Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kabelverseilung (4) aus Einzeladern - insbesondere Adern nichtrunden Querschnitts wie z.B. für Hochspannungskabel aus drei oder vier sektorförmigen Leitern (1) aus Kupfer oder Aluminium mit großen Querschnitten mit einer Kunststoffisolierung (2) - mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung.The invention relates to a method for producing a cable stranding (4) from single wires - in particular non-round cross-section wires, e.g. for high-voltage cables consisting of three or four sector-shaped conductors (1) made of copper or aluminum with large cross-sections with plastic insulation (2) - with changing direction of lay.
Vorrichtungen zum Verseilen mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung sind für runde Adern bekannt. Sektorförmige Drähte müssen jedoch, anders als runde Drähte, wegen ihrer Passform im Seil zusätzlich einmal pro Schlag (Umdrehung) um ihre Achse verdrillt werden (Verseilen ohne Rückdrehung). Das bedeutet, daß hohe Drehmomente auf die einzelnen Drähte/Adern (bezogen auf deren Längsachsen) aufgebracht werden müssen.Devices for stranding with alternating lay direction are known for round wires. Jedoch ist das, abhängig von der Festigkeit und Art (Al, Cu - eindrähtig massiv oder mehrdrähtig verseilt) des verwendeten Leiters, praktisch kaum möglich, ohne daß die Leiterisolierung aus Kunststoff beschädigt wird. Zumal die Form der kreissektorförmigen Leiterquerschnitte mit 90° oder 120° Sektorwinkel durch relativ große Abrundungen an den Ecken nur wenig "Angriff" für eine Profilführung bietet.EP-A1-0582802 describes a stranding machine with alternating lay direction for wires of round cross-section.
