- the invention relates to an insole for shoes of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- insoles have long been known to compensate for excess shoe sizes, to keep the feet warm and / or to support the arch of the foot.
- insoles made of cork in particular, which have continuous profiles in the form of webs and grooves on their top.
- the shape of these insoles is adapted to the sole surface of the inner shoe sole, so that the entire sole surface of a shoe is covered by such an insole and displacements of the loose insole are prevented by bumping against the adjacent upper shoe.
- the profiles which extend over the entire surface of the insole, exert a massage effect on the sole of a wearer's foot when walking to activate the blood circulation in the foot.
- Reflex zone therapy is a treatment method that is based on the knowledge that special zones of the soles of the feet and palms are related to certain internal organs. Certain diseases of these organs can be recognized early by the therapist by exerting pressure on the corresponding reflex zones of the sole of the foot, which causes the patient to experience a more or less intense feeling of pain. On the other hand, a careful massage in these special zones by the therapist can cause an intensified stimulation in the assigned organ.
- a generic insole which consists of a lower layer made of an elastic material and an upper flexible layer.
- rigid in or on the elastic lower layer Pens with a broadened lower part are tiltably supported, which protrude through holes in the upper flexible fabric layer and protrude with their rounded heads from the sole material. These pins are evenly distributed over the entire sole surface.
- the object of the invention is to provide an insole which has a therapeutic effect which goes beyond the circulation-promoting effect of the foot tissue and with which the function of certain internal organs can be influenced in a targeted manner.
- the insoles according to the invention are particularly suitable for overweight people if the knobs are arranged in the zones assigned to the liver, stomach, bladder, small and large intestine, kidneys on the surface of the sole, because by activating these organs their activity intensified and thus the entire metabolic processes including excretion are promoted. Series tests have shown that by temporarily wearing such insoles, a continuous weight loss can be achieved, without impairing the well-being of the person concerned.
- knobs have a height of about 0.3 to 3.0 mm and a diameter of 1.0 to 4.0 mm and consist of a rubber-elastic material.
- the insole has a multi-layer structure, with a lower rubber-elastic layer carrying the integrally molded knobs and an upper cover layer Leather, textile material, cork or the like is attached to the areas not covered by nubs to promote the foot climate even after long periods of wear.
- the insole expediently does not extend over the entire sole surface but only from the heel to the toe area, with a tapered front edge of the leather cover layer projecting beyond the front edge of the rubber-elastic lower layer.
- This size and shape of the insole results in the advantage that with a relatively small number of four different sizes, the entire size range of shoes (women's and men's shoes) can be covered, since the areas of the arch and heel to a lesser extent than that Areas of the ball of the foot and toes vary.
- adhesives in the form of e.g. double-sided adhesive strips are provided, with which the insole can be releasably fixed to the insole of the shoe.
- the insole 1 shown has an outer contour adapted to the heel area and the midfoot so that a single insole size is suitable for several shoe sizes, the insole 1 shown extends only over approximately 3/4 of the sole surface, the toe area remaining free. Such a shape has the advantage that only four different sized insoles are required to cover all shoe sizes.
- the insole has knobs 2a on its upper side, which are arranged in certain patterns over parts of the sole surface.
- the knobs are preferably made of soft elastic material.
- the knobs 2a should have a height of 0.3 to 3.0 mm and a diameter of approximately 1.0 to 4.0 mm, the spacing between two adjacent knobs should be approximately in the range of their diameter.
- the knobs 2a are arranged in certain zones 2 on the sole surface in accordance with the findings of reflex zone therapy. It is known that reflex zone therapy assumes that bodily functions and organs can be stimulated or influenced by massaging certain areas of the sole of the foot. Due to the arrangement of the knobs in selected zones 2 on the surface of the insoles, an automatic massage effect of the sole areas of the foot is achieved by the walking movement of the wearer, in order not only to intensify the blood circulation in the foot tissue, but also to stimulate the body organs assigned to the sole areas of the foot.
- the zones 2 studded with nubs also have a correspondingly asymmetrical distribution, as is shown in FIG. 1 for the right and left insoles of a pair of soles.
- This sole design is designed for the automatic treatment of obesity, with pimples being arranged only in those areas that lie opposite the sole areas of the foot for reflex-zone therapeutic activation of the liver, stomach, intestinal tract, kidney and bladder.
- the insole 1 shown consists of a lower soft elastic rubber layer 4, on the surface of which the knobs 2a are integrally formed.
- the knobs 2a can, however, also consist of another material, for example a cork-latex mixture, and the like on the insole, for example of leather, rigid plastic or the like. be permanently attached.
- a cover layer 5 made of leather or another fine-porous material is glued or vulcanized, which, however, only covers the areas of the rubber layer that are free of the knobs 2a.
