Bei der weiteren Einschaltbewegung wird einerseits durch die Arme 9 der Schieber 6 angehoben, so daß die Kontakte 7 und 8 schließen und die Feder 26 gespannt wird. Andererseits wird der Jochhebel 15 unter der Einwirkung der Kreisprofilabschnitte 22 und 33 niedergehalten. Inzwischen erhält der Elektromagnet über die elektronische Schaltung Strom. Die Nocken 23 und 34 drücken den Jochhebel 15 gegen den Elektromagneten 17, so daß der Anker 16 sicher angezogen und der Jochhebel 15 verklinkt wird. Claims (10)
- An electrical switch having a transmission linkage which is actuated by a rocker (14), is coupled to a slide (6) carrying contacts and contains a release lever cooperating with a latching piece (50), characterized in that the transmission linkage is constructed as a toggle lever, to whose toggle joint (13) the rocker (14) is coupled and whose first lever (12) is articulated at a bearing fixed to the housing and whose second lever (11) is constructed as a catching lever, effective in the top dead centre position of the toggle lever, for a pivotal lever (10), in that the pivotal lever (10) engages in the slide (6), in that a yoke-shaped lever (15) is constructed as a release lever for the second lever (11) of the toggle lever and as an abutment for a pressure spring (26), in that the latching piece (50) mechanically or electromagnetically latches the yoke-shaped lever, and in that the pressure spring (26) on the one hand pre-tensions the slide (6) and the pivotal lever (10) coupled thereto, in the switched-off position, and on the other hand supplies the tensioning force for the yoke-shaped lever (15) for releasing the switch.
- A switch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the yoke-shaped lever (15) comprises an armature (16) for an electromagnet (17).
- A switch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pivotal latching piece (50) cooperates with the thermal bimetallic release element (51).
- A switch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pivotal latching piece (50) cooperates with a magnetic quick-release element (52).
- A switch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pivotal latching piece (50) cooperates with an undervoltage release element (53).
- A switch according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pivotal lever (10) has two arms (9), between which the yoke-shaped lever (15) and the lever (11) are guided.
- A switch according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a profiled protuberance (32) on the first lever (12) of the toggle joint is in engagement with a profiled protuberance (20) on the yoke-shaped lever (15).
- A switch according to Claim 7, characterized in that each profiled protuberance has a circular-profile section (22, 33) and a cam (23, 34).
- A switch according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the pivotal lever (10) carries a contact bridge (38) which is movable to a limited extent and cooperates with contacts (37) on the printed circuit board (35).
- A switch according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the yoke-shaped lever (15) cooperates with a protuberance (31) on the second lever (11) of the toggle joint.
