- the present invention relates to a device separator intended to ensure rigorous identification, in the longitudinal direction, bands resulting from the slitting a web in web presses transformation of paper, film, or fabric, into shaping machines especially intended for manufacture of labels.
- Spacer cylinders of this type have the disadvantage of not forming a regular curve since, by construction, they are made up of a series of adjacent rectilinear elements thus forming a broken line. Description
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de séparation de bandes, notamment de bandes de papier ou de carton, obtenues après la refente d'une nappe (1), du type comportant deux cylindres séparateurs courbes, ou "cylindres bananes" (9,9'), à savoir un cylindre amont supérieur (9) et un cylindre aval inférieur (9'), la nappe (1) prenant appui sur la partie supérieure du cylindre amont (9) et sur la partie inférieure du cylindre aval (9'), dans lequel les deux cylindres séparateurs amont (9) et aval (9') sont de même diamètre et leurs axes longitudinaux (vv',ww') sont contenus dans des plans parallèles (P,P') sensiblement verticaux perpendiculaires aux surfaces respectives de la nappe en entrée (1) et en sortie (1') des deux cylindres séparateurs, la concavité de chacun de ceux-ci étant orientée vers le haut, la courbure de chacun desdits cylindres étant telle que toute perpendiculaire abaissée d'un point quelconque (A1, A2, ...Am) de l'axe longitudinal (vv',ww') de chacun des cylindres, sur l'axe longitudinal (ww',vv') de l'autre cylindre, est de même longueur, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres séparateurs (9,9') sont constitués d'éléments rectilignes et monoblocs aux extrémités desquels est appliqué un moment de flexion (M) de façon à leur conférer une courbure (2,2') régulière.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les cylindres séparateurs (9,9') sont constitués d'éléments tubulaires.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des cylindres séparateurs (9,9') sont encastrées dans des paliers de roulement (17,19).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les paliers de roulement (17,19) sont solidarisés de blocs rigides (21) comportant une face (23) inclinée par rapport à l'axe (vv',ww') du cylindre séparateur , d'un angle (α) dont on souhaite faire tourner chacun des blocs (21) afin de courber le cylindre séparateur, et de moyens de bridage (25), aptes à appliquer cette surface inclinée (23) contre une surface (27) de la machine.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les éléments de la nappe en entrée (1) et en sortie (1') sont en appui respectifs sur des cylindres droits (3,3'), respectivement disposés en amont et en aval des cylindres séparateurs (9,9'), les distances respectives de ces cylindres droits (3,3') auxdits cylindres séparateurs amont (9) et aval (9') étant importantes en comparaison de la flèche (f,f') de chaque cylindre séparateur (9,9').
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les courbures de chacun des deux cylindres séparateurs amont (9) et aval (9') sont constituées par des arcs de cercle.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que lesdits arcs de cercle sont parfaitement concentriques à un axe fictif (uu') situé à l'intersection du plan de symétrie (Q) des parties amont (1) et aval (1') de la nappe qui entrent et qui sortent du dispositif, avec un plan (R) parallèle à ces dites parties (1,1).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les cylindres séparateurs (9,9') sont constitués, au moins en périphérie, d'enroulements de fibres liés entre eux au moyen d'un liant durcissable.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que les enroulements sont inclinés par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (vv',ww') des cylindres séparateurs.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que chaque cylindre séparateur (9,9') est revêtu, sur sa périphérie, d'une résine durcissable apte à subir une rectification sans porter atteinte à l'intégrité mécanique des enroulements.
