Sur les extrémités latérales de la barre transversale 23, sont disposées deux languettes flexibles 28 dont l'extrémité côté embase 6 est libre et portant au voisinage de cette extrémité libre une saillie 29 tournée vers l'extérieur et disposée de façon à s'insérer, lors du montage, dans le cran 21 des retours 20. La barre principale 24 du tiroir 7 est constituée par une plaquette de forme rectangulaire ayant une plus faible épaisseur que la barre transversale 23, et portant sur ses côtés longitudinaux des picots 30 pour le guidage de la barre 24 dans le canal 22b, quatre selon le mode de réalisation représenté. Les deux pattes 25, recourbées l'une vers l'autre, sont identiques et disposées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du T. Ces pattes sont d'épaisseur constante. Elles portent à leur extrémité une zone de renforcement 31 de section circulaire qui a une forme cylindrique, la zone de renforcement 31 ayant la même épaisseur que les pattes 25. Les pattes 25 sont plus larges au niveau de leur jonction avec la barre principale 24 du tiroir qu'au niveau de leur jonction avec la zone de renforcement 31. Pour faciliter le moulage, la barre transversale 23 est moulée sous forme ouverte côté base et elle est ensuite recouverte d'un étui, notamment métallique, ayant en section transversale la forme d'un U ; l'une des branches du U est munie d'une ouverture rectangulaire correspondant à l'ouverture 26.The
Après montage du boîtier, avant ouverture de celui-ci, la barre transversale 23 du tiroir 7 en T est disposée dans l'échancrure 19 de l'embase 6, une partie de sa face inférieure reposant sur la partie élargie 22a de l'empreinte tout en laissant, dans cette partie 22a, une zone de dégagement permettant le coulissement du tiroir 7. La barre principale 24 est en majeure partie située dans le canal 22b, les picots 30 étant en contact avec les bords de l'empreinte limitant le canal 22b. Les pattes recourbées 25 sont disposées dans la partie élargie 22c et la zone de renforcement 31 disposée à leur extrémité vient en contact avec la surface d'appui 22d. Lorsque l'utilisateur désire ouvrir le boîtier 1, il appuie sur la barre transversale 23 du tiroir 7 parallèlement au plan moyen du boîtier et vers la charnière. Le tiroir coulisse dans l'empreinte 22 et les pattes 25 se courbent, les pastilles 31 situées à leur extrémité se déplaçant l'une vers l'autre sur la paroi d'appui 22d. Grâce à la forme de l'extrémité des pattes 25, leur contact avec la surface d'appui reste quasi ponctuel, ce qui facilite le glissement des pattes 25 sur la surface d'appui 22d. De plus, grâce à leur largeur variable, les pattes se recourbent progressivement depuis leur extrémité et ne risquent pas de plier au niveau de leur jonction avec la barre principale 24 : cette progressivité assure une douceur de fonctionnement rendant l'ouverture du boîtier agréable. Le tiroir 7 se déplace vers l'intérieur du fond 3 du boîtier 1, le crochet 9 porté par le couvercle 2 se dégage du contre-crochet 27 et le boîtier 1 s'ouvre.
