Claims (7)
- Holz-Alu-Fenster mit auf die Außenfläche der Holzprofile aufgesetzten Aluminiumprofilen, die die Holzprofile dreiseitig formschlüssig umfassende Schalen sind, wobei im Überdeckungsbereich in die Holzprofile Längsbelüftungsnuten eingefräst sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aluminiumprofile (5, 6, 7, 8) die Holzprofile mit engem Spiel umfassen und daß die Profile (5, 6, 7, 8) aufgrund ihrer Elastizität und/oder der Elastizität von Dämpfungsplättchen (11) sowie des Spiel-Abstandes zu den Innenflächen der Holzprofile um ca. 1 bis 3 mm, vorzugsweise 2 mm, nach außen verspannbar sind.
- Holz-Alu-Fenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Aluminiumprofilen (5, 6, 7, 8) und den Holzprofilen (1, 2, 3, 4) vorzugsweise selbstklebende Dämpfungsplättchen (11) zwischengeordnet sind.
- Holz-Alu-Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Holzprofile leicht überarbeitete Holzprofile handelsüblicher Holzfenster verwendet werden, auf welche die, vorzugsweise wenigstens einseitig eine hinterschnittene Schulter (2', 3', 4') des Holzprofils (2, 3, 4) hintergreifenden, Aluprofile (6, 7, 8) aufgesteckt und ggf. durch einseitige Verschraubung (9) fixiert sind.
- Holz-Alu-Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aluminiumprofile (5, 6, 7, 8) beidseitig hinterschnittene Schultern (2' 2") des Holzprofils hintergreifen, wobei einseitig die Schulter (2'') durch eine Nut (15) gebildet ist, in die U-förmige Randstreifen (16) des Aluminiumprofils (5, 6, 7, 8) klemmend eingreifen.
- Holz-Alu-Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschenkel der Aluminiumprofile (6, 7, 8, 9) mit Ausnehmungen (19) zum Einhaken von die Ecke übergreifenden, die Aluminiumprofile zusammenspannenden Blattfederelementen (17) versehen sind.
- Holz-Alu-Fenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aluminiumprofile (5, 6, 7, 8) und die Holzprofile vor dem Ablängen vereinigt und erst danach die den Fensterschenkeln entsprechenden Abschnitte, ggf. auf Gehrung, abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Holz-Alu-Fensters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst auf drei der Holz-Rahmenprofile des fertigen Holzfensters die auf Gehrung geschnittenen Aluminiumprofile aufgeclipst werden, und daß zum Aufclipsen des vierten Aluminiumprofils die freien Enden der anschließenden Aluminiumprofile seitlich nach außen weggedrückt werden.
