Abstract

The accessory fitting is applied to doors or windows, and has two parts which can each be attached to a frame or casement. One part is a hook component (1) with at least one hook projection (2), and the other part is a component (3) with one or more openings (4) in which the hook projection can engage. Zufolge der erfindungsgemäßen Weiterbildung ist der Hakenfortsatz vom Hakeneingriffsteil weggerichtet. Die Eingriffsstellung wird dadurch erreicht, daß sich der Hakenfortsatz und die Hakeneingriffsöffnung relativ zueinander parallel zur Fensterebene verlagern. Dabei liegen ein Träger, welchem die Hakeneingriffsöffnungen zugeordnet sind, und die Hakenfortsetzung bevorzugt in einer Übergriffsstellung, welche Übergriffsstellung sowohl in der Eingriffsstellung als auch in der Außereingriffsstellung erhalten bleibt. Bei der Verlagerung des Beschlages aus der Eingriffsstellung in die Außereingriffsstellung kann dabei der Übergriff vergrößert werden. Bevorzugt ist entweder der Hakenfortsatz oder die Hakeneingriffsöffnung einem Schieber zugeordnet, welcher in der Fensterebene querverschieblich ist. Insbesondere ist der Hakeneingriffsöffnungsträger als Schieber ausgebildet. Dabei können die Hakeneingriffsöffnungen von einer Abwinklung dieses Schiebers ausgebildet sein. Der Schieber kann von einer Drehhandhabe, welche insbesondere einen Exzenterabschnitt aufweist, verlagerbar sein. Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß das Hakeneingriffsteil am Flügel anschlagbar ist und das Hakenteil am Rahmen. Der Schieber kann auch mittels eines Druckzylinders in seiner Sperrstellung festlegbar sein. Der Druckzylinder kann dabei entweder den Schieber blockieren oder die Betätigbarkeit der Drehhandhabe. Das Hakenteil kann U-förmig ausgebildet sein, wobei ein U-Schenkel einen Befestigungsabschnitt bzw. eine Befestigungsplatte ausbildet und der andere U-Schenkel ein oder mehrere parallel zueinander liegende Hakenfortsätze, zu denen jeweils Hakeneingriffsöffnungen eines querverschieblichen Trägers gehören. Das Antriebsgetriebe für den Schieber ist so gestaltet, daß der Schieber in seinen beiden Endstellungen gegen Zurückdrücken gesperrt ist. Insbesondere soll der Schieber in der Hakeneingriffsstellung gegen Zurückdrücken gesperrt sein. Wird bspw. bei einem Einbruchsversuch ein Hebelwerkzeug zwischen Rahmen und Flügel gesetzt, um die Verbindung zwischen Rahmen und Flügel zu lösen, so wird zufolge der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung des Beschlages zwar das Hakenteil vom Hakeneingriffsteil beabstandet, zufolge der vom Hakeneingriffsteil weggerichteten Hakenfortsätze greifen letztere jedoch tiefer in die Hakeneingriffsöffnungen ein und erhöhen somit die Sicherheit, da der Hakeneingriff in Gegenrichtung zur erwarteten gewaltsamen Öffnungsrichtung verläuft. Der Beschlag wird vorzugsweise an der Bandseite eines Drehkippfensters angebracht. Die Hakenfortsätze greifen dabei mit Spiel in die Hakeneingriffsöffnungen ein, so daß in der Eingriffsstellung des Beschlages eine Drehöffnung des Fensters möglich ist, dabei schwenkt die die Hakeneingriffsöffnungen aufweisende Abwinklung des Hakeneingriffsträgers über die Hakenfortsätze in einer Stellung, in der keine Hakeneingriffsstellung vorliegt, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wird. Beim Schließen des Fensters bewegen sich die Hakeneingriffsöffnungen wieder auf einer Schwenkbahn derart über die Hakenfortsätze, daß bei geschlossenem Fenster eine Hakeneingriffsstellung vorliegt. Um eine Kippstellung des Fensters zu ermöglichen, ist der Schieber zu verlagern derart, daß die Hakeneingriffsöffnungen in Richtung weg vom Flügel verlagert werden, so daß die Hakenfortsätze aus den zugehörigen Öffnungen austauchen und das Fenster frei kippbar ist. Befestigungsschrauben für das Hakeneingriffsteil sind nur in der Außereingriffsstellung zugänglich.
