Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von viskosen Massen, insbesondere zum Auftragen von Leim auf Schlitz- und Zapfenprofile von Rahmen- und Flügelhölzern nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a device for applying viscous compositions, in particular for applying glue to slot and tenon profiles of frame and casement timbers, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Zum Auftragen von Leim auf Rahmen- oder Flügelhölzer ist es bekannt (HESS-Leimangabe-Automat, Prospekt der Firma Reinhold Hess GmbH & Co. KG, Balingen), bei denen der Leim nicht mehr aus einem offenen Bad entnommen, sondern jeweils durch Sprühdüsen aus einem Drucksystem kommt, die mit Hilfe von Armen so gut als möglich an die jeweils mit Leim zu versehenden Flächen gebracht werden. Auch hier ergeben sich bei längerem Stillstand aber Schwierigkeiten, weil die Sprühdüsen verkleben können. Vor allen Dingen aber lassen sich die Sprühdüsen wegen ihres Raumbedarfes im Gegensatz zu den Pendelschwertern nicht in schmale Zwischenräume führen, die zwischen Zapfenprofilen vorhanden sind. Der Leim muß hier daher unter Druck in die Schlitze eingesprüht werden. Aus der Fig.6 und 7 ist zunächst zu erkennen, daß sich in einem ersten Arbeitsschritt, nachdem das Werkstück (3) positioniert ist, auf dessen Schlitz-Zapten-Verbindung die Düsenrohre (11) und die dazugehörigen Abstreifhülsen (6) in der beschriebenen Weise eingestellt sind, die Abstreifhülsen (16) durch Beaufschlagung des Arbeitszylinders (13) nach links bewegen, und zwar so weit, daß die Düsenrohre (11) freigegeben werden. In einem nachfolgenden Arbeitsschritt wird der Arbeitszylinder (7) aktiviert und schiebt den Beleimkopf (6) aus der Position der Fig. 6 nach oben, und zwar so weit, daß die Düsenrohre (11) gemäß den Fig. 9 und 10 in Richtung des Pfeiles (20) an der Schlitz-Zapfen-Verbindung (4) des Werkstückes (3) vorbei bis in eine Endlage (11') geführt werden. Der Beleimkopf (6) befindet sich dann in einer Stellung, die noch höher ist, als die in der Fig. 8 gezeigte Stellung (6'), in der sich die Düsenrohre (11) innerhalb des Schlitz-Zapfen-Profiles (4) befinden. Die Steuerung der Leimzufuhr durch die Bohrungen (18) erfolgt dabei so, daß beim Vorbeifahren der Düsenrohre (11) im Sinne des Pfeiles (20) Leimraupen (21) an allen Seitenwänden (22, 23, 24 und 25) des Schlitz-Zapfen-Profiles (4) und, falls erforderlich, auch an den Brustflächen (26, 27 und 28) oder, wie Fig. 9 zeigt, nur an den äußeren Brustflächen (28a und 26a) gebildet werden. Die Leimzufuhr schaltet daher ein, wenn die Düsenrohre (11) die entsprechende untere Stelle am Schlitz-Zapfen-Profil (4) erreicht haben und schaltet wieder ab, wenn der Bereich der Oberkante dieses Schlitz-Zapfen-Profiles erreicht ist.Das Werkstück (3) wird dann entnommen und kann, gegebenenfalls auch voll automatisch, in eine Rahmenpresse weitergeführt werden, wo es mit anderen Rahmen- oder Flügelhölzern zu dem gewünschten Rahmen verpreßt wird. Claims (5)
- Device for the application of viscous materials, in particular for the application of glue on mortise and tenon profiles (4) of frame and wing members (3), having applicator members (11) that engage the mortise and tenon profiles and that are subjected to a reciprocating movement for applying the glue in the form of beads upon the surfaces to be joined, through openings (18, 19) arranging in their end faces and/or at their circumference along at least one convex surface line,

- Device according to claims 1 and 2, wherein each of the stripping sleeves (16) is aligned to the respective nozzle tube (11) and arranged on an adjusting rail that can be moved in the direction of the axes of the stripping sleeve (10), and relative to the nozzle tube (11).
- Device according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein there are provided a set of nozzle tubes (11) assigned to a given workpiece profile (4) and mounted on an adjusting rail (8), and a corresponding set of stripper sleeves (16) with their guide rail (12), respectively, and that the said nozzle tube and stripper sleeve sets can be exchanged together with their respective mounting rails.
- Device according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the glue-dispensing means of the nozzle tubes (11) can be controlled individually or centrally to activate their glue-dispensing action.
