Claims (5)
- Ofen zur Verarbeitung von organischen und nicht organischen Materiallenbestehend aus einer Drehtrommel (A) in Form eines runden Zylinders, mit zwei Verschlußdeckeln (H) an jedem Ende und, im Inneren der Trommel mit einer motorangetriebenen Welle (B) mit Klingen (J), die sich unabhängig von der Trommel drehen können. Der Ofen kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß die Klingen (J) über den gesamten Durchmesser der Trommel (A) angebracht sind und gleichzeitig die Funktion, das Material zu zerschneiden und den Austritt des Materials aus der Trommel (A) zu verhindern, erfüllen. Welterhin kennzeichnet sich der Ofen dadurch daß die motorangetriebene Welle (B) über die gleiche Achse der Trommel verfügt und die Verschlußdeckel (H) mit der Trommel an einigen Punkten verbunden sind, wodurch kleine Unterbrechungen der Öffnungen entstehen. Die Öffnungen befinden sich vertikal auf gleicher Höhe mit den Öffnungen der beiden Rohre (M), die zum Abzug des flüssigen Anteils des sich in der Verarbeitung befindlichen Materials dienen.
- Ofen gemäß dem ersten Antrag, der sich dadurch kennzeichnet, daß einige der Klingen (J) der Welle mit einander durch einen Schaber (L) verbunden sind, der die innere Oberfläche der Trommel (A) reinigt.
- Ofen gemäß dem ersten Antrag, der sich dadurch kennzeichnet, daß er mit zwei Klingen (I) aus elastischem Material ausgestattet ist, die an dem oberen Teil der Öffnungen der Trommel (A) angebracht sind. Weiterhin kennzeichnet sich der Ofen dadurch, daß er über zwei Rohre (M) zum Abzug von Flüssigkeit verfügt, die sich vertikal auf gleicher Höhe mit den vergenannten Öffnungen angebracht sind, welche sich wiederum im unteren Berelch der Trommel (A) befinden. Außerdem kennzeichnet sich der Ofen dadurch daß er über einen Ausgang (Q) für den Abzug von Gasen und Dämpfen aus der Trommel verfügt.
- Ofen gemäß den vorherigen Anträgen, der sich dadurch kennzeichnet, daß seine Trommel, mittels einer Generatrix, die rüttelnde Drehbewegungen in einem Winkel von weniger als 180° erzeugt, offen ist.
- Die Nutzungsmethode des Ofens gemäß Antrag 1, kennzeichnet sich durch eine Trockenausführung, das heißt durch eine Abwicklung ohne Dampfzusatz, mit Ausnahme der Dämpfe, die von den zu verarbeitenden Produkten abgeschieden werden. Weiterhin kennzeichnet sich die Methode dadurch, daß die Trocknung gleichzeitig mit der Vermischung der Produkte vorgenommen wird. Anfänglich geschieht dies langsam und danach - außer wenn es sich um harte Produkte handelt - mit großer Geschwindigkeit.
