Description
- les pattes élastiques présentent un rebord formant bec d'encliquetage disposé en position d'encliquetage avec un jeu prédéterminé par rapport à la face correspondante du panneau ;
- les pattes élastiques comportent un plan incliné déterminé pour provoquer le retrait élastique des pattes lors de l'insertion du dispositif à travers l'ouverture correspondante du panneau ;
- les pattes élastiques sont maintenues écartées en position de verrouillage par le relais électrique lors de la présentation du relais électrique en position d'accostage ;
- les pattes élastiques sont délimitées par des rainures verticales non débouchantes pratiquées dans le corps ;
- des pattes élastiques se rejoignent au-dessus d'un embout;
- les pattes élastiques sont évidées au moins partiellement;
- l'évidement au moins partiel des pattes élastiques est prévu pour le passage d'un manchon formant entretoise solidaire du relais électrique ;

- les pions d'indexage sont disposés sur les embouts du socle, pour coopérer avec des orifices du panneau ;
- les pions d'indexage sont disposés latéralement, dans une zone correspondant à l'épaisseur du panneau, pour coopérer avec des trous oblongs disposés latéralement à l'ouverture du panneau.
Claims (16)
- Dispositif formant socle d'enfichage de relais électrique à travers une ouverture d'un panneau (20), du type comportant deux embouts (3, 4) équipés de moyens de solidarisation (5, 6) et disposés de part et d'autre d'un corps (1) muni de logements (2) formant connecteurs électriques femelles, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte des pattes (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) élastiques d'encliquetage flexibles entre deux positions, dont la première correspond à un retrait élastique des pattes (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) vers le centre du corps (1) et dont la deuxième correspond à un écartement entre lesdites pattes (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) sensiblement égal à l'écartement de deux faces (30a, 30b) du relais électrique (30) à enficher, et en ce que les moyens de solidarisation (5, 6) équipant les embouts (3, 4) du dispositif coopèrent avec des moyens de solidarisation (35) complémentaires du relais électrique (30) rendus (36) imperdables par rapport audit relais (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes élastiques (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) présentent un rebord (15) formant bec d'encliquetage disposé en position d'encliquetage avec un jeu (j) prédéterminé par rapport à la face correspondante du panneau (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes élastiques (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) comportent un plan incliné (13) déterminé pour provoquer le retrait élastique des pattes (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) lors de l'insertion du dispositif à travers l'ouverture correspondante du panneau (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes élastiques (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) sont maintenues écartées en position de verrouillage par le relais électrique (30) lors de la présentation du relais électrique (30) en position d'accostage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes élastiques (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) sont délimitées par des rainures verticales (11) non débouchantes pratiquées dans le corps (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des pattes élastiques (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) se rejoignent au-dessus d'un embout (3, 4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes élastiques (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) sont évidées au moins partiellement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (16) au moins partiel des pattes élastiques (7a, 7b ; 8a, 8b) est prévu pour le passage d'un manchon (36) formant entretoise, solidaire du relais électrique (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le socle est constitué de deux parties assemblées, la première partie comprenant un bloc central (39) et des pattes élastiques d'encliquetage (7, 8), la deuxième partie comprenant un berceau (40) conformé pour recevoir la première partie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le berceau (40) présente deux surfaces latérales (41, 42) destinées à constituer des surfaces d'appui pour les pattes (7, 8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le berceau (40) présente une surface de fond (43) destinée à recevoir la première partie, leur fixation réciproque étant assurée par soudage ou collage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de solidarisation (5, 6) sont des taraudages ou des inserts taraudés rapportés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des pions d'indexage sont prévus pour la mise en place du socle dans une ouverture de panneau susceptible de recevoir une série de socles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les pions d'indexage (45) sont disposés sur les embouts (3, 4) du socle, pour coopérer avec des orifices (44) du panneau (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les pions d'indexage (46) sont disposés latéralement, dans une zone correspondant à l'épaisseur du panneau (20), pour coopérer avec des trous oblongs (51, 52) disposés latéralement à l'ouverture (50) du panneau (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les embouts (3, 4) pénètrent dans les évidements des pattes (7, 8) et ils y portent une butée (38) destinée à s'appliquer sur un bord de l'ouverture du panneau (20), de façon à éviter des translations du socle dans le plan dudit panneau.
