Definitions
- the invention relates to a watch according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Alarm clocks or appointment clocks that turn off their alarm signal issued an alarm signal again by the user 24 hours later, without the user having to take further measures known.
- the digital display described in EP 0 029 050 B1 A special button by pressing it the user of the watch can turn off the alarm signal and on the other hand the appointment clock for sending an additional alarm signal can prepare, which 24 hours later and therefore on the following day at the same time.
- the user of the watch wants the alarm signal prepared in this way does not trigger, he must press another button, the generally sets the appointment clock to the "not alarm ready" state.
- Both watches have the disadvantage that their users for the In case he has a prepared alarm signal in a row from alarm signaling every 24 hours does not wish to take the following two measures got to.
- the user must press the alarm standby button the alarm device of the watch is out of order set and then after the set alarm time by pressing the same button again to take.
- this is cumbersome and on the other hand it exists the risk that the user will restart the Forgets the alarm device, especially between decommissioning and commissioning usually many hours.
- the switching stage, the additional device according to the invention is preceded by the user of the watch in its activated and deactivated state can be moved for example, use his watch as an alarm clock for which he has set a specified morning alarm time and the evening before by deactivating or activating the Additional device decide whether the next morning automatically prepared alarm signal triggered or not triggered shall be.
- the user does not want to be woken up the following morning , it is sufficient to activate the additional device, whereby It is first ensured that the wake-up signal is sent on the day after next at the specified wake-up time, unless the User activates the option the next day after it expires the set alarm time again.
- the user of the watch must So do not switch off the entire alarm system the evening before and the next day after the specified wake-up time Switch on again to return to the usual one the day after next Time to be woken up.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 2 has the advantage on that on the one hand the additional device from a very simple and therefore inexpensive component and that on the other hand in turn, it is easily ensured that both after the interruption and after skipping one Alarm signal the additional device basically first of all is placed in its deactivated state and thus the delivery of the next alarm signal prepared.
- the embodiment of the invention has the advantage on that both the interruption of the alarm signal and the activation and deactivation of the additional device with a only push button switch can be made, which is the one Control panel of the watch makes it clearer and secondly Save money on what mass-produced watches from is of some importance.
- the embodiment of the invention according to claim 4 has the advantage that with a single display means both states of the Additional device become recognizable, which in turn saves costs, without making a clear distinction between the two To do without conditions.
- the figure shows the structure of the clock according to the invention, wherein only their essential components for the invention in represented schematically in a so-called block diagram are.
- the reference number 8 is the current time containing register of a digitally displaying clock, its content from a time-keeping facility, not shown the clock is advanced and also by one Time display, not shown, is continuously output.
- the Reference numeral 9 denotes an alarm time register in which the Users via a means not shown a certain alarm time can be entered while with the reference numeral 10 a simple electrical so-called alarm standby switch is in the closed position the clock in Condition "ready for alarm” and in its open position, the clock is in the "not ready for alarm” state. The following is always assumed that the alarm standby switch 10 closed is.
- Alarm ready switch 10 on the input 4a of an additional device 4 given a pulse-shaped electrical signal 2.
- the Additional device 4 has two further inputs 4b and 4c and an output 4d.
- An essential part of the additional equipment 4 is a memory that only takes two memory values can be referred to as "0" and "L” below and the changed via the inputs 4b and 4c of the additional device can be.
- the additional device 4 is one of the the two stored values the pulse-shaped signal 2 to a switching stage 1 while holding the other of the two Memory values suppressed the pulse-shaped signal 2.
- signal 2 is present when the stored value is present "L" is passed on.
- Switching stage 1 in turn has an alarm signal generator 5 which, on the one hand, is able to when signal 2 is present to generate an alarm signal at its input 5a and the other when a pulse-shaped signal is applied to its input 5b Delivery of the alarm signal interrupts.
- Signal 2 is next to the Alarm signal generator 5 also a delay stage 6 on the Input 6b fed, which is also part of switching stage 1 and via its output 6c the signal is delayed to the input 4c of the additional device 4 and in principle sets the memory to the value "L", regardless of whether the Memory previously had the value "0" or the value "L".
- the delay stage 6 has yet another input 6a which connected to the single output 5c of the alarm signal generator 5 is.
- a push button switch 3 for applying the signals mentioned to the inputs 4b and 5b is both with the second input 5b of the alarm signal generator 5 and the second input 4b of the additional device 4 connected.
- the additional device 4 also has a second output 4e, that with the entrance of a symbolic optical display device 7 is connected and the respective Playback memory status.
- a symbolic optical display device 7 is connected and the respective Playback memory status.
- the delay time generated by the delay stage must thereby at least somewhat larger than the pulse duration of signal 2, since otherwise the pulse-shaped signal 2 still at the input 4a of the additional device would concern if the value of the memory of "0" is switched to "L", whereupon an alarm signal would be generated.
- the user is always informed about the expected alarm signal sequence informed by the symbol in the optical display device 7. If the symbol flashes, the next prepared alarm signal to be skipped. If the symbol can be seen permanently, so the next alarm signal becomes the one in the alarm time register 9 entered time are given.
