Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Regenerierung von Giesserei-Altsand mit mehr oder weniger grossem Anteil an bentonitgebundenem Sand, wobei die Körner des Sandes in einem Behandlungsraum wiederholt beschleunigt und abgebremst und durch kombinierte Schlag- und Scherbeanspruchung ,mit anschliessender Korn an Kornreibung gescheuert und dadurch von den auf ihnen haftenden, nutzbaren und totgebrannten Binder- und Zusatzstoffhüllen befreit werden, wobei während der Behandlung abgescheuerte Feinteile von den Sandkörnern getrennt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zu behandelnde Sand in zwei Fallströme aufgeteilt wird und die Körner eines ersten Fallstromes beschleunigt und in den zweiten Fallstrom geschleudert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Fallstrom auf einen sich drehenden mit Reibkörpern bestückten Rotor fällt und von diesem die Körner unter einbringung von Schlag-Scherkräften beschleunigt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fallströme unterschiedlich oder gleich gross sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Charge des zu behandelnden Sandes bis zum Erreichen der gewünschten Regenratsgüte im Kreis gefuhrt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feinteile gezielt und kontinuierlich abgesaugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feinteile derart abgesaugt werden, dass nicht beschädigte Wertstoffe wie Bentonit und C-Träger von den übrigen Feinteilen getrennt anfallen, indem das Absaugen der Feinteile aufgrund von Korngrössenunterschieden und/oder eine Änderung des Unterdrucks über die Absaugleistung gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgesaugte Feinteilstrom nach einer bestimmten und vorgegebenen Behandlungszeit getrennt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit einem Behandlungsraum 16, in welchem ein Rotor (18) mit von der Rotormantelfläche (20) abragenden Reibkörpern (22) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behandlungsraum (16) Zulauföffnungen (12,14) für die Sandfallströme aufweist, wobei die Fallinie (f1) einer Zulauföffnung (12) auf den Rotor (18) trifft und die Fallinie (f2) der anderen Zulauföffnung (14) in einem Abstand (a) zur Mantelfläche des Rotors nach unten führt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Behandlungsraum (16) ein Sandvorratsbehälter (10) mit Auslauföffnungen (12,14) für die Fallströme aufgesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Behandlungsraumes (16) eine Entstaubungseinheit (24) mit Absaugleitung (28) zum gezielten Absaugen der Feinteile angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Behandlungsraumes (16) und der Entstaubungseinheit (24) ein Regenerat-Sammelbehälter (30) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Aufrechterhaltung eines Kreislaufbetriebs der Sammelbehälter (30) über einer Fördereinheit (32) mit dem Vorratsbehälter (10) verbunden ist.
