- a working platform preferably a scaffold for scaffolding or the like, with stands arranged in parallel to one another, which are connected in a ladder-like manner by crossbeams (bars), in which the platforms are fastened at their narrow end faces, open at the bottom and hooks provided with lifting safeguards can be hung on crossbars at the same height.
- lateral support tubes bearing covering plates are provided with downward-facing hooks at their ends, which overlap the crossbeams or crossbars and which are provided with locking pins under spring tension for locking them to the crossbars.
- a known from DE-OS 39 23 815 working platform of the type mentioned has platforms that are provided at their ends with hooks that overlap the crossbars or crossbars of the scaffold.
- the hooks of cross members on the foot side or so-called "foot bolts” are overlapped by the stand sections which extend and which are plugged onto the lower stand sections in such a way that they cannot unhook.
- this configuration only allows a platform to be unhooked when the corresponding stand sections are taken away with the foot latch, so that the hooks and with them the platform can disengage from the head latches.
- the crossbars overlapping, rounded hooks of the platforms are each provided on the hook base with a nose which engages under the crossbars.
- the platforms can only be unhooked in an oblique direction, so that the end-side planks must be fixed on the last crossbars in order to lock the planks.
- the platforms can be released by tensile forces acting on one end of the working platform, it has been provided according to DE-PS 29 52 538 that the hooks on the crossbars are locked by bolts to be used in particular.
- the object of the invention is to provide a working platform of the type mentioned, in which the platforms can be locked in a simple manner on the crossbeams of the stand in such a way that they can be lifted again at any time as required can be without having to dismantle other parts of the work platform or scaffolding.
- each lift-off device consists of elements or plates which can be displaced in the vertical direction, of which the outer plate facing the cross-beam provides at its lower end region with a positively engaging nose and at least that inner plate is wedge-shaped, and that both plates are guided on the guides provided on the end face of the platform in such a way that the outer plate in its lower and / or pivoted-out position engages behind the crossbar with its nose and the inner, directly or indirectly on the end face supported plate in its lower position clamps the outer plate in its locking position.
- the hooks supporting the platforms on the crossbeams or crossbeams are locked to the crossbeams in that a pivoting and / or displaceable locking plate on the guide engages behind the crossbeam in the locking position with a nose, the locking position by one in a vertical position Is secured towards movable wedge, which moves automatically into its locking position due to the action of gravity. If the work platform or the scaffolding is subject to vibrations or movements, the locking of the hook connections only becomes firmer because the locking wedge immediately slides more firmly into its locking position if there should be a play loosening the locking.
- the lock according to the invention can be released in a simple manner by lifting the locking wedge, so that the individual platforms can be lifted again at any time as required, without further parts of the working platform or the scaffolding having to be dismantled. Since the Locking wedges automatically slip into their locking position after hooking the platforms onto the crossbars, a self-locking retention of the platforms is guaranteed. It is particularly advantageous that the platforms can be installed and removed again without special tools.
- both plates are guided on a common bolt in elongated holes.
- the outer plate provided with the locking lug need only be provided with a bore of such a diameter or length that it can pivot at least between its locking position and its release position. Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a working platform, preferably a scaffold for scaffolding or the like, with stands arranged in parallel to one another, which are connected in a ladder-like manner by crossbeams (bars), in which the platforms are fastened at their narrow end faces, open at the bottom and hooks provided with lifting safeguards can be hung on crossbars at the same height.
In the case of working platforms and scaffolding of this type, there is a requirement that these can be assembled and dismantled as quickly and easily as possible, it being necessary to ensure that the platforms suspended on the crossbars are not inadvertently released and lifted by impacts from below or by the action of wind can be.
Numerous work platforms of the type mentioned at the outset with different lifting safeguards for their platforms are known.
In a work platform of the type specified at the outset in DE-OS 23 58 000, lateral support tubes bearing covering plates are provided with downward-facing hooks at their ends, which overlap the crossbeams or crossbars and which are provided with locking pins under spring tension for locking them to the crossbars.
