Abstract

Bei dem Relais ist parallel zu einem Spulenkern (1) ein flacher Jochschenkel (21) angeordnet, an welchem ein plattenförmiger Anker (3) über eine Ankerfeder (10) gelagert ist. Dabei ist der Anker (3) mit seiner Stirnseite an der Breitseite des Jochschenkels (21) gelagert, während ein Lagerabschnitt (12) der Ankerfeder auf der Stirnseite des Jochschenkels (21) aufliegt. Gegenüber dem Lagerabschnitt (12) der Ankerfeder ist ein Vorspannabschnitt (13) von der Jochstirnseite (23) weg abgespreizt und in einen als Verlängerung des Jochschenkels ausgebildeten Haltezapfen (25) eingehängt. Dadurch wird der Anker mit der Ankerfeder gegen eine Lagerkante (22) des Jochschenkels gedrückt; außerdem wird der Anker durch die Lage des Einhängepunktes mit vorgegebener Kraft in eine Ruhestellung vorgespannt.
