Description
La présente invention est relative à un appareil de cuisson équipé de brûleurs à gaz atmosphériques du type à entrainement de l'air primaire de combustion dans un venturi par un injecteur à gaz. Dans les appareils de cuisson de ce type il faut prévoir, pour chaque brûleur, l'arrivée d'air primaire et d'air secondaire, qui sont nécessaires au bon fonctionnement d'un brûleur. L'air secondaire est toujours aspiré du dessus du plan (ou de la table) de cuisson de l'appareil , alors que l'arrivée d'air primaire dans le brûleur se fait :
- i) soit du dessus du plan de cuisson,
- ii) soit du dessous du plan de cuisson, c'est-à-dire de l'intérieur du caisson de l'appareil.