A known from DE-OS 39 23 815 working platform of the type mentioned has platforms that are provided at their ends with hooks that overlap the crossbars or crossbars of the scaffold. In order to avoid unintentional lifting of the platforms, the hooks of cross members on the foot side or so-called "foot bolts" are overlapped by the stand sections which extend and which are plugged onto the lower stand sections in such a way that they cannot unhook. However, this configuration only allows a platform to be unhooked when the corresponding stand sections are taken away with the foot latch, so that the hooks and with them the platform can disengage from the head latches.
In a work platform of the type specified at the outset of DE-PS 29 16 236, the crossbars overlapping, rounded hooks of the platforms are each provided on the hook base with a nose which engages under the crossbars. In this way, the platforms can only be unhooked in an oblique direction, so that the end-side planks must be fixed on the last crossbars in order to lock the planks. However, since it has been shown that the platforms can be released by tensile forces acting on one end of the working platform, it has been provided according to DE-PS 29 52 538 that the hooks on the crossbars are locked by bolts to be used in particular.
The object of the invention is to provide a working platform of the type mentioned, in which the platforms can be locked in a simple manner on the crossbeams of the stand in such a way that they can be lifted again at any time as required can be without having to dismantle other parts of the work platform or scaffolding.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a work platform of the generic type in that each lift-off device consists of elements or plates which can be displaced in the vertical direction, of which the outer plate facing the cross-beam provides at its lower end region with a positively engaging nose and at least that inner plate is wedge-shaped, and that both plates are guided on the guides provided on the end face of the platform in such a way that the outer plate in its lower and / or pivoted-out position engages behind the crossbar with its nose and the inner, directly or indirectly on the end face supported plate in its lower position clamps the outer plate in its locking position. In the working platform according to the invention, the hooks supporting the platforms on the crossbeams or crossbeams are locked to the crossbeams in that a pivoting and / or displaceable locking plate on the guide engages behind the crossbeam in the locking position with a nose, the locking position by one in a vertical position Is secured towards movable wedge, which moves automatically into its locking position due to the action of gravity. If the work platform or the scaffolding is subject to vibrations or movements, the locking of the hook connections only becomes firmer because the locking wedge immediately slides more firmly into its locking position if there should be a play loosening the locking. The lock according to the invention can be released in a simple manner by lifting the locking wedge, so that the individual platforms can be lifted again at any time as required, without further parts of the working platform or the scaffolding having to be dismantled. Since the Locking wedges automatically slip into their locking position after hooking the platforms onto the crossbars, a self-locking retention of the platforms is guaranteed. It is particularly advantageous that the platforms can be installed and removed again without special tools.
Advantageously, both plates are guided on a common bolt in elongated holes. The outer plate provided with the locking lug need only be provided with a bore of such a diameter or length that it can pivot at least between its locking position and its release position. This is because the outer locking plate can only get into its locked and unlocked position by pivoting or by pivoting while simultaneously executing a movement in its longitudinal direction.
On the other hand, the inner plate, which is provided with a wedge angle tapering downwards, is provided with a vertical elongated hole of such a length that it can be raised to a position releasing the inner plate and, in its locked position, at most straight with the upper end of the elongated hole rests on the guide pin.
The outer plate carrying the locking lug can also be wedge-shaped. At least it has on its inside a wedge surface complementary to the inner wedge plate.
The plates are expediently provided with anti-rotation devices relative to one another. The anti-rotation device can consist of two pins fastened on one plate, which at least partially penetrate elongated holes of the other plate parallel to the elongated hole of the inner plate.
Instead of a special anti-rotation device, two guide bolts fastened to the end face of each platform can also be provided for guiding the plates.
The inner wedge plate is expediently provided at its lower edge with a widening or angled portion, on which a blow can be applied to release the connection.
The guide pin or pins are expediently fastened to an end edge profile of each platform, which has a flat outer support surface for the inner wedge plate.
The edge profile can be provided at the end with the hooks and in its central area with the plates forming the anti-lift device.
