Das freie Ende des Rohrstückes ist dabei mit dornenartigen Ansätzen versehen, um beim Einsetzen der Spritzdüse eine Membran, welche den Spritzbehälter abdichtet, zu durchstoßen. Zu diesem Zweck muß die Spritzdüse mit dem Rohrstück in den Behälter hineingestoßen werden und ragt infolgedessen in das Behälterinnere hinein. Beim Entleeren stößt der Kolben an dem herausragenden Rohrstück an, so daß zwangsläufig Plastikmasse im Behälter verbleiben muß und keine vollständige Entleerung in die Düse möglich ist. Diese Aufgabe wird durch den kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, daß das aus dem Behälter im Bereich von dessen Anschlußstutzen nicht ausgebbare restliche plastische Material sich im Inneren des Rohrs befindet und beim Abnehmen der Spritzdüse vom Behälter in dem an der Spritzdüse verbleibenden Rohr bleibt. Durch die Anpassung der Innenfläche der Stirnwand des Spritzbehälters an dem Druckteller des Ausdrückkolbens liegt dieser in der Endstellung völlig an der Innenfläche der Stirnwand des Behälters an, so daß nur noch eine sehr dünne Schicht vom plastischen Material zurückbleiben kann.This object is solved by the characterizing part of claim 1. Wenn somit mit ein- und derselben Spritzdüse der Inhalt einer Vielzahl von Spritzbehältern verarbeitet wird, verbleibt als unverbrauchbarer Rest lediglich der Inhalt einer einzigen Spritzdüse; es kann nämlich auch der Inhalt der Spritzdüse im allgemeinen nicht vom Benutzer aus dieser entfernt werden. Dadurch wird vor allem sichergestellt, daß der Anschlußstutzen nicht zu kurz abgeschnitten wird und damit das Rohrstück nicht zu weit in den Behälter hineinragt. Dann, wenn die Spritzdüse 20 an dem Anschlußstutzen 2 durch Aufschrauben befestigt ist, füllt das Rohrstück 28 den Anschlußstutzen 2 in dessen Innerem nahezu auf seiner gesamten Länge auf (bei Bedarf kann das Rohrstück etwas länger gemacht werden). Dabei ist der Außendurchmesser des Rohrstückes 28 gleich dem Innendurchmesser des Anschlußstutzens 2 oder nur geringfügig kleiner, so daß einerseits ein leichtes Aufschrauben der Spritzdüse auf den Anschlußstutzen möglich ist und andererseits in den Bereich zwischen der Außenwand des Rohrstücks 28 und der Innenwand des Anschlußstutzens 2 keine störend großen Mengen des plastischen Inhalts des Behälters 1 gelangen können.A spray nozzle designated by

Die Innenfläche 5 der den Anschlußstutzen 2 aufweisenden Stirnwand 6 des Behälters 1 weist eine dem Druckteller 30 des Ausdrückkolbens 31 angepaßte Bogenform auf um, den verbleibenden Raum zwischen dem Druckteller 30 und der Innenfläche 5 des Behälters und damit die Restmenge der Plastikmasse gering zu halten. Dabei ist jedoch der Radius 32 des Bogens des Drucktellers 30 geringfügig kleiner als derjenige 33 der Innenfläche 5 gehalten, dadurch wird erreicht, daß sich beim Anpressen des Drucktellers 30 an die Innenfläche 5 der Druckteller zunächst außen an der Innenfläche anlegt und sich dann beim weiteren Andrücken spreizt, so daß die Restmenge von außen nach Innen verdrängt und in die Spritzdüse 20 eingepreßt wird. Dabei ist die Außenfläche 7 der Stirnwand 6 der Innenfläche 5 angepaßt und außerdem an ihrem Rand mit einem elastischen Ringsteg 9 versehen. Dieser Ringsteg wird in der dargestellten Lage des Ausdrückkolbens 31 sehr stark an die entsprechende Fläche der nicht dargestellten Pistole angepreßt, so daß der Druckteller des Ausdrückkolbens 31 vor allem an seinem Rand dicht an der Innenfläche 5 der Stirnwand 6 anliegt und so das Material von außen weitgehend in die Spritzdüse 20 eingepreßt wird. - Container (1) for a gun for dispensing a plastic substance having, at a free end, a substantially circular cylindrical connecting sleeve (2) which projects from a wall of the container and with which is associated a gun nozzle (20) through which the material held in the container (1) can be dispensed, the gun nozzle (20) having a tubular piece (28) which projects into the connecting sleeve (2) when the gun nozzle is mounted and the outside diameter of which, in the portion (36) of the tubular piece (28) which projects into the connecting sleeve (2), is substantially equal to the inside diameter of the connecting sleeve (2), characterized in that, when the gun nozzle (20) is mounted, the portion of the tubular piece (28) which is located inside the connecting sleeve (2) occupies substantially the entire length of the connecting sleeve (2) and at least the internal surface (5) of the end wall (6) of the container (1) carrying the connecting sleeve (2) has a curved shape approximately fitting the pressure plate (30) of the ejection plunger (31).
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the tubular piece (28) is made integrally with the rest of the gun nozzle.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the container (1) is made of plastics material.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, in which, in the condition in which it has not yet been used, the container (1) is closed by a cap (8) in the region of the free end of the connecting sleeve (2), characterized in that a substantially annular groove or shoulder (12) is provided, extending around the connecting sleeve.
- Device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the groove has a rounded base.
- Device according to one or a plurality of the preceding claims, characterized in that the external surface (7) of the end wall (6) of the container (1) approximately matches the internal surface thereof in its shape and is provided, on its outer edge, with resilient ridges, particularly an annular ridge (9), projecting towards the gun nozzle (20).
- Device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the radius (32) of curvature of the pressure plate (30) is kept slightly smaller than that (33) of the internal surface (5) of the end wall (6) of the container (1).
