Claims (9)
- Steckdose vom Typ « Modular-Jack » mit integrierten Anschlüssen, aufweisend einen isolierenden hohlen Körper (4) mit einer vorderen Einführöffnung (3) zur Aufnahme eines daran anpassten hervorspringenden Steckers (2) vom Typ «Modular-Jack» und mit einer hinteren Öffnung (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist :• ein massives isolierendes Teil (6), das eng gleitend in die hintere Öffnung (5) des Körpers (4) einsetzbar ist und das mit Längsdspalten (7) versehen ist, die dieses Teil fast volständig umgeben und deren jeder eine elastische leitende Ader (9) aufweist, so dass nach vorn die herkömmlichen, elastische, parallelen Kontakte (9A) vom Typ « Modular-Jack » gebildet sind, die, wie erforderlich, am Boden der Einführöffnung (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die Spalten (7) sich nach hinten auf der oberer, Fläche (6B) des Teils erweitern, bis sie in die rückwärtige Querwand (6D) dieses Teils münden und dort als Führungen dienen für die hinteren, freien und elastische, Abschnitte (9B, 9C) der Adern (9), welche dort Anschlüsse bilden, die zusammengefasst sind zu Kontaktpaaren unterschiedlicher Längen, wobei zu jedem Paar ein kurzer, auf im wesentlichen halber Höhe der rückwärtigen Wand (6D) endender Kontakt (9B) und ein langer, sich weiter nach unten erstreckender Kontakt (9C) gehört ;• sowie zwei isolierende Halbkappen (12A, 12B), die übereinander angeordnet werden, zur Abdeckung des rückwärtigen Abschnitts des Körper (4), wobei jede eine Anzahl von selbst-abisolierenen Kontakten (10) umschliesst, die gleich der Anzahl des Hälfte des Kontaktlamellen (9A) der Dose vom Typ «Modular-Jack» ist, dergestalt, dass nach dem Anbringen die Halbkappe die selbst-abisolierenden Kontakte (10A) der oberen Halbkappe (12A) jeweils an den entsprechenden kurzen Kontakten (9B) anliegen, während die selbst-abisolierenden Kontakte (10B) der unteren Halbkappe (12B) jeweils an den langen Kontakten (9C) anliegen. - Steckdose vom Typ « Modular-Jack » nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die selbst-abisolierenden Kontakte (10) zumindest teilweise mit zwei der Selbst-Abisolierung dienenden Spalten (11A, 11B) anstelle eines einzigen versehen sind, so dass sie in der Lage sind, jeweils zwei benachbarte Drähte (35) aufzunehmen.
- Steckdose vom Typ « Modular-Jack » nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Halbkappen (12A, 12B) eine Abdeckung (14A, 14B) aufweist, die durch Verdrehen um eine Achse (15A, 15B) verriegelbar ist, wobei diese drehbare Abdeckung derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie bei ihrer Verdrehverriegelung die vorher in die selbst-abisolierenden Spalten eingefädelten Drähte (13, 15) einpresst.
- Steckdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aufjeder Seitenfläche des hohlen Körpers (4) eine Längsnut (16, 17) zur Aufnahme zweier elastischer Klammern (18, 19) eines leitenden Anschlags (20) derart in die Nuten (18, 19) einsetzbar ist, das er durch Druckausübung auf die Rückseite der Steckdose (1) auf beiden Seiten des Körpers (4) mit entsprechenden Masseleitern (31) verbindbar ist.
- Steckdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen drehbaren Sicherungsstift (21) zur Unterscheidung «Telefonie-Informationsübertragung» aufweist, der mit dem Körper (4) verbunden ist.
- Steckdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (4) mi zwei oberen und unteren Quernuten (25 und 26) versehen ist zur Befestigung mittels Klemmsitzes einer Aufnahmeplatte (27), die vorher mit einer Öffnung versehen worden ist.
- Steckdose vom Typ «Modular-Jack» nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die selbst-abisolierenden Kontakte aus zwei übereinander angeordneten metallischen Schichten (40A, 40B) zusammengesetzt sind, die z.B. ausgehend von einem einzigen metallischen Band (40) gebildet werden, welches um seine den selbst-abisoliederenden Spalten (11A, 11B) gegenüberliegende kleine Kante (41) umgebogen ist, wobei der Eintrittsbereich (43) des Verbindungsspaltes (42A, 42B) für den Draht sich verjüngt und bei (44) abgeschrägt und zugeschliffen ist in Richtung einer (40B) der beiden metallischen Schichten (40A, 40B), ublicherweise durch einen Stanzvorgang in dem Bereich (43) auf einer der Flächen des Kontaktes (10) und demzufolge einwirken auf eine der beiden übereinander angeordneten metallischen Schichten (40A, 40B).
- Steckdose vom Typ « Modular-Jack » nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schneidenformige Abschrägung (44) im dünnen Abschnitt (44, 45) des Bereichs (43) an ihrem freien Ende eine Endkante (45) unverändert lässt, deren Dicke (x) höchstens gleich einem Drittel der Dicke (e) derselben metallischen Schicht (40B) ausserhalb des dünnen Abschnitts ist.
- Steckdose vom Typ « Modular-Jack » nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der selbst-abisolierenden Spalten (11A, 11B) zwei aufeinander folgende Bereiche (a, b) mit gegebenenfalls einer « V »-förmigen Eingangsabschrägung (47, 46) aufweist :• einen Eintrittsbereich (a) gleichmässiger Breite (L1), der dazu dient, die Hülle des noch nicht abisolierten Drahtes zu ergreifen und dessen Breite (L1) grösser ist als der Maximaldurchmesser des metallischen Kerns der zu verbindenden Drähte und kleiner ist als der kleinste Durchmesser des miteinander zu verbindenden umhüllten Drähte und• einen zweiten schmaleren Bereich (b), der sich an den Eingangsbereich (a) anschliesst und in herkömmlicher Weise derjenige ist, der die Verbindung der abisolierten Drähte übernimmt, da ihre Breite (L2) kleiner als der Minimaldurchmesser des Kerns der miteinander zu verbindenden Drähte ist.
