Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Deckenelement für eine Brandschutz-Zwischendecke, das mindestens zwei, parallel zueinander sowie im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Platten (2, 3) aus schwer entflammbarem oder nicht brennbarem Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Mineralfaserwerkstoff, aufweist, wobei ferner als Abstandshalter und als Verbindungselement dienende Profilleisten (4, 5) aus Metall an zwei parallelen Plattenrändern (6, 7) vorgesehen sind und mit abgewinkelten Randschenkeln (14, 15) in Nuten (16, 17) liegen, die sich in den Plattenrändern (6, 7) befinden. Der Kern der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Profilleisten (4, 5) von der Nut (16) der ersten, oberen Platte (2) bis einschließlich zur Nut (17) der zweiten, unteren Platte (3) gegenüber den Randflächen (13) der Platten (2, 3) einwärts versetzt angeordnet sind und nach außen über ihre gesamte Höhe mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Abdeckstreifen (11) aus einem schwer entflammbaren oder nicht brennbaren Werkstoff abgedeckt sind. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Deckenelement für eine Brandschutz-Zwischendecke, das mindestens zwei, parallel zueinander sowie im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Platten aus schwer entflammbarem oder nicht brennbarem Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Mineralfaserwerkstoff aufweist, wobei ferner als Abstandshalter und als Träger dienende Profilleisten aus Metall an zwei parallelen Plattenrändern zum Verbinden der Platten vorgesehen sind und mit abgewinkelten Randschenkeln in Nuten liegen, die sich in den Plattenrändern befinden.
  • Deckenelemente der genannten Art sind in Gebrauch und erfüllen die an sie gestellten Anforderungen grundsätzlich in zufriedenstellender Weise. Dennoch liegt der Erfindung das Problem zugrunde, diese bekannten Deckenelemente so zu gestalten, daß sie weiterhin erhöhte Brandschutzanforderungen erfüllen.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung vor, daß die Profilleisten von der Nut der oberen Platte bis einschließlich zur Nut der unteren Platte gegenüber den Randflächen der Platten einwärts versetzt angeordnet sind und nach außen über ihre gesamte Höhe mit Hilfe von Abdeckstreifen aus einem schwer entflammbaren oder nicht brennbaren Werkstoff abgedeckt sind.
  • Die metallischen Teile sind somit besser gegen hohe Temperaturen im Fugenbereich geschützt mit der Folge, daß die tragende Funktion der Profilleisten bei einem Brandangriff von oben oder bei einem Brandangriff von unten länger als bisher erhalten bleibt. Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung gehen aus Unteransprüchen im Zusammenhang mit der Beschreibung und der Zeichnung hervor.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles, das in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist, näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1:
    eine Stirnansicht eines ersten, vollständigen Deckenelementes und eines anschließend angeordneten, abgebrochenen Deckenelementes und
    Fig. 2:
    eine Einzelheit in größerem Maßstab.
  • Ein Deckenelement 1 für eine Brandschutz-Zwischendecke umfaßt gemäß Fig. 1 mindestens zwei, parallel zueinander sowie im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Platten 2 und 3 aus schwer entflammbarem oder nicht brennbarem Werkstoff. Insbesondere bestehen die Platten 2 und 3 aus Mineralfaserwerkstoff. Als Abstandshalter und als Träger für die Platten 2, 3 sind Profilleisten 4 und 5 aus Metall vorgesehen und jeweils an zwei parallelen Plattenrändern 6 und 7 zum Verbinden der Platten 2 und 3 unter Bildung des Deckenelementes 1 angeordnet. Die Profilleisten 4 und 5 halten die Platten 2 und 3 im Abstand voneinander und verbinden sie in einer parallelen sowie fluchtenden Lage zueinander.
  • Um die Profilleisten 4 und 5 vor etwaigen hohen Temperaturen im Bereich des Spaltes bzw. der Fuge 8 zwischen zwei benachbarten Deckenelementen 1 und 9 zu schützen, sind die Profilleisten 4, 5 zum Inneren 10 des jeweiligen Deckenelementes 1, 9 hin versetzt angeordnet und nach außen hin mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Abdeckstreifen 11 aus einem schwer entflammbaren oder nicht brennbaren Werkstoff abgedeckt. Mit ihrer jeweils außen befindlichen Oberfläche 12 liegen die Abdeckstreifen 11 in einer Ebene fluchtend mit den Randflächen 13 der oberen Platte 2 und der unteren Platte 3.
  • Gemäß dem in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die Profilleisten 4 und 5 je abgewinkelte Randschenkel 14 und 15 auf, die zur Fixierung an den Platten 2 und 3 dienen und dort in Nuten 16 und 17 greifen, die sich in den Plattenrändern 6 und 7 befinden. Der Steg 18 zwischen den Randschenkeln 14 und 15 kann eben sein oder gemäß Ausführungsbeispiel Sicken 19 aufweisen.
  • Der bzw. die Abdeckstreifen 11 erstrecken sich von der Nut 16 der oberen Platte 2 bis einschließlich zur Nut 17 der unteren Platte 3 und somit über die gesamte Höhe und Länge der Profilleisten 4, 5.
  • Die jeweils obere Platte 2 und/oder die jeweils untere Platte 3 können einstückig oder mehrteilig sein. In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist dies durch die Linie 20 angedeutet. Unabhängig von der Ein- oder Mehrstückigkeit der Platten 2, 3 weisen diese einander zugewandte Kantenausnehmungen 21, 22 für den bzw. die Abdeckstreifen 11 auf. Hierdurch ist sichergestellt, daß die Abdeckstreifen 11 mit ihrer außenliegenden Oberfläche 12 mit den freien Randflächen 13 der oberen bzw. unteren Platte 2, 3 fluchten.
  • Zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit kann das Deckenelement 1 mindestens eine, vorzugsweise 2 Traversen 23 aufweisen, die mit Hilfe von Dübeln 24 an den Profilleisten 4, 5 fixiert sind.
  • Auch die Abdeckstreifen 11 bestehen vorzugsweise aus einem Mineralfaserwerkstoff.

Claims (4)

  1. Deckenelement für eine Brandschutz-Zwischendecke, das mindestens zwei, parallel zueinander sowie im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Platten (2, 3) aus schwer entflammbarem oder nicht brennbarem Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Mineralfaserwerkstoff, aufweist, wobei ferner als Abstandshalter und als Verbindungselement dienende Profilleisten (4, 5) aus Metall an zwei parallelen Plattenrändern (6, 7) vorgesehen sind und mit abgewinkelten Randschenkeln (14, 15) in Nuten (16, 17) liegen, die sich in den Plattenrändern (6, 7) befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilleisten (4, 5) von der Nut (16) der ersten, oberen Platte (2) bis einschließlich zur Nut (17) der zweiten, unteren Platte (3) gegenüber den Randflächen (13) der Platten (2, 3) einwärts versetzt angeordnet sind und nach außen über ihre gesamte Höhe mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Abdeckstreifen (11) aus einem schwer entflammbaren oder nicht brennbaren Werkstoff abgedeckt sind.
  2. Deckenelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (2, 3) einander zugewandte Kantenausnehmungen (21, 22) aufweisen.
  3. Deckenelement nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (2, 3) jeweils mehrteilig sind.
  4. Deckenelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Traverse (23) im Inneren (10) und/oder mindestens je eine Sicke (19) in den Profilleisten (4, 5).
