Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Laufflächenbeschichtung ist aus der DE-OS 39 37 763 bekannt. Dort wird einerseits der Zylinder, dessen Zylinderbohrungen beschichtet werden sollen, auf der Zylinderkopfseite mit einer Dichtungsplatte versehen und andererseits jedes Behandlungsbad mit einer Grundplatte, die die Zu- und Ablauf einrichtungen für die Badflüssigkeit aufweist, einer Pumpe und zugehöriger Steuerung bestückt. Zur Durchführung der Beschichtung wird der mit der Dichtungsplatte versehene Zylinder mit einer entsprechenden Transporteinrichtung zum jeweiligen Bad gebracht und dort auf die jeweilige Grundplatte aufgesetzt. Nachteilig an dieser Ausführung ist, daß jedes einzelne Bad mit gleichartigen Grundplatten, Pumpen und Steuerungen versehen sein muß.A method for producing such a tread coating is known from DE-OS 39 37 763. Claims (6)

  1. Device for pre-treating and/or coating the running surfaces of individual cylinders or several cylinders combined into a unit by flowing various treatment fluids to be fed separately one after the another over the surfaces to be coated, in particular for producing a nickel dispersion layer,
    characterised by the features:
    - the device (1) has a mounting surface (3) on which the cylinders can be fitted on their open bore ends,
    - in the mounting surface (3) there is an inlet and outlet (4-6) for the treatment liquor inside the cylinder bore,
    - the inlet or outlet (4-6) projects from the bearing surface (3) over the height of the cylinder to be coated into the cylinder bore,
    - a pump (9) is provided on the device (1) for supplying treatment liquor stored outside the device (1) into the cylinder bores.
  2. Device according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the device (1) is transportable.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2,

    the device (1) can be fitted onto an open bath container.
