Claims (10)
- Rührwerksmühle,mit einem mit einer zylindrischen Wand (13) und einer ersten als Deckel ausgebildeten Stirnwand (14) und einer zweiten als Boden ausgebildeten Stirnwand (15) einen Mahlraum (16) begrenzenden Mahlbehälter (12),mit einem in dem Mahlbehälter (12) angeordneten Rührwerk, das eine außerhalb des Mahlraums (16) fliegend gelagerte, im Mahlraum (16) mit einem freien Ende endende Rührwerkswelle (18) und an dieser angebrachte Rührwerkzeuge (20) aufweist,mit einem Antriebsmotor (5) zum hochtourigen Antrieb des Rührwerks,mit einem an dem freien Ende der Rührwerkswelle (18) benachbart zur zweiten Stirnwand (15) angebrachten, einen Innenraum (28) begrenzenden käfigartigen Abschnitt (27),mit einem ringzylindrischen Mahlgut-Einlaßraum (32) zwischen dem einen Innenraum (28) begrenzenden käfigartigen Abschnitt (27) und der Wand (13) des Mahlbehälters (12),mit einer zumindest benachbart zur zweiten Stirnwand (15) des Mahlbehälters (12) angeordneten, in den ringzylindrischen Mahlgut-Einlaßraum (32) einmündenden Mahlgut-Zuführöffnung (24),mit einer im Innenraum (28) des käfigartigen Abschnitts (27) angeordneten Mahlhilfskörper-Rückhalteeinrichtung (35),mit einem sich an die Mahlhilfskörper-Rückhalteeinrichtung (35) anschließenden, die zweite Stirnwand (15) durchsetzenden Mahlgut-Auslaß (37),mit einem in der Rührwerkswelle (18) ausgebildeten, benachbart zu der ersten Stirnwand (14) des Mahlbehälters (12) mit dem Mahlraum (16) über mindestens einen Einlaßkanal (26) in der Rührwerkswelle (18) verbundenen und mit einer Einmündung (38) in den Innenraum (28) des käfigartigen Abschnitts (27) einmündenden Mahlgut-Mahlhilfskörper-Rückführraum (25),mit im käfigartigen Abschnitt (27) ausgebildeten, den Innenraum (28) mit dem Mahlgut-Einlaßraum (32) verbindenden Durchtrittskanälen (31).
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Mahlhilfskörper-Rückhalteeinrichtung (35) als in den Innenraum (28) ragendes Zylinder-Sieb (36) ausgebildet ist.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, wobei zwischen der Einmündung (38) des Rückführraums (25) in den Innenraum (28) und der Mahlhilfskörper-Rückhalteeinrichtung (35) eine Umlenkeinrichtung am käfigartigen Abschnitt (27) angebracht ist.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Umlenkeinrichtung als Umlenkscheibe (39) ausgebildet ist.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die Umlenkeinrichtung die Mahlhilfskörper-Rückhalteeinrichtung (35) überdeckt.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, wobei der käfigartige Abschnitt (27) sich bis dicht an die zweite Stirnwand des Mahlbehälters (12) erstreckt.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Rührwerkswelle (18) mit einer Einrichtung (46) zum Reinigen des Rückführraums (25) versehen ist.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Einrichtung (46) eine außerhalb des Mahlbehälters (12) angeordnete Rohrkupplung (48) aufweist.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Einrichtung (46) einen im Rückführraum (25) angeordneten Verschlußkolben (53) aufweist, der zwischen einer den mindestens einen Einlaßkanal (26) freigebenden Endlage und einer letzteren verschließenden Endlage verschiebbar ist.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Verschlußkolben (53) an einem Ende einer Schiebehülse (47) angebracht ist, an deren anderem Ende die Rohrkupplung (48) befestigt ist.
