Description

The invention relates to a conveyor track, in particular a monorail overhead conveyor, with a trolley guided on a track according to the preamble of claim 1.

From DE 39 05 210 C2 an electric monorail system for transporting and positioning loads with at least one motor-driven undercarriage is known. The running gear can be moved along a rail and is supported on it by a driven impeller. In addition, a counter wheel is arranged on the chassis, by means of which the frictional engagement of the running wheel on the rail can be influenced. For this purpose, the counter wheel interacts with an additional rail running parallel to the rail. The auxiliary rail is predominantly arranged on inclines and above the rail.

Furthermore, in DE-PS 474 243 a driven trolley, in particular for a monorail overhead conveyor, which, in addition to two running wheels arranged one behind the other in the direction of travel, also has a counter wheel for an additional rail. The additional rail is optionally arranged above or below the rail for the impeller.

These previously described overhead monorails prove to be disadvantageous because the height of the monorail conveyor is increased by the arrangement of the additional rail above or below the rail for the trolley wheel. In addition, the pressure forces exerted by the additional rail on the counterwheels only partially contribute to increasing the frictional engagement of the impeller, since the counterwheel is arranged in front of or behind the impeller when viewed in the direction of travel.

Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a conveyor track, in particular a monorail with a trolley guided on a rail, which enables reliable transmission of the driving forces of the running wheels to the rail, in particular on gradients, and at the same time has a low overall height .

According to the invention, this object is achieved by a conveyor track, in particular a monorail overhead conveyor, with the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements of the invention are specified in subclaims 2 to 4.

The basic idea of the invention is to arrange the additional rail for the counter wheel laterally next to the I-shaped rail for the impeller, in order to minimize the overall height of the conveyor track. At the same time this ensures that the area immediately below the rail is kept free for the arrangement of a suspension point for a load suspension device. Furthermore, the arrangement of the counter wheel according to the invention, the axis of which in a common plane, is perpendicular to the longitudinal extent the rail runs, lies with the axis of the impeller, achieved that even when driving through vertical arches, in contrast to the prior art with opposing wheels leading or lagging in the direction of travel, the curve radii of the rail and the additional rail largely coincide. As a result, the adjustment path of the spring-loaded rocker is minimized and the increase in frictional engagement for the track roller by the counter wheel is thereby evened out. The moment resulting from the lateral displacement of the counter wheel, as seen in the direction of travel, is compensated for by the lateral guide rollers acting laterally on the rail.

In addition, the arrangement of the additional rail directly on the rail has proven to be particularly advantageous, since this arrangement is easy to install on the one hand and on the other hand simplifies the parallel alignment of the two rails with respect to one another. The accuracy of the parallel alignment of the rails in turn leads to uniform frictional reinforcement by the counter wheel.

In dem Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Lastaufnahmemittel 7 als Traggestell für zwei Fahrzeugtüren ausgebildet.1 shows a side view of a conveyor track designed as a monorail track. The monorail monorail essentially consists of a rail 1 on which trolleys 2, 2 'are guided. Two trolleys 2, 2 'are provided, which are arranged one behind the other and at a distance from one another, as seen in the conveying direction F, and are connected to one another via a cross member 3. The cross member 3 is arranged below the horizontal rail 1 and connected at its ends to the front trolley 2 and the rear trolley 2 'by means of a hinge pin 4 each. The hinge pins 4 are aligned with their axis of rotation perpendicular to the rail 1 and are mounted with their end facing away from the cross member 3 in a base plate 5, 5 '. The base plate 5, 5 'is part of a frame 6, 6' (see FIG. 2) of the trolley 2, 2 '. In addition, a load suspension device 7 is suspended from the cross member 3. In the exemplary embodiment, the load suspension device 7 is designed as a support frame for two vehicle doors.

The impeller 8 of the front trolley 2 seen in the direction of travel F can be driven by a motor 9 arranged on the frame 6. In addition, the trolleys 2, 2 'are guided on the rail 1 via side guide rollers 10. For this purpose, two side guide rollers 10 are provided on each side of the rail 1. Of the two side guide rollers 10, one rolls on the upper flange and the other laterally offset backwards on the lower flange of the rail 1.

In addition, an additional rail 11 is attached to the rail 1 and runs parallel to it. A counter wheel 12 rolls on the additional rail 11, which is aligned with its axis 20 parallel to the axis 19 of the impeller 8 and is mounted on a rocker 13. The axes 19, 20 are arranged in a plane which is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the rail 1 is. The rocker 13 is pivotally mounted at one end via a pin 14. The bolt 14 is aligned with its longitudinal direction parallel to the axes 19, 20 of the impeller and counter wheel 8, 12. At the other end of the rocker 13, a spring element 15 engages, through which the rocker 13 can be acted upon with the counter wheel 12 in the direction of the additional rail 11.

It can be seen that the frame 6 of the trolley engages around the rail 1 laterally in a U-shape and the roller 8 rolls on the upper flange of the rail 1 and the side guide rollers 10 on the sides of the upper and lower flange. The rail 1 is suspended from a hall construction via a cantilever arm 16, which is only partially shown. Angles 17 are screwed onto the web of the rail 1 (see also FIG. 4), on the free leg of which the additional rail 11 is fastened. The running surface of the additional rail 11 for the counter wheel 12 is aligned parallel to the running surface of the running wheels 8, 8 'on the rail 1 and these two running surfaces face away from one another.

The rocker 13 is designed as a double lever with two legs of equal length. The counter wheel 12 is mounted in the middle of the rocker 13. At the ends of the rocker 13, on the one hand the bolt 14 for the mounting of the rocker and on the other hand a spring element 15 for the resilient adjustment of the counter wheel 12 on the additional rail 11. The bolt 14 is connected via a bearing element 18 to the underside of the base plate 5 of the frame 6 of the trolley 2. The spring element 15 is arranged between the rocker 13 and the base plate 5 and aligned with its direction of action perpendicular to the additional rail 11.

Der Winkel 17 ist mit dem Steg der Schiene 1 verschraubt.FIG. 4 shows a rear view of FIG. 3, from which the attachment of the additional rail 11 to the angle 17 can be removed particularly clearly by means of screws. The angle 17 is screwed to the web of the rail 1.

The additional rail 11 is directed with its tread downwards and the tread is offset from the lower flange of the rail 1 in the direction of the upper flange thereof, so that the axis 20 of the counter wheel lies at the level of the lower flange of the rail 1. Furthermore, it can be seen from FIG. 4 that, due to the laterally offset arrangement of the counter wheel 12, the hinge pin 4 for fastening the cross member 3 for the load-carrying means 7 while maintaining a minimal gap between the lower flange of the rail 1 and the base plate 5 directly under the rail 1 is arranged.
