Claims (10)

  1. Emballage en carton mince, avec une saillie (10), formée par déformation du carton dans une paroi de celui-ci en particulier boîtes à rabat (emballage Hinge-Lid) pour cigarettes, avec des saillies (10), en face intérieure de parois latérales (17, 18), pour soutenir une collerette (13), la saillie (10) étant délimitée dans le carton par au moins une découpe d'estampage (21), en particulier orientée transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la paroi, et étant constituée par une déformation du carton, délimitée par la découpe d'estampage (21), ou une bordure de découpe (23) de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que la déformation est réalisée sous forme de bombement (22) avec découpe d'estampage (21) rectiligne comme délimitation de celui-ci, et en ce que le bombement (22) se transforme en la paroi en s'y raccordant de tous côtés hors de la zone de la découpe d'estampage (21).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bombement (22) présente une section transversale arquée.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi présentant la saillie (10) est constituée de deux languettes, chaque languette (19, 20) située à l'intérieur de l'emballage présentant la saillie (10).
  4. Procédé de fabrication de saillies (10) dans des parois d'emballage en carton, en particulier de boîtes à rabat pour cigarettes, une saillie (10) étant fabriquée par estampage et déformation simultanée du carton, caractérisé en ce que la saillie est formée au moyen d'une pièce d'outillage cylindrique à tranchant d'estampage (26) circulaire et avec une surface d'enveloppe cylindrique s'y raccordant, de manière que, lors d'une étape opératoire, soient fabriqués une découpe d'estampage (21) et un bombement (22), agissant comme saillie et délimité par celle-ci.
  5. Dispositif de fabrication de saillie (10) dans des parois d'emballage en carton, en particulier de boîtes à rabat pour cigarettes, avec un outil, avec pièce d'estampage (24), pouvant être pressé contre le carton, ou contre la paroi de l'emballage, au moyen duquel une découpe d'estampage (21) peut être fabriquée, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'estampage (24) est une pièce d'outillage cylindrique, avec une face d'extrémité (25) en forme de surface circulaire et un tranchant d'estampage (26) circulaire, une partie, se raccordant à ce dernier tranchant d'estampage, d'une surface d'enveloppe cylindrique de la pièce d'estampage (24), servant à la formation d'un bombement (22) délimité par la découpe d'estampage (21).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'outil d'estampage et de bombement (pièce d'estampage 24) est associé un outil conjugué, qui est pourvu, sur la face opposée à la pièce d'estampage (24) de la paroi (languettes latérales 19, 20), d'un évidement ou cavité (29), s'adaptant à l'outil d'estampage et de bombement, pour laisser entrer l'outil d'estampage et de bombement.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'estampage (24) est disposée sur un rouleau d'estampage (30) entraîné en rotation et en ce qu'un contre-rouleau (24) voisin du rouleau d'estampage (30) sert d'outil conjugué.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'estampage (24) cylindrique est disposée tangentiellement, ou parallèlement à une tangente sur la périphérie du rouleau d'estampage (30) dans une fixation, de manière qu'une partie servant à l'estampage et au bombement de la pièce d'estampage (24) pénètre sur la surface d'enveloppe du rouleau d'estampage (30).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le contre-rouleau (28) et le rouleau d'estampage (30) sont réalisés sous forme de disque et sont disposés respectivement par jeux de deux, à distance, sur un arbre commun (45, 46), de manière que la pièce d'estampage (24) agisse dans la zone des languettes latérales (19, 20), situées latéralement, d'un flan passé entre le contre-rouleau (28) et le rouleau d'estampage (30).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'estampage (24) cylindrique est disposée inclinée par rapport au plan de carton, de manière qu'une partie du tranchant d'estampage (26) pénètre dans le plan de carton et qu'une partie de la surface d'enveloppe de la pièce d'estampage (24) forme, dans la zone de carton connexe à la découpe d'estampage (21), le bombement (22), à partir du carton.
