Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Dichtungsprofil für Türen, an dessen Dichtungsrücken mindestens ein Fußzacken, eine Nutabdecklippe und ein Hohlkörper mit vorspringender Lippe ausgebildet sind.The invention relates to a sealing profile for doors, on the sealing back of which at least one foot prong, a groove cover lip and a hollow body with a projecting lip are formed.
Für Türen werden bislang Dichtungen eingesetzt, die aus Polymeren, Mischpolymeren oder Kautschuk gespritzt werden. Die bekannten Dichtungsprofile sind jedoch ausnahmslos so ausgestaltet, daß der Hohlkörper in seinem unteren Balgbereich direkt in die Nutabdecklippe übergeht. Hierdurch mag zwar ein in sich stabiles Dichtungsprofil entstehen, das man leicht mit seinem Fußbereich in die Türnut einstecken kann, so daß die Nutabdecklippe auf dem Rand der Türnut aufliegt. Nachteilig bei dieser Ausbildung der bekannten Dichtungsprofile für Türen ist jedoch, daß durch eine übermäßige Bewegung der Tür in die Schließlage hinein der Dichtungskopf soweit zusammengedrückt werden kann, daß durch die Verbindung Dichtungskopf - Nutabdecklippe die Nutabdecklippe aus der vorgesehenen Lage herausgehoben wird, so daß Feuchtigkeit in die Nut im Rand der Tür eindringen kann. Hierbei ist zu bedenken, daß diese umlaufende Nut gegenüber Feuchtigkeit nicht hinlänglich durch Holzschutzmittel geschützt werden kann, da es sehr schwierig ist, den Innenraum der Nut mit dem Holzschutzmittel zu erreichen. Kann jedoch in diese Nut Feuchtigkeit eindringen, so führt dies zwangsläufig zu Fäulnisvorgängen, und dies obgleich eine spezielle Nutabdecklippe vorgesehen ist.So far, seals have been used for doors that are injection molded from polymers, copolymers or rubber. Erreicht wird dies durch die in den Ansprüchen angegebenen Merkmale. Vorrangig aber durch die vollkommen getrennt Ausbildung des Dichtungskopfes bzw. des Hohlkörpers und das getrennte Auslaufen von der Verbindungsstelle der Nutabdecklippe. Selbst wenn der Dichtungskopf übermäßig gegen den Dichtungsrücken bzw. die Tür gedrückt wird, so kann eine solche Bewegung keine Zugwirkung, insbesondere keine nach oben gerichteten Kräfte auf die Nutabdecklippe ausüben. Der Abstand zwischen den Einmündungsstellen des unteren Balgteiles und der Nutabdecklippe kann dabei im Bereich von unter einem mm liegen.This is achieved by the features specified in the claims. Sodann wird durch den weiteren Bewegungsvorgang der Dichtungskopf 12 deformiert, wobei es sich hier um einen Vorgang handelt, bei dem das Material seinen Platz ändert, ohne daß an irgendeiner Stelle des Dichtungskopfes plastische Verformungen, Stauchungen, Quetschungen und dergl. eintreten. Dieser Vorgang kann soweit fortgeführt werden, bis der Dichtungskopf praktisch am Dichtungsrücken aufliegt.
