Claims (12)
- Outil pour l'insertion dans un porte-outil pour des outils à main servant au burinage et/ou au perçage à percussion, comprenant une tige de serrage (1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50) qui comporte au moins une rainure de verrouillage axiale (2, 19, 21, 31, 49, 59) fermée et au moins deux surfaces d'entraînement (3, 12, 17, 18, 22, 32, 38, 42, 47, 48, 52, 57, 58) axialement ouvertes en direction de l'extrémité libre de la tige de serrage et s'écartant d'un contour circulaire, la section transversale de la tige de serrage (1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50) présentant un profil de type polygonal avec des surfaces profilées, et les surfaces d'entraînement (3, 12, 17, 18, 22, 32, 38, 42, 47, 48, 52, 57, 58) étant disposées dans la région des surfaces d'entraînement, caractérisé en ce que le profil de type polygonal présente des coins arrondis (4, 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, 23, 24, 25, 26, 34, 36, 43, 44, 45, 46, 53, 54, 55, 56), le contour de guidage de la tige de serrage (1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50) étant formé par le surangle d'au moins deux coins (4, 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, 23, 24, 25, 26, 34, 36, 43, 44, 45, 46, 53, 54, 55, 56), et que les rainures de verrouillage (2, 19, 21, 31, 49, 59) se trouvent dans la région des surfaces profilées.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contour de guidage est formé par au moins deux coins (4, 6 ; 5, 7 ; 13, 15 ; 14, 16 ; 23, 25 ; 24, 26 ; 34, 36 ; 43, 45, 44, 46 ; 53, 55 ; 54, 56) diamétralement opposés.
- Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le contour de guidage est formé par quatre coins (4, 5, 6, 7 ; 13, 14, 15, 16 ; 23, 24, 25, 26 ; 43, 44, 45, 46 ; 53, 54, 55, 56) dont respectivement deux coins (4, 6 ; 5, 7 ; 13, 15 ; 14, 16 ; 23, 25 ; 24, 26 ; 43, 45 ; 44, 46 ; 53, 55 ; 54, 56) sont disposés de manière diamétralement opposée.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des surfaces d'entraînement (17, 18, 38, 47, 48, 57, 58) sont constituées par des sections d'extension sensiblement radiale de rainures d'entraînement en rotation (11, 37, 41, 51) axialement ouvertes en direction de l'extrémité libre de la tige de serrage (10, 30, 40, 50).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le profil de type polygonal est conformé en polygone à quatre faces.
- Outil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces profilées du profil de la tige de serrage (40) conformé en polygone à quatre faces présentent une forme convexe.
- Outil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces profilées du profil de la tige de serrage (50) conformé en polygone à quatre faces présentent une forme concave.
- Porte-outil comprenant une ouverture de réception avec une section transversale polygonale et un élément de verrouillage déplaçable dans le sens radial, pour des outils selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale correspondant à la section transversale de l'outil présente des surfaces polygonales (61, 62) avec des coins arrondis (68, 69, 70, 71), au moins l'une des surfaces polygonales (61) coopérant avec une surface d'entraînement (12) de la tige de serrage (10) de l'outil, et une autre surface polygonale (62) présentant une ouverture de passage (66) pour l'élément de verrouillage (67) déplaçable dans le sens radial qui peut être mis en contact avec la rainure de verrouillage (19) dans la région des surfaces profilées de la tige de serrage (10) de l'outil.
- Porte-outil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface profilée (61) présente un toc d'entraînement en rotation (63) en forme de nervure s'étendant sensiblement dans le sens axial, avec des contre-surfaces (64, 65) orientées sensiblement dans le sens radial, qui coopèrent avec les parties des surfaces d'entraînement (17, 18) orientées sensiblement dans le sens radial.
- Porte-outil selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de l'ouverture de réception est conformée en polygone à quatre faces.
- Porte-outil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces (61, 62) du polygone à quatre faces présentent une forme concave.
- Porte-outil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces (61, 62) du polygone à quatre faces présentent une forme convexe.
