Der Klammerblock 20 weist mehrere, in diesem Fall acht, parallele Aufnahmekanäle 361...368 auf. Jeder dieser Kanäle 6 ist einer Schlüssel-Nennweite fest zugeordnet. Wie bei den Kanälen 361 und 368 aus der Figur 1 ersichtlich, ist die Breite des Kanals 361...368 jeweils leicht größer als die Breite des entsprechenden Schlüsselschafts. Die Aufnahmekanäle 361...368 werden jeweils durch parallele starr ausgebildete Stege 38 seitlich abgegrenzt. In dieser Aussparung 40 ist dann jeweils eine Federzunge 42 angeordnet. Diese Federzungen 42 sind an ihrer Basis mit dem Klammerblock 20 fest verbunden, das heißt, in die Vorderseite des kastenförmigen Klammerblocks eingebunden. Sie stehen parallel zu den Stegen 38 in den Aussparungen 40 und weisen an ihrem oberen freien Ende jeweils einen einseitigen Andruckhöcker 44 auf, der in den Aufnahmekanal 36i hineinragt. Mit dem gegenüberliegenden Steg 38 zusammen, bildet der in den Aufnahmekanal 36i hineinragende Andruckhöcker 44 einen Aufnahmeschlitz für den Schaft des Schraubenschlüssels aus, dessen Breite leicht kleiner als die Breite des Schafts ist. Wird nun der Schaft in diesen Aufnahmeschlitz eingedrückt, wird der Andruckhöcker 44 seitlich in die Aussparung 40 bewegt und die Federzunge 42 wird gespannt, so daß sie über den Andruckhöcker 44 eine Federkraft auf den Schaft in Richtung des gegenüberliegenden Stegs 38 ausübt. Letzterer bildet demnach ein starres Auflager für den einseitig federbeaufschlagten Schaft im Aufnahmekanal 36i aus. Um das Eindrücken des Schafts in den Aufnahmeschlitz zu erleichtern, ist der Andruckhöcker 44, wie aus den Figuren 2 und 3 ersichtlich, derart abgeschrägt (oder alternativ abgerundet), daß zwischen Steg 38 und Andruckhöcker 44 ein sich keilförmig verengender Spalt ausgebildet ist, und daß beim Eindrücken des Schafts eine Kraftkomponente senkrecht zur Eindruckrichtung auf die Federzunge 42 wirkt.As can be seen from FIG. 1, all of these webs, apart from the first and the last, consist of a lower segment 38 'and an upper segment 38'', which are each separated by a cutout 40. The latter accordingly forms a rigid support for the shaft which is spring-loaded on one side in the receiving channel 36i. In order to facilitate the pressing of the shaft into the receiving slot, the pressure hump 44, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, is chamfered (or alternatively rounded) in such a way that a wedge-shaped gap is formed between the web 38 and the pressure hump 44, and that when the shaft is pressed in, a force component acts on the spring tongue 42 perpendicular to the direction of the impression.

In einer bevorzugten Ausführung weisen die Schlüssel in ihrem Schaft eine Vertiefung auf in die Andruckhöcker 44, bei Endstellung des Schafts im Aufnahmekanal 36i, einrasten. Claims (10)

  1. Holding device containing a set of spanners, said holding device being a one-piece block with several ribs (38), which form parallel receiving channels (36) for the shanks of spanners (12, 14), wherein the shaft of a spanner (12, 14) is placed in a receiving slot in these receiving channels, such receiving slot being formed by at least one free-standing spring tongue (42) and a rigid support (38), the spring tongue (42) being assigned to the rigid support (38) in such a way that it is moved away from the rigid support (38) and tensioned when the shank is pressed into the receiving slot and exerts a spring force in the direction of the rigid support (38) on the shank in the end position in the receiving slot,
    characterised in that
    the holding device with the spring tongues (42) is designed as a one-piece injection-moulded plastics part, the spring tongues (42) being free-standing in the area of the ribs (38) and integrated in the injection-moulded plastics part at their base;
    a rib (38), which separates a first from a second receiving channel (36), comprises two separate rib segments (38', 38"), which form a rigid support (46', 46") in the first receiving channel (36), so that the first receiving channel (36) has two separate supports (46', 46"), against which the shank of a spanner (12, 14) rests; and
    a spring tongue (42) is arranged between the two separate rib segments (38', 38") and penetrates into the second receiving channel (36) with a pressure projection (44).
  2. Holding device according to claim 1, characterised in that the rigid support of a rib segment (38', 38") is formed in each case by a supporting projection (46', 46") projecting into the first receiving channel (36).
  3. Holding device according to claim 2, characterised in that the pressure projections (44) or supporting projections (46', 46") are bevelled or rounded in such a way that they form a wedge-shaped narrowing gap for pressing in the shank.
  4. Holding device according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the pressure projections (44) or supporting projections (46', 46") are designed in such a way that they engage in a corresponding recess in the shank of a spanner (12, 14).
  5. Holding device according to claim 4, characterised in that the depth of penetration of a shank into its receiving slot is limited mechanically in such a way that in the end position the pressure projections or supporting projections engage in the corresponding recess in the shank.
  6. Holding device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised by holes (35', 35", 30) for suspending the suspension device.
  7. Holding device according to claim 6, characterised in that the holes comprise two oblong holes (35', 35") for fixing screws and a weight-related centered hole (30) for receiving a hook of a shop shelf.
  8. Holding device according to claim 7, characterised in that the weight-related centered hole (30) is arranged in a suspension bar (28), which is connected to the block (16) via a rated breaking point.
  9. Holding device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the holding device is a one-piece injection-moulded plastics part made from polypropylene.
  10. Holding device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the holding device has an all-round recess (50) for a band or clip in the area of the spring elements (42).
