Claims (9)
- Hub-Kippvorrichtung mit Haltekonstruktion (20, 22, 30, 32) zum Entleeren von Müllgefäßen (80, 90) in ein Müllsammelfahrzeug hinein, mit einer rückwärtigen Müll-Einfüllöffnung (10), die im wesentlichen die gesamte Breite des Fahrzeuges zwischen dessen beiden seitlichen Begrenzungswänden (12, 14) einnimmt und die eine relativ tiefe Ladekante (16) aufweist, wobeidie Haltekonstruktion (20, 22, 30, 32), mit der die Hub-Kippvorrichtung am Fahrzeugheck befestigbar ist, im Bereich der Ladekante (16) am Fahrzeugheck, zwischen den seitlichen Begrenzungswänden (12, 14) des Fahrzeughecks, befestigt ist,die Haltekonstruktion ein erstes Halteteil (20, 22), das an dem Fahrzeugheck befestigbar ist, und ein zweites Halteteil (30, 32) besitzt, das an dem ersten Halteteil (20, 22) befestigbar ist und an dem die bewegbaren Teile (42, 60) der Hub-Kippvorrichtung befestigbar sind,das zweite Halteteil (30, 32) lösbar an dem ersten Halteteil (20, 22) befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas zweite Halteteil (30, 32) an dem ersten Halteteil (20, 22) angeschraubt ist. - Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie beweglichen Teile der Hub-Kippvorrichtung zumindest einen Kipprahmen (42) und zumindest einen Hubwagen (60) enthalten,der Kipprahmen (42) an der Haltekonstruktion (30, 32) kippbar gelagert ist,der Hubwagen (60) an dem Kipprahmen (42) verstellbar gehalten und geführt ist,an dem Hubwagen (60) das oder die zu entleerenden Müllgefäße (80, 90) auflagerbar sind. - Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine Müllrutsche (66) so vorhanden ist, daß in der Entleerstellung eines Müllgefäßes Müll aus dem Müllgefäß (80, 90) über die Rutsche (66) durch die Einfüllöffnung (10) des Fahrzeugs hindurch in das Fahrzeug hineinleitbar ist. - Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Müllrutsche (66) an dem zweiten Halteteil (30, 32, 34) befestigt ist. - Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Kippmotoren (46, 48) für den Kipprahmen (42) an dem zweiten Halteteil (30, 32) angelenkt sind.
- Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder zumindest eine Hubmotor für den Hubwagen (60) an der Kippkonstruktion (42) befestigt ist.
- Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Haltekonstruktion bzw. deren erstes Halteteil (20, 22) zwei Profilteile besitzt, die in Querrichtung des Fahrzeuges voneinander beabstandet sind und die an im Bereich der Ladekante (16) vorhandenen Konstruktionsteilen des Fahrzeughecks befestigt sind,Kragglieder (24, 26) am Profilteil befestigt sind, die an der Ladekante (16) befestigbar sind.
- Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kraggliederein Querwandstück (24) vorhanden ist, das sich von oben auf der Ladekante (16) abstützt, undeine Winkellasche (26) vorhanden ist, die von unten an der die Ladekante (16) abstützenden Heckkonstruktion des Fahrzeuges befestigt ist. - Hub-Kippvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßGreifarme (64) zum Aufnehmen eines Müllgefäßes (90) an dem Hubwagen (60) kipp- und/oder schwenkbar gehalten sind.
