- Profilé ayant une forme générale de U, et destiné à être fixé à une partie basse (21) d'un panneau (1) pour la construction d'un mur, le profilé étant destiné à être interposé entre la partie basse (21) du panneau (1) et des fondations ou un soubassement ou une maçonnerie-support ou un plancher, l'âme (27) du profilé présentant une forme crénelée définissant au moins un tronçon d'âme interne (32) et au moins un tronçon d'âme externe (33), le tronçon le plus proche de l'aile intérieure (28) étant un tronçon d'âme externe (33), caractérisé en ce que le profilé comporte un retour d'aile (39) dirigé vers l'extérieur du profilé et attenant à son aile intérieure (28), près du bord libre (38) de celle-ci (28), le bord libre (40) du retour d'aile (39) étant substantiellement coplanaire avec le ou les tronçons d'âme externes (33), une paroi de raccordement (36), dans laquelle est ménagé au moins un trou de drainage (37), étant interposée entre l'aile intérieure (28) et le tronçon d'âme externe (33) qui lui est le plus proche.

- Panneau destiné à la construction d'un mur, du type comprenant :une couple de poteaux (2) de structure, placés en regard l'un de l'autre et, fixé respectivement aux poteaux,un remplissage interne (9) comportant :un cadre (18) extérieur ayant deux couples de traverses respectivement latérales (19), et haute (20) et basse (21),une couple de bardages (22, 23) respectivement intérieur (22) et extérieur (23) venant recouvrir le cadre (18), de part et d'autre,des moyens d'isolation (24) interposés entre le cadre (18) et la couple de bardages (22, 23),
- Panneau selon la revendication 17, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de fixation (30) sont des vis (30) vissées dans le profilé (25), depuis l'externe de manière à pénétrer dans la traverse attenante (21, 20), la tête venant s'appliquer sur le profilé (25) par l'externe.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 et 18, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un second profilé formant coiffe haute (26), de forme générale de U, dont l'âme (27) est fixée sur la traverse haute (20) par des moyens de fixation (30), et dont les deux ailes intérieure (28) et extérieure (29) viennent respectivement emprisonner les deux bardages intérieur (22) et extérieur (23), le second profilé étant destiné à être interposé entre le cadre (18) et les bardages (22, 23) d'une part et une ferme ou un plafond d'autre part.
- Panneau selon la revendication 19, caractérisé par le fait que le second profilé (26) présente une âme (27) substantiellement plane.
- Panneau selon la revendication 19 ou 20, caractérisé par le fait que les deux ailes (28, 29) du second profilé (26) ont substantiellement la même taille.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 21, caractérisé par le fait que chacun des poteaux (2) d'une couple de poteaux (2) de structure en bois saillant de part et d'autre des deux plans de la couple de bardages (22, 23) et ayant, en section droite transversale, un contour de forme générale carrée ou rectangulaire, a une face transversale interne (3) comprenant d'une part une feuillure de réception (8) du remplissage (9) et d'autre part à proximité de cette feuillure (8) et vers l'extérieur des moyens d'accrochage (10) pour un profilé d'habillage extérieur (11) telle qu'une rainure (10) ; une face transversale externe (4) comprenant une feuillure (12) de logement d'une patte d'assemblage (13) entre le panneau et une ferme ou équivalent, des trous traversant (14) percés convenablement dans chaque poteau de structure (2) entre les deux faces transversales interne (3) et externe (4) au droit de la feuillure (12) de logement de la patte d'assemblage (13) et à l'écart de la feuillure (8) de réception du remplissage (9) et des moyens d'accrochage (10) du profilé d'habillage extérieur (11), ces trous (14) permettant le passage de boulons de fixation (16).
- Panneau selon la revendication 22, caractérisé par le fait qu'un trou de passage (14) d'un boulon de fixation (16) débouche dans la face transversale interne (3) par une partie élargie (15) de logement de la partie externe libre du boulon et de l'écrou qui y est vissé.
- Panneau selon la revendication 22 ou 23, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte, dans le fond de la feuillure (8) de réception du remplissage (9) et vers l'extérieur, une rainure (17) pour un joint d'étanchéité à l'eau et à l'air.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 24, caractérisé par le fait que la face intérieure (3) est substantiellement plane.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 25, caractérisé par le fait que le poteau (2) de structure présente des angles (7) coupés.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 26, caractérisé par le fait que les ailes (28, 29) recouvrent la traverse (20, 21) attenante sur une partie seulement de sa hauteur.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 27, caractérisé par le fait que le second profilé (26) est en matière plastique.
- Panneau selon la revendication 22, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé d'habillage extérieur (11) est réalisé en tôle ayant une épaisseur de l'ordre de 75 centièmes de mm en acier galvanisé chaud revêtu d'un résine de polyvinilidène bifluoré.
- Construction caractérisée par au moins un et généralement une série de panneaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 29, déposée verticalement, juxtaposés les uns sur les autres, solidaires entre eux par des boulons (16) et fixés en partie basse par des pattes d'accrochage.
- Construction selon la revendication 30, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte, en outre, au moins un profilé d'habillage extérieur (11) venant coiffer vers l'extérieur deux poteaux (2) de structure adjacents en étant fixée à eux par les moyens d'accrochage (10) qu'ils comportent.
- Construction selon la revendication 31, caractérisée par le fait que le profilé d'habillage extérieur (11) a une forme générale de U dont les ailes sont repliées à leur bord libre vers l'âme pour former un accrochage (44) complémentaire des rainures (10) ménagées dans le poteau (2).
- Construction selon la revendication 32, caractérisée par le fait qu'il existe un jeu entre l'âme (42) du profilé d'habillage extérieur (11) et les faces extérieures (5) des poteaux, de manière à assurer la récupération de différents alignements des poteaux.
- Construction selon la revendication 31, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte, en outre, au moins un profilé d'habillage intérieur (45) venant coiffer vers l'intérieur deux poteaux (2) adjacents en étant fixé au poteau et/ou au bardage intérieur.
- Construction selon la revendication 34, caractérisée par le fait que le profilé d'habillage intérieur (45) a une forme générale de U dont les ailes (47) sont repliées de façon coplanaire vers l'ouverture du U, un adhésif (49) étant interposé entre l'âme (46) du profilé et la face intérieure (6) des poteaux (2).
