Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de bouchage d'un récipient et de distribution du produit qu'il contient.
  • Il est connu, notamment dans le domaine des produits cosmétiques, tels que des crèmes ou des gels, de conditionner ceux-ci dans des récipients munis d'un dispositif de bouchage permettant la distribution du produit sans nécessiter d'enlever totalement un bouchon, comme tel est le cas traditionnellement. Un tel dispositif de bouchage, est encore appelé capsule-service.
  • Un dispositif connu comporte un obturateur fixé sur le col du récipient par l'intermédiaire d'une jupe qui vient coiffer la paroi extérieure du récipient ou son col, cet obturateur comportant un orifice ménagé dans son fond, lequel orifice peut être ouvert ou non par l'intermédiaire d'un capot monté déplaçable sur l'obturateur.
  • Le plus souvent, le dispositif de bouchage comprend trois pièces, ce qui constitue une réalisation complexe, il n'est pas d'une utilisation simple, et n'assure pas une parfaite étanchéité de la fermeture en position fermée.
  • Le but de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif de conception et de structure simples, d'utilisation pratique, et qui assure à la fois une sortie facile du produit en position d'ouverture et une excellente obturation du récipient en position de fermeture du dispositif.
  • A cet effet, le dispositif qu'elle concerne, comprend, d'une part, un obturateur fixé sur le col du récipient, présentant une jupe destinée à réaliser la fixation sur la paroi extérieure du récipient ou de son col, une cheminée centrale prenant appui contre la face interne du col du récipient et un fond reliant la cheminée centrale et la jupe extérieure, ce fond comportant une ouverture excentrée, reliée à la cheminée centrale par un passage oblique et, d'autre part, un capot qui, monté pivotant sur l'obturateur autour d'un axe correspondant à celui de la cheminée, présente une jupe extérieure montée pivotante sur la jupe de l'obturateur, une cheminée centrale engagée dans la cheminée centrale de l'obturateur et en contact avec cette dernière, la jupe et la cheminée étant reliées par un fond comportant une ouverture de sortie du produit située à une même distance de l'axe de rotation que l'ouverture de l'obturateur, et la cheminée comportant un orifice ménagé du côté de l'ouverture du fond et à même hauteur que le passage oblique de l'obturateur.
  • Lorsque le capot est dans sa position de fermeture, son fond obture l'orifice de sortie du produit ménagé dans le fond de l'obturateur, et le produit contenu dans le récipient est isolé de l'extérieur au niveau de la cheminée centrale de l'obturateur, dont la communication avec le passage oblique est obturée par la cheminée centrale du capot.
  • Pour passer en position de distribution de produit, il suffit à l'opérateur de faire pivoter le capot vis-à-vis de l'obturateur pour faire communiquer la cheminée centrale avec le passage oblique, et dégager l'orifice ménagé dans le fond de l'obturateur.
  • Suivant une première forme d'exécution, l'orifice ménagé dans la cheminée du capot s'étend jusqu'au bord libre de la cheminée situé du côté opposé au fond, tandis que la cheminée de l'obturateur comporte un retour s'étendant en direction du fond de celui-ci jusqu'à la base du passage oblique, ménageant ainsi avec la cheminée de l'obturateur un espace annulaire dans lequel est engagée la cheminée du capot.
  • Cette caractéristique est avantageuse, dans la mesure où elle simplifie la structure de la cheminée du capot qui comporte une fente s'étendant jusqu'à son bord libre situé du côté opposé au fond.
  • Afin d'améliorer l'étanchéité de l'ensemble, et d'éviter que du produit contenu dans le volume compris entre l'obturateur et le capot ne s'échappe hors du capot en position de fermeture de l'ensemble, la jupe du capot comporte, à proximité du fond de celui-ci et sur sa paroi intérieure, un jonc annulaire en appui contre la paroi extérieure de la jupe de l'obturateur.
