Die Kontaktflächen von Greiferauflage und Einstellstangen bilden in Zylinderachsrichtung ein Schubkeilgetriebe, derart, daß eine Verschiebung der Einstellstange die radiale Positionierung der Greiferauflagen (höher oder tiefer stellen) bewirkt.From

Bei Umführtrommeln mit mehreren Greiferbrücken nach DE 3 428 668 C2 ist eine Grund- und Feinjustierung der Greiferaufschlagleisten erforderlich um eine genaue Verstellung aller Greiferaufschlagleisten zu ermöglichen. Danach ist eine separate Verstellung der Greiferaufschlagleisten, beispielsweise um Ungenauigkeiten bei der Bogenübernahme oder Bogenübergabe zwischen bogenführenden Zylindern zu vermeiden oder bei einer unbeabsichtigten Greiferaufschlagleistenverstellung, nicht möglich. Die vorliegende Erfindung eignet sich insbesondere für ein- bis vierfachgroße Trommeln (bezogen auf einen einfachgroßen Druckzylinder) mit der entsprechenden Anzahl von symmetrisch am Umfang angeordnete Greiferbrücken. Sie dient der Verarbeitung von Bedruckstoffen mit unterschiedlicher Stärke, wie z.B. Papier oder Karton. Die separate Verstellung der Greiferauflagen einer bogenführenden Trommel verkürzt die Umstellzeit und minimiert subjektive Einflüsse und eliminiert Ungenauigkeiten bei der Bogenübergabe bzw. Bogenübernahme. Weiterhin stellt die Erfindung eine wirtschaftliche, automatisierbare Lösung dar. Die Einbaulage der Betätigungseinrichtung ist fluchtend mit der Positioniereinrichtung am Trommelkörper, derart, daß keine Kollision mit den benachbarten Seitengestellen eintritt. Eine bogenführende Trommel 1 ist in einer Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine einem Druckzylinder des vorhergehenden Druckwerkes nachgeordnet und der Trommel 1 ist ein Druckzylinder eines weiteren Druckwerkes nachgeordnet. Die Positioniereinrichtung 3 ist axial beweglich am Trommelkörper 1 gelagert. Bei einer zweifachgroßen Trommel 1 sind somit zwei Positioniereinrichtungen 3 angeordnet, die jeweils durch eine Positionierstange 4 und mehrere daran befestigte keilförmige Elemente 5 gebildet sind. Die keilförmigen Elemente 5 einer Positioniereinrichtung 3 sind mehreren keilförmigen Elementen der Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 zugeordnet. Die keilförmigen Elemente 5 sowie die keilförmigen Elemente der Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 bilden je ein Gleitgelenk in Form eines Schubkeils. Jedes an der Positionierstange 4 angeordnete keilförmige Element 5 wirkt dabei als Antriebsglied, jedes keilförmige Element der Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 wirkt als Abtriebsglied. Die Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 ist federbelastet gegen die Positioniereinrichtung 3 abgestützt. An einem freien Ende jeder Positioniereinrichtung 3 ist eine Betätigungseinrichtung 7, im vorliegenden Beispiel ein Pneumatikzylinder, am Trommelkörper 1 angeordnet. Die Betätigungseinrichtung 7 ist mit der Positionierstange 4 gekoppelt und ist über ein Leitungssystem 8 mit einem am Trommelzapfen angeordneten Drehübertrager 9 verbunden. Der Drehübertrager 9 ist mit eine Energieversorgung 10 verbunden, die jede Betätigungseinrichtung 7 separat steuert. Bei Verwendung von Pneumatikzylindern erfolgt die gesteuerte Druckluftzufuhr über einen Ventilblock. Jede Positioniereinrichtung 3 ist in ihrem axialen Hub durch justierbare Anschläge 6 begrenzt. Dadurch läßt sich durch die Positioniereinrichtung 3 jede Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 in zwei Stufen verstellbar betreiben. Die erste Stufe (Hochstellen der Greiferaufschlagleiste 2) ist für Papier geeignet. Soll ein Bedruckstoff mit veränderter Dicke (Stärke) verarbeitet werden, ist es erforderlich die Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 höher oder tiefer einzustellen. Die Energieversorgung 10 wird manuell oder automatisch, z.B. von einem Leitstand aus aktiviert. Jede Betätigungseinrichtung 7, hier der Pneumatikzylinder, wird mit Druckluft einzeln in Folge an der betreffenden Greiferbrücke 12 angesteuert. Dies bewirkt, daß der Kolben des Pneumatikzylinders die gekoppelte Positionierstange 4 axial bis zum Anschlag bewegt (erste Stufe). Die axiale Bewegung der Positionierstange 4 bewirkt die radiale Verstellung der Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 innerhalb von zwei Stufen. Die umgekehrte Ansteuerung der Betätigungseinrichtung 7, im vorliegenden Fall ist dies ein doppeltwirkender Pneumatikzylinder, bewegt den Kolben und damit die Positioniereinrichtung 3 in entgegengesetzte Richtung. Dies bewirkt wiederum die Verstellung der Greiferaufschlagleiste 2 gegen den entsprechenden Anschlag in die zweite Stufe. Es hat sich in der Druckpraxis die Verstellung in zwei Stufen als ausreichend herausgestellt.
