Description
The present invention relates to a nozzle for dispensing product, especially foam, for pressurized container with valve.
Such dispensing tips are already known to be used for example on containers containing holding foams capillary.
These known dispensing tips have a channel inside which conveys the conditioned product into the container from the valve of the latter to a dispensing orifice opening out towards the outside of the nozzle.
Depending on the shape of this channel and on whether the container is used with its dispensing opening pointing down or down high, it can remain inside the canal, after delivery of a dose of product, a small and nevertheless significant amount of this product.
The dispensing opening is generally directed towards the high in the rest position of the container, the valve then being at the bottom of the canal, the product thus deposited on the walls of the canal ends by flowing and accumulates in the lower part of the latter, which can in the long term close it in its narrowest parts, especially in the vicinity of the container valve.
We know from GB-A-1199143 a foam dispenser tip shaving device comprising a pusher arranged for sucking the foam contained in an outlet duct leading to the orifice of distribution during its movement back to its position of rest, in order to avoid the appearance of an overflow of foam at the outside of the nozzle after use. The latter presents a internal cup to collect the suctioned foam, in the center of which opens the outlet orifice of a valve pipe by which foam is distributed inside the nozzle when a pressure is exerted on the pusher. This tip is not suitable for distribute a hair holding foam containing substances which harden as they dry because they would form a deposit in said cup which would seal the valve tubing.
Un tel embout distributeur est de structure relativement complexe.FR-A-2640942 has proposed a nozzle for dispensing food product, especially coffee, tea or chocolate drink soluble, comprising a pusher defining inside the end piece a chamber of variable volume, so that a movement of return of the pusher to its rest position sucks up the contained product in the outlet pipe and prevents any product remaining at the level of the dispensing orifice. The pusher closes the outlet duct in the rest position. The food product contained in the mouthpiece distributor is thus isolated inside the latter when the pusher is at rest and cannot dry quickly. Such a tip distributor has a relatively complex structure.
The present invention aims to provide a dispensing tip simple in construction and whose channel does not present the risk of seal by accumulation of product whatever the product conditioned, in particular hair holding foams, which contain substances which harden on drying, e.g. resins.
The subject of the present invention is a dispensing nozzle for product for pressurized container with valve, comprising a rod maneuver provided with a channel extending freely from a valve of the container up to a dispensing orifice opening to the outside of the nozzle, characterized by the fact that the valve operating rod has at least one collection cavity located in the rest position of the container, below areas of the channel in which the product is likely to be retained when it circulates in the canal, so that the product thus retained flows and accumulates in this collection cavity when the container is later left to rest.
The dispensing nozzle according to the invention makes it possible to avoid that the product deposited in the channel does not flow and accumulates in its narrowest parts, especially near the valve of the container.
To this end, the collection cavity according to the invention has for function of collecting the product flowing along the walls of the channel.
According to the invention, this cavity is dimensioned so such that it can contain enough product to never be filled until the contents of the container are used up.
The quantity of product likely to be retained in the channel and build up in said collection cavity depends including the nature of the product, the frequency of use and the capacity of the container, the shape of the channel and the type of orifice which is placed at the end of the channel.
In a first embodiment of the invention, the collection cavity is located in a bent part of the canal, at the right of a vertical branch of the latter leading to the orifice of distribution.
In a second embodiment of the invention, the collection cavity is located in the lower part of the canal, at a level lower than the valve orifice. So, like a siphon, the collection cavity collects product flows, avoiding that the latter does not accumulate at the level of the valve orifice.
In a third embodiment of the invention, the cavity extends in the vicinity of the dispensing orifice.
This embodiment is particularly indicated in the case where the dispensing orifice is fitted with a grid or spark gap, which constitutes a privileged area of product retention.
According to a fourth embodiment of the invention, in which the channel has an inclined branch, the collecting cavity is located in the lower part of the inclined branch of the canal.
Another subject of the invention is the use of a nozzle. above in a valve container for dispensing a product, in particular a capillary holding foam, containing substances which harden as it dries.
- FIG. 1 is a view in axial section of a dispensing nozzle according to a first embodiment of the invention,
- FIG. 2 is a view in axial section of a dispensing nozzle according to a second embodiment of the invention,
- FIG. 3 is a view in axial section of a dispensing nozzle according to a third embodiment of the invention, and

The embodiments described above have been presented in isolation from each other.
However, it is obvious that to improve the effectiveness of the device, it is advantageous to combine them by placing a plurality of recovery cavities on the same channel.
