Description
Da die Schnüre bei ihrer Herstellung über den gesamten Umfang mit Klebstoff benetzt werden, kann das zu einer Spule gewickelte Reißband unter Einfluß von Feuchtigkeit verkleben. Weiter können sich unter Einfluß von Feuchtigkeit die miteinander verklebten Papierschnüre voneinander lösen, wodurch die Festigkeit des Reißbandes vermindert wird und zudem bei dessen Verwendung Störungen bedingt werden können. Ein weiterer Nachteil dieses bekannten Reißbandes besteht darin, daß die einzelnen Papierschnüre, aus welchen es gefertigt ist, einen Mindestdurchmesser aufweisen müssen, wodurch dieses Reißband eine Mindestdicke aufweist, welche bei der Verwendung eines solchen Bandes zum Unterteilen von Papierbahnen mit relativ geringem Papiergewicht deshalb nachteilige Effekte bedingen kann, da die Papierbahn beschädigt wird. Weiters besteht das Erfordernis, ein derartiges Reißband mit exakten Toleranzen zu fertigen, um hierdurch Störungen bei dessen Bewegung durch einen Förderkanal ausschließen zu können. Diesem Erfordernis kann jedoch bei einem aus mehreren Schnüren hergestellten Reißband deshalb nur schwer entsprochen werden, da die Schnüre nicht mit exakten Größen gefertigt werden können.
Die Fig. 1 bis 9 zeigen unterschiedliche Ausführungsformen eines erfindungsgemäßen Reißbandes, jeweils in axonometrischer Darstellung.
Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zum Unterteilen einer sich bewegenden Papierbahn, welche auf eine Trommel aufgewickelt wird, um hierdurch deren Aufwicklung auf eine leere Trommel zu ermöglichen, bestehend aus einem aus Papier gefertigten Reißband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reißband durch einen mehrfach gefalteten Papierstreifen (1) gebildet ist, wobei die aneinander liegenden Lagen (10, 11, 12) des Papierstreifens (1) miteinander zumindest partiell verklebt sind.
- Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden seitlichen Bereiche des Papierstreifens (4) mehrfach umgebogen sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden seitlichen Bereiche (11, 12; 21, 22) des Papierstreifens (1; 2) auf eine Seite hin umgebogen sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden seitlichen Bereiche (31, 32) des Papierstreifens (3) auf unterschiedliche Seiten hin umgebogen sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Seitenkanten des Papierstreifens (1) sich etwa in der Mitte des Reißbandes befinden.
- Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden seitlichen Bereiche (21, 22) des Papierstreifens (2) auf eine Seite hin umgebogen sind, wobei sie sich überlappen, wobei sich vorzugsweise die beiden Seitenränder des Papierstreifens im Bereich der beiden Seitenkanten (24, 25) des Reißbandes befinden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den mindestens zwei Lagen des Papierstreifens (10, 11, 12) eine durch ein weiteres Papierband (5) gebildete Einlage angeordnet ist, welche mit dem Papierstreifen (1) gleichfalls verklebt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage durch einen mehrlagigen, gegebenenfalls gefalteten Papierstreifen (51, 52, 53) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage durch einen auf beiden Seiten mit Klebstoff versehenen Papierstreifen oder durch einen trägerlosen Klebestreifen gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Papierstreifen (1, 5) aus Papiermaterial mit einer Langfaserorientierung gefertigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff wasserlöslich ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reißband (8) mit in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Rillen od. dgl. versehen ist bzw. in seiner Querrichtung gewellt ausgebildet ist.
