Abstract

Eine Kosmetikdose mit einem schalenförmigen Gehäuseunterteil, einem Puderpfannen und/oder dergleichen aufnehmenden Einsatz innerhalb des Gehäuseunterteils und einem über ein Scharnier angelenkten Deckel, mit paarig zueinander passenden, hakenförmigen Rastelementen zur Verriegelung von Deckel und Gehäuseunterteil, wobei ein erstes Rastelement einstückig am Deckel angeformt ist, sowie mit einem Drücker zum Entriegeln der Rastelemente. Das technische Problem ist eine sichere Führung des Drückers über einen großem Verschiebeweg und eine hohe Festigkeit der Rastelemente, ferner eine kostengünstige Herstellbarkeit und eine leichte Bedienbarkeit für den Anwender. Das zweite Rastelement (7) sitzt einstückig an dem Gehäuseunterteil (2). Der Drücker (4) ist über einen V-förmigen Träger (11) mit dem Einsatz (9) verbunden und in einem Durchgang (13) des Gehäuseunterteils (2) geradlinig geführt, und Ansätze (17) des Drückers (4) sind mit dem ersten Rastelement in Eingriff bringbar sind. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kosmetikdose mit einem schalenförmigen Gehäuseunterteil, einem Puderpfannen und/oder dergleichen aufnehmenden Einsatz innerhalb des Gehäuseunterteils und einem über ein Scharnier angelenkten Deckel, mit paarig zueinander passenden, hakenförmigen Rastelementen zur Verriegelung von Deckel und Gehäuseunterteil, wobei ein erstes Rastelement einstückig am Deckel angeformt ist, sowie mit einem Drücker zum Entriegeln der Rastelemente.
  • Zur sicheren Entriegelung der Rastelemente ist ein ausreichender Weg für dieselben und für den Drücker erforderlich, damit auch unter Berücksichtigung von Toleranzen die Kosmetikdose mühelos geöffnet werden kann. Die Teile müssen eine ausreichende Festigkeit haben und gängig und ergonomisch günstig geführt sein.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine sichere Führung des Drückers über einen großem Verschiebeweg und eine hohe Festigkeit der Rastelemente, ferner eine kostengünstige Herstellbarkeit und eine leichte Bedienbarkeit für den Anwender.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das zweite Rastelement einstückig an dem Gehäuseunterteil sitzt und daß der Drücker über einen V-förmigen Träger mit dem Einsatz verbunden, in einem Durchgang des Gehäuseunterteils geradlinig geführt ist und daß Ansätze des Drückers mit dem ersten Rastelement in Eingriff bringbar sind.
  • Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als das am Boden des Gehäuseunterteils angebundene Rastelement über die gesamte Höhe des Gehäuseunterteils zur Entriegelung verformt werden kann. Der Verformungsweg ist also recht groß. Der Drücker andererseits kann über einen großen Weg geradlinig verstellt werden. Der Drücker greift an einem langen Hebelarm des Rastelements an, so daß die erforderliche Betätigungskraft gering ist. Die geradlinige Führung des Drückers wirkt sich für den Benutzer in ergonomischer Hinsicht als vorteilhaft aus; denn etwaige Verschwenkungen des Drückers werden als unangenehm empfunden. Schwenkbewegungen sind allein in die Rastelemente verlegt und wirken sich bei der Betätigung für den Benutzer nicht aus.
  • Eine gleichmäßige Führung des Drückers ergibt sich dadurch, daß mehrere Träger für den Drücker vorgesehen sind.
  • Eine geradlinige und verkantungsfrie Führung des Drückers wird dadurch erzielt, daß Führungsleisten des Drückers an Hinterschneidungskanten des Durchgangs der Vorderwand geführt sind.
  • Ein sicherer Verschluß wird dadurch gewährleistet, daß Nasen der Rastelemente mit Profilflächen ineinandergreifen.
  • Eine Beschädigung der Rastelemente beim Schließvorgang wird dadurch ausgeschlossen, daß die Rastelemente in Schließrichtung geneigte Profilflächen aufweisen, die ein Übereinandergleiten der Rastelemente beim Schließvorgang sicherstellen.
  • Ein Anheben des Deckels beim Öffnen wird dadurch sichergestellt, daß eine Profilfläche des Drückers beim Öffnungsvorgang mit einer Profilfläche des ersten Rastelements im Sinne eines Anhebens des Deckels zusammenwirkt.
  • Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert, in denen darstellen:

  • Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen schematisch eine Kosmetikdose 1 aus einem schalenförmigen Gehäuseunterteil 2 mit einem Drücker 4 und einem Deckel 3. Der Deckel 3 ist durch ein Scharnier 5 mit dem Gehäuseunterteil 2 verbunden. Im Deckel 3 ist ein erstes Rastelement 6 einstückig angeformt. Das zweite Rastelement 7 ist plattenförmig ausgebildet und am Boden 8 des Gehäuseunterteils 2 einstückig angeformt, wie man aus Fig. 3 ersieht. Durch Betätigung des Drückers 4, der aus der Vorderwand 10 des Gehäuseunterteils 2 vorsteht, wird der Deckel 3 gemäß Fig. 1 entriegelt. Die Kosmetikdose kann dann ohne weiteres geöffnet werden. Das Gehäuseunterteil, der Deckel und der Einsatz sind zweckmäßigerweise Thermoplastspritzgußteile aus gleichen oder unterschiedlichen Thermoplasten.
  • Das Gehäuseunterteil 2 ist schalenförmig ausgebildet und nimmt einen Einsatz 9 für eine Puderpfanne auf. Der Einsatz 9 kann aus einem weicheren Werkstoff als der Deckel 3 und das Gehäuseunterteil 2 bestehen.
  • An dem Einsatz 9 z.B. an einer Seitenwand desselben ist über einen oder mehrere V-förmige Träger 11 der Drücker 4 angeformt. Die Träger 11 sind bandförmig, also möglichst dünn und verformbar ausgebildet, so daß der Drücker 4 mit geringem Kraftaufwand bewegt werden kann.
  • Der Drücker 4 ragt durch einen Durchgang 13 in der Vorderwand 10 des Gehäuseunterteils 2 und ist in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 12, Fig. 3 und 6, bewegbar. Die Träger 11 stellen eine nachgiebige Führung dar und stellen auch eine Rückstellkraft zur Verfügung. Der Durchgang 13 weist Hinterschneidungskanten 14 auf, in die Führungsleisten 15 des Drückers 4 eingreifen. Dadurch wird eine geradlinige Führung des Drückers 4 sichergestellt. An der Innenseite des Drückers 4 sind einerseits eine zur Bewegungsrichtung geneigte Profilfläche 16 und andererseits zapfenförmige Ansätze 17 vorgesehen, die bei der Bewegung des Drückers mit dem Rastelement 7 in Eingriff kommen. Die Stirnflächem 25 der Ansätze 17 sind geneigt, so daß die Ansätze 17 mit dem Oberende des Rastelemets 7 in Eingriff kommen.
  • Das Rastelement 7 ist im wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildet und weist am Oberende eine Nase 18 mit einer gegen die Plattenebene geneigten Profilfläche 19 auf. Auch die Rastfläche der Nase 18 ist geneigt. Das Rastelement 7 begrenzt mit der Profilfläche 16 und den Ansätzen 17 des Drückers 4 einen Schlitz 23.
  • Das Rastelement 6 des Deckels 3 weist eine Nase 20 auf, die im wesentlichen komplementär zu der Nase 18 profiliert ist. Eine Profilfläche 21 ist entsprechend der Profilfläche 19 geneigt. Außerdem ist eine Profilfläche 22 vorgesehen, die passend zu der Profilfläche 16 ausgebildet ist. Das Rastelement 6 ist so bemessen, daß es durch den Schlitz 23 paßt.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt die Rastelemente im Schließzustand. Das Rastelement 6 liegt mit der Nase 20 an der Nase 18 des Rastelements 7 an. Durch die geneigten Rastflächen der Nasen 18 und 20 und durch die Rückstellkraft der Rastelemente 6 und 7 wird die Kosmetikdose 1 geschlossen gehalten. Zum Öffnen wird der Drücker 4 nach innen gedrückt. Nach Fig. 4 wird das Rastelement 7 verformt, so daß die Nasen 18 und 20 voneinander freikommen. Außerdem wird durch die Wirkung der Profilflächen 16 und 22 der Deckel 3 angehoben, wie man aus Fig. 4 erkennt. Dieses ist jedoch auch in anderer Weise möglich.
  • Damit die Rastelemente 6 und 7 sicher die Schließstellung erreichen, sind die Profilflächen 19 und 21 vorgesehen, die ein Ausweichen der Rastelemente beim Schließen der Kosmetikdose bewirken.

Claims (6)

  1. Kosmetikdose mit einem schalenförmigen Gehäuseunterteil, einem Puderpfannen und/oder dergleichen aufnehmenden Einsatz innerhalb des Gehäuseunterteils und einem über ein Scharnier angelenkten Deckel, mit paarig zueinander passenden, hakenförmigen Rastelementen zur Verriegelung von Deckel und Gehäuseunterteil, wobei ein erstes Rastelement einstückig am Deckel angeformt ist, sowie mit einem Drücker zum Entriegeln der Rastelemente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Rastelement (7) einstückig an dem Gehäuseunterteil (2) sitzt und daß der Drücker (4) über einen V-förmigen Träger (11) mit dem Einsatz (9) verbunden, in einem Durchgang (13) des Gehäuseunterteils (2) geradlinig geführt ist und daß Ansätze (17) des Drückers (4) mit dem ersten Rastelement in Eingriff bringbar sind.
  2. Kosmetikdose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Träger (11) für den Drücker (4) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Kosmetikdose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungsleisten (15) des Drückers (4) an Hinterschneidungskanten (14) des Durchgangs (13) der Vorderwand (10) geführt sind.
  4. Kosmetikdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Nasen (18, 19) der Rastelemente (6, 7) mit Profilflächen ineinandergreifen.
  5. Kosmetikdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente (6, 7) in Schließrichtung geneigte Profilflächen (19, 21) aufweisen, die ein Übereinandergleiten der Rastelemente (6, 7) beim Schließvorgang sicherstellen.
  6. Kosmetikdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Profilfläche (16) des Drückers (4) beim Öffnungsvorgang mit einer Profilfläche (22) des ersten Rastelements (6) im Sinne eines Anhebens des Deckels (4) zusammenwirkt.