  • Afin de prérégler la course de rotation du capot vis-à-vis de l'obturateur, le fond de l'obturateur présente, sur un secteur circulaire, une zone en décrochement du côté de l'intérieur du récipient, tandis que le fond du capot présente un doigt qui, faisant saillie du côté du fond de l'obturateur, est engagé dans ce décrochement. Les deux positions extrêmes de pivotement du capot vis-à-vis de l'obturateur sont fournies par mise en appui du doigt du capot contre les extrémités du décrochement de l'obturateur.
  • Afin de parfaire l'étanchéité du dispositif en position de fermeture, le fond de l'obturateur présente, à même distance de l'axe de rotation que l'ouverture de l'obturateur, un téton décalé angulairement par rapport à cette ouverture et faisant saillie du côté du fond du capot, pour pouvoir pénétrer dans l'ouverture de celui-ci en position de fermeture du dispositif.
  • Afin de faciliter la manoeuvre de ce dispositif, le décrochement et le téton ménagés dans le fond de l'obturateur, d'une part, et l'ouverture et le doigt ménagés dans le fond du capot, d'autre part, sont respectivement disposés pour que, dans une première position de fin de course du doigt dans le décrochement, les deux ouvertures de l'obturateur et du capot soient en vis-à-vis, et que, dans l'autre position de fin de course, le téton de l'obturateur soit engagé dans l'ouverture du fond du capot.
  • Afin d'éviter que le téton dépassant du fond de l'obturateur ne gêne la manoeuvre du capot pour le passage de la position d'ouverture à la position de fermeture et inversement, la paroi du fond du capot tournée vers le fond de l'obturateur comporte, sur un secteur angulaire, un évidement en forme d'arc de cercle destiné au logement du téton dépassant du fond de l'obturateur, lors de la rotation du capot.
  • Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le bord inférieur de la jupe du capot comporte un évidement dans lequel est engagée une languette de sûreté déchirable venant de moulage avec l'obturateur.
  • De toute façon, l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme d'exécution de ce dispositif de bouchage :
    • Figure 1 en est une vue en coupe longitudinale en position ouverte ;
    • Figure 2 en est une vue de dessus en position ouverte ;
    • Figures 3 et 4 sont deux vues similaires à figures 1 et 2 en position fermée.
  • Le dispositif de bouchage selon l'invention comprend, d'une part, un obturateur 2 en matière synthétique destiné à être fixé sur le col 3 d'un récipient, tel qu'un flacon ou un tube, et un capot 4 monté pivotant sur l'obturateur 2. L'obturateur 2 présente une jupe tubulaire de section circulaire 5 fixée de façon irréversible sur le col du récipient. Cette fixation est réalisée par un encliquetage élastique, avec une immobilisation en rotation obtenue par l'intermédiaire de crans 6 que comporte la jupe de l'obturateur coopérant avec des crans 7 ménagés sur le récipient. La jupe 5 de l'obturateur comporte une cheminée centrale 8 prenant appui contre la face interne du col 3 du récipient, cette cheminée centrale 8 étant reliée à la jupe 5 par un fond 9. Ce fond 9 comporte une ouverture 10 pour la sortie du produit, excentré par rapport à l'axe 12 de l'obturateur, l'orifice 10 et la cheminée 8 étant reliés par un passage oblique 13. La cheminée 8 présente un retour 14 vers le haut, s'étendant jusqu'au niveau du passage oblique, et délimitant, avec la partie principale de la cheminée, un espace annulaire 15.
  • L'obturateur 2 comporte également, dans sa partie supérieure, une zone annulaire 16 en forme de lèvre, prolongeant la jupe 5. Enfin, le fond 9 de l'obturateur présente sur un secteur circulaire légèrement supérieur à 90°, un décrochement 17 vers l'intérieur.
