- Dose to be administered to an adult is in a range of 1 to 50 mg/day. The exact dose can be selected from the above range, taking into account the age of patient, weight, condition and route of administration into consideration. Frequency of administration is usually one to four times a day.

Abstract
Composés actifs au niveau pharmacologique qui sont très efficaces pour traiter l'hypertension ou l'insuffisance cardiaque, qui sont bien absorbées dans le corps et qui ont un effet durable. Cette invention concerne donc un composé représenté par la formule (I) ou un ester pharmacologiquement acceptable ou un de ses sels, et une composition pharmacologique permettant de prévenir ou de traiter l'hypertension ou l'insuffisance cardiaque, qui contient ledit composé en tant qu'ingrédient actif.
