Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Zerstäubung einer Flüssigkeit, insbesondere einer hochviskosen Flüssigkeit, mittels mindestens eines unter Druck stehenden Hilfsgases, welche mehrere mit zu zerstäubender Flüssigkeit beaufschlagte erste Kanäle (11) mit je einer Zerstäubungsmündung (12) und mindestens zwei zweite Kanäle (13,14) aufweist, die mit einer Quelle von unter Druck stehendem Hilfsgas verbunden sind und seitlich in den ersten Kanal (11) münden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Kanäle (13,14) schräg zur Achse des ersten Kanals (11) angeordnet sind und in denselben an Stellen münden, welche im wesentlichen in derselben zur Achse des ersten Kanals (11) senkrechten Ebene in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zerstäubungsmündung (12) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Kanäle (13,14) mit der Achse des ersten Kanals (11) einen Winkel von etwa 45° einschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Kanäle (13,14) in den ersten Kanal (11) etwa 2 mm von der Zerstäubungsmündung (12) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Kanäle (13,14) eine Querabmessung aufweisen, welche im wesentlichen gleich der Querabmessung der ersten Kanäle (11) oder größer als die Querabmessung der ersten Kanäle (11) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kanal (11) und die zweiten Kanäle (13,14) eine Querabmessung aufweisen, welche mindestens gleich 1 mm ist, beispielsweise im wesentlichen gleich 1,7 mm ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen Kopf (1), welcher mindestens zwei Gruppen erster Kanäle (11 bzw. 11') aufweist, deren Zerstäubungsmündungen (12 bzw. 12') gleichmäßig gemäß mindestens zwei koaxialen kreisförmigen Kränzen angeordnet sind.
