- Combination of a grinding machine, in particular hand-held grinding machine, which has a carry-along element (25) for carrying along a sanding disc (1) in rotation and of the sanding disc (1) which can be mounted on the output shaft of said grinding machine, it being the case that, between the sanding disc (1) and the carry-along element (25), form-fit elements serving as a coupling and designed as teeth (31) are arranged on the carry-along elements and mating form-fit elements designed as tooth-engagement bores (3) are arranged on the sanding disc, characterized in that the sanding disc (1) is centred automatically on the output shaft via the carry-along element (25), a further form-fit element, which is designed as a journal (29) and a further mating form-fit element, which is designed as a complementary centring ring (21) serving as centring means, and three form-fit elements (31), which are designed as teeth, and three complementary mating form-fit elements (23) serving as means for carrying along the sanding disc in rotation.
- Combination according to Claim 1, characterized in that ring segments (22), which engage around a free end (29) of the carry-along element (25), serve as centring ring (21) on the sanding disc (1).
- Combination according to one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a disc-like reinforcement part (7) which consists, in particular, of sheet steel and preferably bears the tooth-engagement bores (23) is borne in an unreleasable manner, in particular in an encapsulated manner, in the interior of the sanding disc (1).
- Combination according to one of Claims 1 - 3 characterized in that a central recess (19) is arranged in the pad (5) of the sanding disc (1).
- Combination according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that three or more axially projecting teeth (31), which are concentric with respect to the axis, are arranged on the carry-along element (25) and project into impressions (23) of the sanding disc (1).
- Combination of a grinding machine, in particular hand-held grinding machine, which has a carry-along element (65) for carrying along a sanding disc (41) in rotation and of the sanding disc (41) which can be mounted on the output shaft of said grinding machine, it being the case that, between the grinding disc (41) and the carry-along element (65), tooth-like form-fit elements serving as a coupling are arranged on the sanding disc and mating form-fit elements (63, 71) in the manner of tooth-engagement openings are arranged on the carry-along element, characterized in that an internally conical ring (61), which engages around a free end (69) of the carry-along element (65), the latter being provided with protrusions and impressions (63, 71), serves as centring means on the sanding disc (41), corresponds to the negative form of the conical, free end (69) of the carry-along element (65) and can have the carry-along element (65) latching therein, with the result that the sanding disc is centred automatically on the output shaft via the carry-along element (65).
- Combination according to one of Claims 1 - 6, characterized in that dust-extraction openings (11, 51) are arranged in the sanding disc (1, 41).
- Combination according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that there is arranged on the sanding disc (1, 41) a supporting plate (3, 43) which bears annular and rectilinear, radially running, intersecting ribs on its underside and is encapsulated by the material of the pad (5, 45).
- Combination according to one of Claims 6 to 8, characterized in that at least one collecting space (66) with outlet openings for grinding dust is provided between the output shaft, in particular the carry-along element (65), and the sanding disc (41).
