- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'un sous-ensemble constituant un dispositif de manoeuvre indépendant montable ultérieurement sur le caisson du volet roulant représenté à la figure 1,
- les figures 3 et 4 représentent respectivement une vue de détail à échelle agrandie de la figure 2,
- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective d'un passe-caisson, équipant le volet roulant représenté à la figure 1,

Claims (14)
- Volet roulant, destiné à protéger une ouverture, telle que notamment une fenêtre, porte ou analogue, comprenant un caisson (2), renfermant un tambour (3), autour duquel s'enroule un rideau ou tablier, lequel tambour (3) étant assujetti à des moyens de commande de rotation (8) disposés à l'intérieur du caisson (2) et actionnés par un organe extérieur d'actionnement (9, 15 ; 46) traversant ledit caisson (2) au niveau d'un passe-caisson (10 ; 40), caractérisé par le fait que le passe-caisson (10 ; 40) est constitué par deux éléments (21, 22 ; 41, 42), comprenant respectivement une joue d'appui supérieure (21a ; 41a) et inférieure (22a ; 42a), destinés à coopérer par pincement avec le caisson (2), l'une et l'autre des joues (21a, 22a ; 41a, 42a) se prolongeant coaxialement par des cheminées concentriques (21b, 22b ; 41b, 42b) destinées à coopérer entre elles par emboítement de l'une dans l'autre, leur immobilisation en position étant obtenue uniquement par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'ancrage complémentaires (30, 31 ; 43, 44) propres à chacun desdits éléments (21,22 ; 41, 42).
- Volet roulant, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens d'ancrage d'un des éléments (21 ; 41) du passe-caisson (10 ; 40) sur l'autre (22 ; 42) sont constitués par au moins une série de saillies (30 ; 43) ménagées sur l'un (21 ; 41) des éléments et susceptibles de coopérer avec une pluralité de lumières radiales correspondantes (31 ; 44) pratiquées successivement dans une direction axiale sur l'autre élément (22 ; 42).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément inférieur (22 ; 42) du passe-caisson (10 ; 40) comporte sur la périphérie externe de sa cheminée (22 b, 42b) une pluralité de nervures radiales (32 ; 45) destinées à éliminer les jeux au montage du passe-caisson (10 ; 40) dans un logement correspondant du caisson (2).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de commande sont constitués par un treuil (8) actionné par une tige de commande (9) traversant le caisson (2) au niveau dudit passe-caisson (10).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 4, dans lequel une des cheminées (21b) de l'un des éléments (21) dudit passe-caisson (10) renferme une rotule (11) destinée à être traversée par la tige de commande (9), ladite cheminée (21b) renfermant la rotule (11) constituant un siège (12) à celle-ci et étant pourvue d'échancrures (23) destinées à la rendre élastiquement déformable pour permettre l'introduction de ladite rotule (11), son maintien en position étant ensuite assuré par contact avec l'autre cheminée (22b) au montage.
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 5 dans lequel la rotule (11) comporte à sa partie supérieure un prolongement (24) concentrique lui interdisant de basculer après clipsage vers la partie inférieure du passe-caisson (10), cette partie étant réservée à un chanfrein (18) comporté par ladite rotule (11) servant à l'introduction de la tige de commande (9).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 5 dans lequel les joues supérieure et inférieure (21a, 22a) des éléments (21, 22) du passe-caisson (10) comportent des dégagements latéraux (25, 26, 27, 28) pour la tige de commande (9) afin de permettre son débattement angulaire, nécessaire au montage sur le treuil (8).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 4 comportant des moyens pour introduire en aveugle la tige de commande (9) dans le passe-caisson (10) et l'immobiliser en translation par rapport audit passe-caisson (10) après sa mise en place dans le treuil (8).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 8 dans lequel lesdits moyens sont constitués par au moins une butée escamotable (19) apte à s'effacer lors de ladite introduction et à se placer en saillie après ladite mise en place.
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la butée (19) portée par la tige de commande (9) est constituée par un jonc (19) élastiquement déformable, entourant librement au repos une gorge (20) à profil cônique, réalisé sur ladite tige de commande (9), et dont son plus petit diamètre, situé à sa partie inférieure, est plus petit que le diamètre intérieur du jonc (19) au repos, alors que son plus grand diamètre, situé à sa partie supérieure, est plus grand que le diamètre intérieur du jonc (19).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la liaison effective de la tige de commande (9) avec le passe-caisson (10) s'effectue par introduction de ladite tige de commande (9) dans un trou de passage (17) du passe-caisson (10) de manière à permettre au montage, d'abord l'effacement de celui-ci par rétreint sur lui-même, pour amener son diamètre extérieur à une valeur au plus égale à celle d'un cercle s'inscrivant dans le trou (17), pour autoriser son passage en celle-ci, puis permettre ensuite de reprendre son diamètre extérieur initial, qui est au moins supérieur audit cercle dans lequel s'inscrit le trou (17), une action de celle-ci en sens inverse après montage ayant tendance à pousser le jonc (19), redevenu libre, vers la partie élargie de la gorge cônique (20), provoquant ainsi l'augmentation de son diamètre extérieur, et rendant donc impossible tout désaccouplement de ladite tige de commande (9), après mise en place dans le treuil (8).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la tige de commande (9) est préalablement fixée sur une genouillère (14), elle-même fixée sur une tringle (15), elle-même fixée sur une manivelle (16), ces quatre éléments formant un ensemble indissociable (1), assemblés indépendamment et préalablement au montage de la tige (9) sur le treuil (8), à travers le passe-caisson (10), permettant ainsi la pose du passe-caisson (10), muni de sa rotule (11) sur le caisson (2) en atelier, et la pose de l'ensemble précité sur le chantier.
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de commande sont constitués par au moins une poulie actionnée par une sangle (46) traversant le caisson (2) au niveau dudit passe-caisson (40).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'une des cheminées (41b) de l'un des éléments (41) dudit passe-caisson (40) présente deux lèvres internes (47, 48), aptes à être traversées et à guider la sangle (46) de commande.
