Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Bewerkstelligen des Vorschubs, der Drehung und der elektrischen Verbindung von Stangen und dergleichen in elektrolytischen Abscheideanlagen, umfassend einen feststehenden Rahmen (1), an dem integrale Mittel (4, 5) angeordnet sind, um eine Drehbewegung zu erzeugen, die über zugehörige Antriebseinrichtungen (10, 10a, 10b) auf einen Drehkopf (3) übertragbar sind, ausgestattet mit Bauteilen (2), die sich unter der Zugwirkung von Mitteln (7, 7b, 7c), die die Drehbewegung einer sie betätigenden Welle (5) in eine geradlinige Bewegung umsetzen können, geradlinig auf dem Rahmen (1) bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß integral mit dem Drehkopf (3) eine Einspannvorrichtung (11) vorgesehen ist, die mit Klemmitteln (14) ausgestattet ist, in die von einer Energiequelle (11c, 12) Strom eingespeist wird, und die in der Lage sind, eine gesteuerte Schließbewegung auszuführen, um eine beispielsweise rohrförmige Komponente (6) einzuklemmen und in die Komponente Strom einzuspeisen, wodurch die Komponente gleichzeitig stromleitend gemacht, um ihre eigene Achse in Drehung versetzt und einer geradlinigen Längsbewegung unterzogen wird, und daß außerdem Mittel, um den Hub von Schlitten (2) zu steuern und eine Einrichtung (19) für deren raschen Rückstellhub in die Zyklus-Startposition vorgesehen sind.
  2. Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Bewerkstelligen des Vorschubs, der Drehung und der elektrischen Verbindung von Stangen und dergleichen in elektrolytischen Abscheideanlagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Erzeugen einer Drehbewegung vorzugsweise einen Motor (4) aufweisen, der fest an dem feststehenden Rahmen (1) angeordnet ist und die Drehbewegung einer Keilwelle (5) veranlaßt.
  3. Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Bewerkstelligen des Vorschubs, der Drehung und der elektrischen Verbindung von Stangen und dergleichen in elektrolytischen Abscheideanlagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehkopf (3) vorzugsweise ein hohles Bauteil (9) aufweist, welches an einem Ende ein Drehantriebsritzel (10), eine Einrichtung (17) zum Steuern des Schließens von Klemmen (14) im Mittelbereich und an dem anderen Ende die Einspannvorrichtung (11) trägt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einspannvorrichtung (11) aufweist: einen Ringkörper (11a), an dem außerhalb und koaxial ein Isolierträger (11b) angesetzt ist, der seinerseits einen ringförmigen Kommutator (11c) aus leitendem Material trägt, auf dem Strombürsten (12) gleiten, um den über geeignete Leiter (13) an die Klemmen (14) zu liefernden Strom bereitzustellen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmen (14) mit Hilfe von Gelenkarmen (18) einteilig mit der Einspannvorrichtung (11) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Arme derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie den Schließvorgang der Klemmen gegen die Rückstellkraft von Federn steuern, wenn sie durch die auf eine Schrägfläche (18a) am Ende dieser Arme (18) einwirkende Radialkraft von Rollen (17b) verschwenkt werden, oder deren Öffnen mit Hilfe der Federn ermöglichen, wenn die Radialkraft weggenommen wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radialkraft aufgebracht/entfernt wird durch die in axialer Richtung erfolgende Vorwärts-/Rückwärtsbewegung eines Ringkörpers (17), an dem Rollen (17b) gelagert sind, wobei die Axialbewegung gesteuert wird durch ein gabelförmiges Bauteil (16), welches mit dem Ringkörper (17) zusammenwirkende Rollen (16b) trägt, und welches um einen zu einem Schlitten (2) gehörigen Zapfen mit Hilfe eines pneumatischen Zylinders (15) verschwenkt wird, wobei dieses Verschwenken eine geradlinige Vorwärts- oder Rückwärtsbewegung parallel zu der Achse dieser Rollen (16b) und damit dem Ringkörpers (17) hervorruft.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Umwandeln der Drehbewegung der Welle (5) in eine geradlinige Bewegung von Schlitten (2) vorzugsweise aufweisen: einen Kegelrad (7), welches auf die Welle aufgekeilt ist und ein Ritzel (7b) betätigt, welches mit einer Zahnstange (7c) zusammenarbeitet, welche parallel zu der Achse der Vorwärtsbewegung angeordnet und an dem Rahmen (1) festgelegt ist, wobei zwischen dieser Zahnstange (7c) und dem Ritzel (7b) eine Kupplung (8) für einen gesteuerten Leerlauf des Antriebs angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung für den schnellen Rückstellhub der Schlitten zu der Zyklus-Startposition vorzugsweise aus Hydraulikzylindern (19) besteht, deren freie Wellenenden jeweils mit dem zugehörigen Schlitten (2) gekoppelt sind, wobei ein schneller Rückstellhub durch Grenzschalter gesteuert wird, welche den gleichzeitigen Betriebsbeginn der Kupplung (8) steuern.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Übertragen der Bewegung von der Welle (5) auf den Kopf (3) vorzugsweise ein Kronenrad (10b) aufweisen, welches über eine Kette (10a) mit einem Ritzel (10) gekoppelt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Stromzufuhr zu den Klemmen (14) vor deren Öffnen zu sperren, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem pneumatischen Zylinder (23), der ein Paar Kontakte (21, 22) betätigt, von denen mindestens einer ein beweglicher Kontakt ist, der sich zwischen den Klemmen und dem Minuspol der Energiequelle befindet.
