in the hollow chamber H.
Some embodiment variants of the reinforcement of the hollow chamber profile according to the invention are shown in FIG. 5, the list of such profiles not being exhaustive. The shape of the reinforcement can be adapted to the respective requirements without leaving the general idea of the invention. 5I shows an embodiment variant in which the gap S starting from the screw channel 9a of the reinforcement 9 in the direction of a narrow side of the hollow chamber H according to FIG. Fig. 1 runs. The profile of the reinforcement 9 is closed, for example, the ends of which are welded together, for example. Fig. 5II shows a reinforcement 10 with two screw channels 10a and 10b, while Fig. 5III shows a steel sheet profile 11, the profile of which is adapted to a predetermined contour of the hollow chamber H of a hollow chamber profile. The ends of the free legs 12 of the reinforcement acc. 5IV are folded to achieve a special stiffness of the outer flanks. The profiles 13 to 16 are shown, for example, with free legs of the screw channels 13a to 16a rolled onto one another. The free legs can, for example, also be firmly connected to one another with weld seams 14c and / or 14d, so that a rigid profile results.

Of course, the described hollow chamber profile with the reinforcement is not limited to the described embodiment and the connection of the post profile with the fighter profile of a window frame. It can also be used to advantage in other areas of the use of hollow chamber profiles, for example except for window frames, door frames, roofs, railings, winter gardens, greenhouses, halls, etc.
