Claims (15)
- Rotationszerstäuber mit einem an einer rotierenden Welle eines Antriebsmotors montierbaren Glockenkörper (1), aus dessen Innenraum das zu zerstäubende Material auf eine zur Absprühkante (3) führende äußere Überströmfläche (2) an der Stirnseite des Glockenkörpers (1) gelangt, und der am Glockenumfang eine sich Von der Absprühkante (3) aus erstreckende seitliche Außenfläche (5) hat, und mit einer Leitung (9), aus der ein Löse- oder Spülmittel zum Entfernen von Beschichtungsmaterialniederschlägen auf die seitliche Außenfläche (5) des Glockenkörpers (1) gelangt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spülmittel von einer von der Spülmittelleitung (9) gespeisten Stelle (15,29) im Glockenkörper (1) zum Spülen und Reinigen der seitlichen Außenfläche (5) durch Zentrifugalwirkung auf die seitliche Außenfläche (5) fließt und über die Außenfläche (5) verteilt wird. - Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Spülmittelleitung (9) gespeiste Stelle sich in einem in dem Glockenkörper (1) gebildeten Raum (29,15) oder in einer axialen Vertiefung des Glockenkörpers (1) befindet.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spülmittel durch Zentrifugalwirkung um einen rückwärtigen, ringartigen Rand (6) der Außenfläche (5) fließt und von dort gleichmäßig über die gesamte Fläche (5) zwischen dem Rand (6) und der Absprühkante (3) verteilt wird.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß aus einem Innenraum (29) des Glockenkörpers (1) ein oder mehrere um die Rotationsachse verteilte Außenspülkanäle (18) in einen äußeren Ringraum (15) führen, der sich an einer der Stirnseite abgewandten Stelle des Glockenkörpers (1) zwischen einem rückwärtigen Rand (6) der Außenfläche (5) und einem Nabenteil (4) des Glockenkörpers (1) befindet, und aus dem das Spülmittel über den rückwärtigen Rand (6) auf die Außenfläche (5) fließt.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an den rückwärtigen Rand (6) angrenzende Ringraum (15) nach hinten zur Umgebung offen ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenspülkanäle (18) am radial inneren Ende einer allgemein radial verlaufenden Innenfläche (16) des Ringraums (15) münden.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in der radial äußeren Seitenwand des Ringraums (15) eine Sammelmulde für das Spülmittel befindet.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dessen Glockenkörper (1) um eine koaxial in eine rückwärtige, der Überströmfläche (2) abgewandte Öffnung eingesetzte feststehende zentrale Rohrkonstruktion (7,8) für die Materialzufuhr rotiert, die einen Kanal (9,9') enthält, durch den ein Spülmittel axial in den Innenraum des Glockenkörpers (1) gelangt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere um die Rotationsachse verteilte Außenspülkanäle (18) den Spülmittelkanal (9,9') der zentralen Rohrkonstruktion (7,8) mit einer Stelle (16) auf der Außenseite des Glockenkörpers (1) verbinden, von wo das Spülmittel über die zu der Absprühkante (3) führende seitliche Außenfläche (5) des Glockenkörpers (1) fließt.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, insbesondere mit einem Glockenkörper (1), dessen zu der Absprühkante (3) führende Außenfläche (5) wenigstens annähernd konisch divergiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an eine Druckluftquelle anschließbare, auf die Außenfläche (5) mündende Luftdüsen-(31) das über die Außenfläche (5) fließende Spülmittel mit Lenkluft beaufschlagen.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch um die Rotationsachse verteilte Luftdüsen (31) an der Außenfläche (5) ein das Spülmittel gegen diese Fläche ziehender Unterdruck erzeugt wird.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Außenspülkanäle (18) vom äußeren Umfang eines im rückwärtigen Teil des Glockenkörpers (1) befindlichen koaxialen inneren Ringraums (29) ausgehen, der durch einen Verbindungskanal (20) an die Spülmittelleitung (9,9') angeschlossen ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 11 mit einem innerhalb der Überströmfläche (2) koaxial im Glockenkörper (1) angeordneten zentralen Umlenkteil (10), durch welches das zu zerstäubende Material in Teilströme aufgeteilt wird, von denen der eine Teilstrom auf der Rückseite des Umlenkteils (10) zu der Überströmfläche (2) fließt, während der andere Teilstrom durch eine Mittelöffnung (25) auf die Vorderseite des Umlenkteils (10) und von dort zu der Überströmfläche (2) gelangt, und welches mit einem rückwärtigen Ringkörper (13) herausnehmbar in den Glockenkörper (1) eingesteckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Ringraum (29) zwischen der rückwärtigen Stirnfläche (17) des Ringkörpers (13) und einer Stirnfläche (12) eines den Spülmittelkanal (9') enthaltenden radial erweiterten Teil (8') der zentralen Rohrkonstruktion (7,8) befindet.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Rohrkonstruktion (7,8,8') und dem Nabenteil (4) des Glockenkörpers (1) eine das ungewollte Austreten von Spülmittel aus dem Glockenkörper (1) verhindernde Abdichtung (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Ringraum (29) einen größeren Durchmesser hat als der zwischen dem Nabenteil (4) und der feststehenden Rohrkonstruktion (7,8,8') befindliche Spalt (25).
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungskanal (20) von dem Spülmittelkanal (9') der zentralen Rohrkonstruktion (7,8) aus radial nach außen gerichtet zu dem Ringraum (29) führt.