  • Le capot 4 présente, pour sa part, une jupe cylindrique 18 montée sur la jupe 5 de l'obturateur de façon à être retenue axialement sur celle-ci au niveau de sa base 20 grâce à un épaulement vers l'intérieur que comporte celle-ci, et à pouvoir pivoter sur la jupe 5 de l'obturateur. A la partie supérieure, la jupe 18 comporte un jonc annulaire 22 tourné vers l'intérieur destiné à prendre appui contre la lèvre d'étanchéité 16 de la jupe 5 de l'obturateur. L'obturateur comporte une cheminée centrale 23, engagée dans l'espace annulaire 15 ménagé entre la cheminée 8 et sont retour 14. Cette cheminée 23 de l'obturateur comporte une ouverture latérale 24, susceptible de mettre en communication l'intérieur du récipient avec le passage oblique 13 ménagé dans l'obturateur. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée au dessin, cette ouverture 24 se présente sous la forme d'une fente allongée qui s'étend jusqu'au niveau du bord inférieur de la cheminée 23. La cheminée 23 et la jupe 18 du capot sont reliées par un fond 25 comportant une ouverture 26 située à une même distance de l'axe de rotation que l'ouverture 10 de l'obturateur et possédant la même orientation angulaire que l'ouverture 24 ménagée dans la cheminée 23. Du fond 25 fait saillie vers l'intérieur un doigt 27 engagé dans le décrochement 17 du fond de l'obturateur, ce doigt étant destiné à former une butée de fin de course respectivement en position ouverture et en position fermée par appui contre les extrémités du décrochement 16, comme montré aux figures 2 et 4. Enfin, le fond 9 de l'obturateur présente un téton 28 faisant saillie vers le haut, destiné à venir s'engager dans l'ouverture 26 du fond du capot, en position fermée du dispositif. Pour signaler cette fermeture, un linguet 29 solidaire de l'obturateur est actionné par le doigt 27 du capot lorsque ce dernier arrive en position de fermeture. Ce linguet provoque un signal sonore rendant la fermeture audible.
  • Pour faciliter le mouvement de manoeuvre du capot sur l'obturateur malgré la présence du téton 28, il est prévu, dans le fond 25 du capot, un évidement 30 s'étendant sur un arc de cercle, et permettant de loger le téton lors du mouvement de rotation, sauf juste avant que le téton 28 pénétre dans l'ouverture 26 du fond du capot. L'interruption de l'évidement à ce niveau permet d'éviter une ouverture accidentelle du récipient par rotation non souhaitée du capot 4 vis-à-vis de l'obturateur 2.
  • Comme montré aux figures 1 et 2, lorsque le capot se trouve dans une première position de fin de course angulaire vis-à-vis de l'obturateur, le produit contenu dans le récipient peut s'échapper hors de celui-ci par la cheminée centrale, le passage oblique 13 et les ouvertures 10 et 26 ménagées dans les fonds respectivement de l'obturateur et du capot. Lorsque l'utilisateur souhaite fermer le récipient, il lui suffit d'entraîner le capot 4 en rotation dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre sur un angle supérieur à 90° dans la forme d'exécution représentée au dessin. Cette rotation est réalisée jusqu'à ce que le doigt 27 vienne en butée contre l'autre extrémité du décrochement 16, comme indiqué à la figure 4. Dans cette position, le téton 28 du fond de l'obturateur pénétre dans l'ouverture 26 du fond 25 du capot, et obture celui-ci. Parallèlement, la cheminée 23 de l'obturateur a pivoté pour venir isoler la cheminée centrale du passage oblique 13. Le volume résiduel du produit, qui pourrait éventuellement se trouver dans le passage oblique, ne risque pas de s'échapper vers l'extérieur, compte tenu de la fermeture de l'ouverture 26 par le téton 28, et compte tenu de l'étanchéité réalisée entre la jupe 5 de l'obturateur et la jupe 18 du capot par l'intermédiaire de la lèvre d'étanchéité 16 et du jonc annulaire 22.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique, l'obturateur comporte au niveau de son bord inférieur une languette de sûreté 32 dépassant vers l'extérieur et reliée à la jupe par une zone déchirable 33, au niveau d'une encoche 34 ménagée dans la jupe du capot. Cette languette de sûreté empêche donc le pivotement du capot vis-à-vis de l'obturateur avant qu'elle ait été arrachée de la jupe 5, ce qui permet de visualiser immédiatement si un récipient a ou non été ouvert.
