Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives, liquides et/ou granuleuses, au voisinage des rails de véhicules sur rails, comportant des bacs qui sont posés, entre les rails, sur le ballast ou sur d'autres supports, un bac présentant, sur son côté tourné vers le rail, un rebord réalisé sous forme d'un rebord d'étanchéité, qui s'engage sous le champignon du rail, caractérisé en ce que le bac (1) est doté d'un rebord d'étanchéité (5) sur les deux côtés s'étendant l'un en face de l'autre et dans la direction longitudinale du rail, et en ce que le bac (1) présente une largeur telle, qu'en vue d'être fixé seul, il se place entre les rails (4) en étant suffisamment serré pour que les rebords d'étanchéité (5) s'appuient de force sur les rails (4).
  2. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives, liquides et/ou granuleuses, au voisinage des rails de véhicules sur rails, comportant des bacs qui sont posés sur le ballast ou sur d'autres supports et qui présentent, sur leur côté tourné vers le rail, un rebord réalisé sous forme d'un rebord d'étanchéité, qui s'engage sous le champignon du rail, caractérisé en ce que le côté, tourné à l'opposé du rail (4) et s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du rail, du bac (1) disposé sur le côté de la paire de rails, est replié vers le haut, et en ce qu'il est prévu, transversalement à la direction d'extension longitudinale du rail (4), des traverses de retenue (15) qui enserrent, au moins partiellement, le patin (9) du rail, sur le côté tourné à l'opposé du bac, et qui s'étendent sous le patin (9) du rail, d'un côté à l'autre de celui-ci, et sous le bac jusqu'à son bord (23) tourné à l'opposé du rail (4), et sont reliées à ce bord par complémentarité de formes (16), la traverse de retenue (15) étant dimensionnée, par rapport au bac, de telle sorte que le bac, en vue d'être fixé seul, repose dans le système de traverses de retenue (15) en y étant serré et que le rebord d'étanchéité (5) soit pressé de force contre le rail (4).
  3. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives liquides et/ou granuleuses selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des éléments d'appui (10), qui sont disposés entre la face inférieure du rebord d'étanchéité (5) et la face supérieure du patin (9) du rail.
  4. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives liquides et/ou granuleuses selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui sont réalisés sous forme de baguettes de bois (10).
  5. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives liquides et/ou granuleuses selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui (10) présentent une section transversale en forme de coin.
  6. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives, liquides et/ou granuleuses selon la revendication 2 et l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les traverses de retenue (15), sur le côté où elles enserrent au moins partiellement le patin (9) du rail, présentent une patte (17) dirigée vers le haut pour supporter l'élément d'appui (10) d'un côté du rail, et en ce que, sur le côté du patin (9) du rail qui est tourné vers le bac (1.1), sont prévus des éléments de retenue (18), qui sont reliés à la traverse de retenue (15), qui enserrent au moins partiellement le patin (9) du rail et qui présentent également une patte (17) dirigée vers le haut pour supporter l'élément d'appui (10) de l'autre côté du rail.
  7. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives liquides et/ou granuleuses selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les bacs (1) se présentent sous une forme rectangulaire et l'un des côtés (19) , s'étendant transversalement à la direction longitudinale du rail, des bacs (1) est replié vers le haut et l'autre (20) est replié vers le bas, le côté (20) replié vers le bas étant toujours situé à un niveau horizontal plus bas que le côté (19) replié vers le haut et s'engageant par dessus le côté (19) replié vers le haut d'un bac voisin (1) ou faisant saillie au-delà du bord d'une rigole transversale (21) destinée à évacuer les substances nocives.
  8. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives liquides et/ou granuleuses selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs bacs (1) sont disposés l'un derrière l'autre d'une façon telle que les côtés (19), repliés vers le haut, de deux bacs (1) soient en regard l'un de l'autre, et en ce qu'il est prévu un cache (22) s'engageant par dessus ces deux côtés (19).
  9. Dispositif pour recueillir des substances nocives liquides et/ou granuleuses selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de retenue (12) pour des grilles de marche (13) sont disposés sur la face supérieure des rebords des bacs.
