    that the openings (25) are slightly smaller than the dimensions of the rear panel of the canteen kitchen appliances (10, 11).
  4. Installation and mounting device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that the openings (25) have substantially rectangular dimensions.
  5. Installation and mounting device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that the appliance rack (20) has a substantially rectangular cross section.
  6. Installation and mounting device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that the appliance rack (20) at its top edges has longitudinally extending, upwardly directed projections (27, 28), which are. overlapped and held by holding devices (13, 14) of the canteen kitchen appliances (10, 11).
  7. Installation and mounting device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that supports (41, 42) are provided at a distance from the longitudinal ends of the appliance rack (20).
  8. Installation and mounting device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that supporting surfaces (29) are provided in the bottom side region of the appliance rack (20), and that adjusting screws (17) extended through the canteen kitchen appliances (10, 11) are supported on the supporting surfaces (29).