  • Comme il ressort de ce qui précède, l'invention apporte une grande amélioration à la technique existante en fournissant un dispositif de bouchage de structure simple, réalisé avec seulement deux pièces en matière synthétique obtenues par moulage.
  • Comme il va de soi, l'invention ne se limite pas à la seule forme d'exécution de ce dispositif décrite ci-dessus à titre d'exemple, elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes.

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de bouchage d'un récipient et de distribution du produit qu'il contient, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, d'une part, un obturateur (2) fixé sur le col (3) du récipient, présentant une jupe (5) destinée à réaliser la fixation sur la paroi extérieure du récipient ou de son col, une cheminée centrale (8) prenant appui contre la face interne du col du récipient et un fond (9) reliant la cheminée centrale et la jupe extérieure (5), ce fond comportant une ouverture excentrée (10), reliée à la cheminée centrale (8) par un passage oblique (13) et, d'autre part, un capot (4) qui, monté pivotant sur l'obturateur (2) autour d'un axe (12) correspondant à celui de la cheminée (8), présente une jupe extérieure (18) montée pivotante sur la jupe (5) de l'obturateur, une cheminée centrale (23) engagée dans la cheminée centrale (8) de l'obturateur et en contact avec cette dernière, la jupe (18) et la cheminée (23) étant reliées par un fond (25) comportant une ouverture (26) de sortie du produit située à une même distance de l'axe de rotation que l'ouverture (10) de l'obturateur, et la cheminée (23) comportant un orifice (24) ménagé du côté de l'ouverture du fond (26) et à même hauteur que le passage oblique (13) de l'obturateur.
  2. Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice (24) ménagé dans la cheminée (23) du capot s'étend jusqu'au bord libre de la cheminée situé du côté opposé au fond, tandis que la cheminée (8) de l'obturateur comporte un retour (14) s'étendant en direction du fond de celui-ci jusqu'à la base du passage oblique (13), ménageant ainsi avec la cheminée de l'obturateur un espace annulaire (15) dans lequel est engagée la cheminée (23) du capot.
  3. Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la jupe (18) du capot comporte, à proximité du fond de celui-ci et sur sa paroi intérieure, un jonc annulaire (22) en appui contre la paroi extérieure (16) de la jupe (5) de l'obturateur.
  4. Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le fond (9) de l'obturateur présente, sur un secteur circulaire, une zone (17) en décrochement du côté de l'intérieur du récipient, tandis que le fond (25) du capot (4) présente un doigt (27) qui, faisant saillie du côté du fond de l'obturateur, est engagé dans ce décrochement (16).
  5. Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le fond (9) de l'obturateur présente, à même distance de l'axe de rotation que l'ouverture (26) du capot (4), un téton (28) décalé angulairement par rapport à cette ouverture et faisant saillie du côté du fond du capot, pour pouvoir pénétrer dans l'ouverture (26) de celui-ci en position de fermeture du dispositif.
  6. Dispositif de bouchage selon l'ensemble des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le décrochement (17) et le téton (28) ménagés dans le fond (9) de l'obturateur, d'une part, et l'ouverture (26) et le doigt (27) ménagés dans le fond (25) du capot, d'autre part, sont respectivement disposés pour que, dans une première position de fin de course du doigt (27) dans le décrochement (16), les deux ouvertures (10, 26) de l'obturateur et du capot soient en vis-à-vis, et que, dans l'autre position de fin de course, le téton (28) de l'obturateur soit engagé dans l'ouverture (26) du fond (25) du capot.
  7. Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi du fond (25) du capot tournée vers le fond de l'obturateur comporte, sur un secteur angulaire, un évidement (30) en forme d'arc de cercle destiné au logement du téton (28) dépassant du fond de l'obturateur, lors de la rotation du capot.
  8. Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur de la jupe (18) du capot (4) comporte un évidement (34) dans lequel est engagée une languette de sûreté (32) déchirable venant de moulage avec l'obturateur (2).
