Claims (12)
- Assemblage d'angle présentant deux branches formant un angle l'une vis-à-vis de l'autre, susceptibles d'être introduites de façon ajustée dans des profilés creux, grâce à la présence d'une cavité délimitée par un rectangle, et conformées en portions de profilé extrudé de même section transversale, les portions de profilé extrudé présentant deux surfaces terminales parallèles, engendrées par des séparations planes, qui s'étendent selon un angle β par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du profilé et les portions de profilé extrudé étant insérées les unes dans les autres "en étant retournées" et les surfaces terminales des deux portions de profilé extrudé se recoupant par paires, selon un angle 2 β, dans un plan dans lequel se trouvent les surfaces de liaison en contact des deux portions de profilé extrudé, caractérisé en ce qu'un profilage formant les surfaces de liaison est prévu uniquement sur un chant (7) du profilé extrudé (5) s'étendant de façon parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (6) du profilé et en ce que les deux portions de profilé extrudé formant les branches (4) de l'assemblage d'angle sont susceptibles d'être assemblées par complémentarité de formes avec les chants profilés.
- Assemblage d'angle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (8) d'un chant (7) du profilé extrudé (5) est constitué de deux retours (9, 10 ; 11, 12) en forme de crochets, parallèles les uns aux autres.
- Assemblage d'angle selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'un des retours (10, 12) en forme de crochet est conformé en retour de bordure, dont la surface extérieure est alignée avec la surface extérieure (15) associée du profilé extrudé, et en ce que le deuxième retour (9, 11) en forme de crochet est décalé vers l'intérieur.
- Assemblage d'angle selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux retours (9, 10) délimitent une rainure intérieure (13) et le contour extérieur du retour (9) décalé vers l'intérieur correspond au contour de la rainure intérieure (13).
- Assemblage d'angle selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le contour extérieur du retour (10) de bordure correspond au contour d'une rainure extérieure (16) du profilage, qui est délimitée par le deuxième retour (9) en forme de crochet.
- Assemblage d'angle selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le retour (9) en forme de crochet, décalé vers l'intérieur, présente, dans la zone de sa barrette (23) en forme de crochet, une rainure (22) en forme de perçage, ouverte en direction de la rainure intérieure (13) et, au niveau de la base, une rainure (24) plate, en forme d'arc de cercle, également ouverte en direction de la rainure intérieure (13), et en ce qu'après avoir introduit l'une dans l'autre deux portions de profilé, deux paires de rainures correspondantes forment les canaux (25) destinés à recevoir des moyens de liaison.
- Assemblage d'angle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour la liaison résistante aux cisaillements des branches de l'assemblage d'angle, des tourillons (29) sont enfoncés dans la zone des retours profilés.
- Assemblage d'angle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilé extrudé (5) est pourvu, dans la zone supérieure et dans la zone de la base des profilages, de chanfreins de soudage (26, 27).
- Assemblage d'angle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour l'assemblage par complémentarité de formes des portions de profilé extrudé, les retours (11, 12) en forme de crochets sont insérés l'un dans l'autre, un espace (31) étant prévu entre les retours (11) situés à l'intérieur pour la fixation résistante au cisaillement de la liaison.
- Assemblage d'angle selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (a) de l'espace (31) est plus importante que le débord (b) du nez (32) du retour.
- Assemblage d'angle selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que, du côté orienté en direction de l'espace (31), les retours (11) présentent une rainure (33) en forme d'arc de cercle, ouverte en direction de l'espace, qui constitue le guidage d'un boulon fileté.
- Assemblage d'angle selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le nez (32) du retour a un contour légèrement conique.
