Durch die US 4 046 079 ist ein mit einer Stopfmaschine gekuppelter Gleisstabilisator bekannt. Dieser ist zwischen seinen Schienenfahrwerken mit einem höhenverstellbaren Stabilisationsaggregat ausgestattet. Dieses ist über Spurkranzrollen am Gleis verfahrbar und mit Hilfe von seitlich verschwenkbaren Rollenzangen formschlüssig mit dem Gleis in Eingriff bringbar. In Verbindung mit Vibratoren werden unter Einwirkung einer statischen Auflast horizontale, senkrecht zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Schwingungen auf das Gleis übertragen. Es sind nunmehr drei unterschiedliche Spurweiten wählbar, von denen die mittlere einen ungehinderten Einsatz des Stabilisationsaggregates in Weichen unter Vermeidung einer Entgleisungs- oder Falschfahrgefahr ermöglicht. Mit der kleinsten Spurweite wird das Aufsetzen des Stabilisationsaggregates auf das Gleis für den Arbeitseinsatz wesentlich vereinfacht. Zwischen den beiden endseitig angeordneten Schienenfahrwerken 3 und unterhalb des Maschinenrahmens 4 sind zwei durch Antriebe 8 höhenverstellbare Stabilisationsaggregate 9 vorgesehen. Wie in Fig. 2 ersichtlich, liegt das Stabilisationsaggregat 9 durch (insgesamt vier) Spurkranzrollen 11 auf Schienen 12 des Gleises 2 auf. Jeweils zwei in Maschinenquerrichtung einander gegenüberliegende Spurkranzrollen 11 sind mit einem hydraulischen Spreizantrieb 13 verbunden. In einem mit den Antrieben 8 verbundenen Aggregatgehäuse 14 sind zwei als Exzenterantriebe ausgebildete Vibratoren 15 gelagert. Diese sind zur Erzeugung von in Maschinenquerrichtung sowie parallel zu Rotationsachsen 16 der Spurkranzrollen 11 verlaufenden Schwingungen ausgebildet. Zwischen den beiden jeweils einer Schiene 12 zugeordneten Spurkranzrollen 11 ist eine sogenannte Rollzange 17 um eine in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse 18 verschwenkbar am Aggregatgehäuse 14 gelagert. Diese Verschwenkung erfolgt durch einen hydraulischen Antrieb 19. Am unteren Ende jeder Rollzange 17 ist ein um eine Achse 20 rotierbarer Rollteller 21 vorgesehen.As can be seen in FIG. 2, the

Wie aus den Figuren 3 bis 5 hervorgeht ist die Hublänge der beiden Kolbenstangen 24,25 unterschiedlich lang ausgebildet. Die Hublänge der ersten Kolbenstange 24 beträgt 15 mm und die der zweiten Kolbenstange 45 mm. In Fig. 3 sind die Kolbenstangen 24,25 eingefahren, sodaß sich die kleinstmögliche Spurweite von 1420 mm für die Spurkranzrollen 11 ergibt. In Fig. 5 sind beide Kolbenstangen 24,25 ausgefahren, wobei sich das Spurmaß aus der vorhandenen Gleisspurweite und der Elastizität der Schienenbefestigung ergibt. Das heißt, daß die Spurkranzrollen 11 unabhängig von eventuellen Spurweitenfehlern u. dgl. ständig an die innen gelegenen Kopfflanken der Schienen 12 angepreßt werden.5, both
Vor Erreichen einer in Fig. 6 dargestellten Weiche 28 sind beide Rollzangen 17 jedes Stabilisationsaggregates 9 nach unten verschwenkt, d. h. mit den Schienen 12 in Eingriff gebracht. Unter der Annahme, daß die Maschine 1 in der durch den Pfeil 29 dargestellten Richtung verfahren wird, erfolgt unmittelbar vor Erreichen einer Weichenzunge 30 bzw. eines Außenstranges 31 eines Abzweiggleises 32 ein Hochschwenken der rechten Rollzangen 17 beider Stabilisationsaggregate 9. Gleichzeitig werden auch die Spreizantriebe 13 derart beaufschlagt, daß die Kolbenstangen 25 mit dem längeren Hub eingefahren werden (siehe Position Fig. 4). Damit erfolgt über die nach wie vor vorhandene formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Stabilisationsaggregat 9 und linker Schiene 12 eine Übertragung der horizontalen Schwingungen, während die rechten Spurkranzrollen 11 im normalüblichen Spurspiel von der Innenkante der rechten Schiene 12 distanziert sind. Unmittelbar nach der Weichenzunge 30 können die rechten Rollzangen 17 wiederum mit der rechten Schiene 12 in Eingriff gebracht werden, gleichzeitig erfolgt auch wiederum ein Ausfahren der linken, einen längeren Kolbenhub aufweisenden Kolbenstangen 25 (siehe Position Fig. 5). Unmittelbar vor Erreichen des Herzstückes 33 wiederholt sich der soeben beschriebene Vorgang für eine Weichendurcharbeitung, indem die rechten Rollzangen 17 hochgeschwenkt und die Kolbenstangen 25 der Spreizantriebe 13 eingefahren werden.Before reaching a