- the knobs 2a protrude above this cover layer 5 by a few millimeters.
- At least one double-sided adhesive strip 6 is releasably attached to the underside of the rubber layer 4, with which the insole is fixed non-slip on the surface of a shoe insole.
- a zone occupied by knobs 2a is also formed in the circular heel area, which zone is surrounded by a circular cutout in the cover layer 5.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insole for shoes of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
Various types of insoles have long been known to compensate for excess shoe sizes, to keep the feet warm and / or to support the arch of the foot. In addition, there are already single and multi-layer insoles made of cork in particular, which have continuous profiles in the form of webs and grooves on their top. The shape of these insoles is adapted to the sole surface of the inner shoe sole, so that the entire sole surface of a shoe is covered by such an insole and displacements of the loose insole are prevented by bumping against the adjacent upper shoe. The profiles, which extend over the entire surface of the insole, exert a massage effect on the sole of a wearer's foot when walking to activate the blood circulation in the foot.
At a z. B. from EP-A-0 193 805 known version of these insoles are to achieve a good massage effect and improved ventilation of the soles of the feet on the top of a compact and elastic base massage nubs with a cylindrical foot and rounded head, which are formed by one on the heads the massage nubs glued through continuous top layer of z. B. fine leather are covered. The knobs are regularly arranged in rows over the entire sole surface.
Reflex zone therapy is a treatment method that is based on the knowledge that special zones of the soles of the feet and palms are related to certain internal organs.
From DE-A-35 20 956 a generic insole is known which consists of a lower layer made of an elastic material and an upper flexible layer. In order to achieve an additional irritating effect of reflex points that goes beyond the simple massage effect of the sole of the foot, rigid in or on the elastic lower layer Pens with a broadened lower part are tiltably supported, which protrude through holes in the upper flexible fabric layer and protrude with their rounded heads from the sole material. These pins are evenly distributed over the entire sole surface.
The object of the invention is to provide an insole which has a therapeutic effect which goes beyond the circulation-promoting effect of the foot tissue and with which the function of certain internal organs can be influenced in a targeted manner.
This object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1.
Through the targeted arrangement of the knobs in predetermined zones of the sole surface, certain zones of the sole of the foot are automatically massaged when walking, which in turn has corresponding effects on the organs assigned to these zones. It is essential that the shape, the arrangement density and also the consistency of the knobs are chosen so that a sufficiently effective massage effect of the sole of the foot is achieved without causing any pain sensation. Due to this massage effect, the body organs assigned to the respective soles of the feet are activated. The insoles according to the invention are particularly suitable for overweight people if the knobs are arranged in the zones assigned to the liver, stomach, bladder, small and large intestine, kidneys on the surface of the sole, because by activating these organs their activity intensified and thus the entire metabolic processes including excretion are promoted. Series tests have shown that by temporarily wearing such insoles, a continuous weight loss can be achieved, without impairing the well-being of the person concerned.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the knobs have a height of about 0.3 to 3.0 mm and a diameter of 1.0 to 4.0 mm and consist of a rubber-elastic material. The insole has a multi-layer structure, with a lower rubber-elastic layer carrying the integrally molded knobs and an upper cover layer Leather, textile material, cork or the like is attached to the areas not covered by nubs to promote the foot climate even after long periods of wear.
The insole expediently does not extend over the entire sole surface but only from the heel to the toe area, with a tapered front edge of the leather cover layer projecting beyond the front edge of the rubber-elastic lower layer. This size and shape of the insole results in the advantage that with a relatively small number of four different sizes, the entire size range of shoes (women's and men's shoes) can be covered, since the areas of the arch and heel to a lesser extent than that Areas of the ball of the foot and toes vary. In order to prevent slipping of these insoles, which only extend over about 3/4 of the sole surface, it is advisable to use adhesives in the form of e.g. double-sided adhesive strips are provided, with which the insole can be releasably fixed to the insole of the shoe.
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2a bis 2c

- right and left insoles with knobs arranged in different zones,

- an insole designed for the weight loss of a wearer in plan view, in longitudinal section bb and in bottom view.
The insole 1 shown has an outer contour adapted to the heel area and the midfoot so that a single insole size is suitable for several shoe sizes, the insole 1 shown extends only over approximately 3/4 of the sole surface, the toe area remaining free. Such a shape has the advantage that only four different sized insoles are required to cover all shoe sizes.
In selected
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1 and 2a, the
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 2a to 2c, the insole 1 shown consists of a lower soft elastic rubber layer 4, on the surface of which the
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing and described above. For example, the knobs can have a different shape and dimension. Furthermore, the insole have a rigid base, as used for orthopedic purposes. Finally, it is also possible for special therapeutic measures to extend the insole shown to the tip of the sole and also to arrange knobs in certain zones in this front area in order to be able to have a massage effect on the toes.
